Chapter 1341: Chapter 1356: The Tang Sect’s Plot
The Wang Family, Jin Family, and Sha Family were all easily dealt with by me, leaving only the Tang Sect. Actually, the biggest enemy is still the power of the Tang Sect.
Speaking of the Tang Sect’s financial power, it is stronger than the combined strength of the Wang Family, Jin Family, and Sha Family. Of course, Lin Mu had secretly decided that he must extort a considerable sum of money to compensate for Flying Dragon Group’s and Su’s Great Enterprise’s losses during these days.
Tang Family Mansion, Lin Mu had been there once, so he hailed a taxi and headed towards the Tang Family Mansion.
About ten minutes later, the taxi stopped at the mansion’s entrance. Lin Mu paid the fare, opened the car door, and got out. It was then he noticed that the Tang Sect was completely different from the Jin Family, not even a single special guard around.
But Lin Mu felt that things might not be that simple, although he didn’t sense any killing intent either.
However, Lin Mu felt something was off. Normally, even if they didn’t know he had just wiped out the Jin Family and Sha Family, they would certainly know about the Wang Family matter. Why was there no reaction or action from them? That’s just too naive and stupid, isn’t it?
The Tang Sect people aren’t fools; they could have anticipated that after dealing with the Jin Family, he would come for them. Anyone could figure that out, let alone the people from the Tang Sect.
Of course, Lin Mu didn’t think too much about it. He wanted to see what tricks Tang Zhilong would play. When Lin Mu arrived at Tang Family Mansion, he found it deserted, not a single soul in sight. He knocked on the door forcefully, but nobody responded.
"Hmm, did they flee?" Lin Mu wondered. Normally, there’s no way the Tang Family Mansion would be empty. Such a big family, it’s impossible for the mansion to be empty, so the only possibility left is that the Tang Sect people fled. But this scenario seems unlikely, as fleeing in this situation would be a huge disgrace, not befitting the style of a big family.
Lin Mu walked around Tang Family Mansion, but didn’t find anyone. Finally, he returned to the mansion’s entrance.
"Damn it, not a single person around." Lin Mu cursed, annoyed. If there wasn’t anyone here, wasn’t this trip in vain? Lin Mu was not someone who could take such a fruitless trip lightly.
Since he didn’t gain anything, he figured he must leave something behind. Looking at this luxurious mansion, Lin Mu decided he had to do something, preferably something destructive, to make it satisfying!
So Lin Mu leaped like a giant roc spreading its wings, using sixty percent of his power to kick the gate.
With a resounding "boom," the high-class iron gate of the Tang Sect was kicked to the ground by Lin Mu, who then walked in effortlessly, glancing at the incredibly luxurious Jin Family Mansion interior.
So luxurious, of course, Lin Mu wanted to smash it thoroughly. Since he couldn’t take anything, he’d leave something behind. After all, with the effort it took to kick open the gate, he should leave something to compensate for his hard work!
Then, Lin Mu’s figure darted through the mansion’s living room with remarkable speed, producing nothing but the sounds of crashing.
Indeed, all the antiques, ceramics, and burial jade in the living room were smashed to bits by Lin Mu. In just a few minutes, the living room was a mess, with everything worth smashing shattered.
After smashing all the valuable items in the living room, Lin Mu nodded with satisfaction. This stone house was tough to dismantle, but if it was wooden, he would have torn it down more efficiently than the city inspectors!
Lin Mu couldn’t understand where the Tang Sect people had gone. Obviously, they must no longer reside in this mansion, otherwise, it wouldn’t be empty. Did they really flee?

Lin Mu couldn’t figure out why, and decided not to dwell on it. Sooner or later the Tang Family people would show up, and he’s not afraid of finding them. Besides, even if he can’t find them, there are still their companies; surely, they wouldn’t close the companies, and if that were the case, then there’s no point in looking for them.
After smashing all the valuable items in the living room, Lin Mu was tired and planned to return to the hotel to rest for a while.
Just as Lin Mu left the Tang Family Mansion, a group of police officers rushed in from outside, each holding a submachine gun aimed at Lin Mu, looking as though they could devour a person. In such a scene, an ordinary person would have been scared witless, but unfortunately, Lin Mu was not an ordinary person; he stood calmly there.
"Stop, nobody move." The group of police officers pointed at Lin Mu.
Lin Mu, of course, showed no sign of panic, but flashed a faint smile, thinking to himself, "Damn Tang Sect, all cowards! Not coming out themselves, sending a bunch of police to make trouble?"
"Raise your hands." The group of police pointed their guns at Lin Mu again.
But Lin Mu ignored them, thinking he wasn’t a Little Devil, so why raise his hands? Besides, they think he would raise his hands at their command? Wouldn’t that be too shameful?
"Why should I raise my hands?" Lin Mu said unhappily, spreading his hands.
"You are suspected of extortion, trespassing, and therefore we need to arrest you." One of the police officers said.
Lin Mu chuckled, realizing it’s certainly a trap set by the Tang Family. No wonder not a single one of them dared to stay home; they were all hiding from Lin Mu’s challenge! Plus, this way they could pin a trespassing charge on him. It’s just that the Tang Family people underestimated Lin Mu the Wolf Fang Soldier King, thinking such tricks could take him down? Pure fantasy.
"If I’m not mistaken, it’s definitely Tang Zhilong who got you here, right? If he has any courage, let him come out, I’ll talk to him face to face." Lin Mu said looking at the police.
"You have no reason to negotiate with us, you have the right to remain silent at this moment." The police said to Lin Mu.
"Oh, alright, then what do you want?" Lin Mu suddenly smiled and said.
"Come back with us to the police station to undergo investigation. We will give you the truth. If you did commit these things, don’t blame us for being direct, you can await your time in prison." The police officer said.
"Okay, but I’m a bit hungry now, I need to eat, do you provide food?" Lin Mu chuckled and said.
"As long as you cooperate, we will provide food." The police officer said. The police were not foolish; he knew Lin Mu was difficult to deal with, so rather than forcefully apprehending him and risking damage, it was better to speak firmly instead.
"Alright, then let’s go." Lin Mu said, walking out grandly. Of course, being escorted by the police was out of the question, as that would make Lin Mu feel embarrassed!
Once he got into the police car, with a roaring sound, they headed towards the Handan Public Security Bureau.
