Chapter 665: Chapter 623: Delivered to the Doorstep!

On the balcony of his campus dormitory, Qin Fan’s eyes remained tightly shut as he frowned and murmured to himself. Werewolves? Vampires? When speculation became reality, the shock was all-consuming! Werewolves and vampires, creatures I thought were only active in novels and movies, are actually appearing one after another? Could such beings truly exist on this mundane Earth? No wonder I couldn’t find any substantial images in their minds using the Soul Capturing Technique. For an existence that is neither human nor beast, the Soul Capturing Memory Exploration Technique is truly ineffective!

His thoughts were shaken to their very core. Qin Fan opened his eyes and stepped back inside from the balcony. With light, subtle movements, he twisted open the door to his room. A grimly playful expression on his face, he slowly slipped out.

「Eleven Bar」

As Qin Fan was leaving his dorm, a Porsche, not a particularly high-end model, screeched to a halt in front of the quiet bar. An anxious-looking Norman pushed open the car door and hastily got out. At that same moment, the door to the quiet bar opened from the inside. Like a spy, Norman glanced from side to side before quickly slipping in.

"Jeremy, what happened?" Norman blurted out the second he entered the bar. His words trailed off when he saw Jeremy’s pale face, and he froze, taken aback.

"Norman, cut the crap! The Huaxia police have already picked up on leads related to the disappearances. Your vampire faction can’t just stand by and do nothing!" Jeremy said in a grim voice as he approached Norman. "The plan to eliminate Qin Fan is now of the utmost urgency! Otherwise, there will be endless complications!"

Norman’s eyes widened. "What?!" he exclaimed in shock.

"You have no choice! Give me an answer now. We can’t wait," said a man sitting on a high stool at the bar, his back still turned to Norman. "Once Qin Fan cooperates with the police and brings in the Guardian Institute, you know what the consequences will be! Not only will our two groups be exposed, but so will the entire organization! If that happens, there will be no place left for us in all of Huaxia!"

"And you are?" Norman asked instinctively, looking over.

"You don’t need to know," the man said, raising a hand. "Right now, you just need to contact your vampire faction and get them here! We need to eliminate Qin Fan in the shortest time possible! Understand?"

Silence spread after the man spoke. Norman didn’t respond immediately, his expression flickering with indecision. After a moment, he silently pulled out his phone, walked to a quiet corner, and dialed a number.

Five minutes passed. Jeremy, the leader of the werewolves stationed in Jinling, and the other werewolves in the bar all remained silent. They waited in the dead quiet for Norman’s answer. Finally, the hushed phone conversation ended. Norman turned and walked back to Jeremy. Their eyes met, and he nodded. "The person in charge of our vampire faction in Jinling is on his way now."

The man on the high stool snapped his fingers. "Good! Now that’s a show of friendship!" he said with an ominous laugh.

「Outside」

As Qin Fan walked out from the Jinling campus area, he caught their entire conversation with his Divine Sense. A wicked, sly smile tugged at the corner of his lips. Good. I’ll wipe them all out in one fell swoop!

With that thought, he slowed his intended pace, beginning to saunter leisurely through the night instead.

Time trickled by. In the small hours of the winter morning, the once-bustling streets of Jinling gradually fell silent.

An Audi A8 suddenly slammed on its brakes as it passed Eleven Bar. It then shifted into reverse, backing up swiftly to stop right outside the entrance. The doors opened, and three middle-aged men in tailcoats stepped out one after another. With expressionless faces, they briskly entered the bar.

Hearing the commotion, Norman quickly turned. "Mr. Stanny! Mr. Bill! Mr. Langni!" he greeted the three men in tailcoats as they walked in.

The three men nodded in unison, grunting a faint acknowledgment. One of them then turned to the man sitting indifferently on the high stool at the bar. "Let’s hear it. What is your werewolf faction’s plan? Our vampire faction will cooperate completely."

Just as he finished speaking, before the man on the high stool could respond, the bar door was suddenly pushed open. A voice dripping with mockery and playful amusement cut through the silence. "A plan? The plan is to get rid of me. Well, no need to discuss it any further. I’ve delivered myself to your door!"

With his hands clasped behind his back, Qin Fan casually strolled in, a sly, wicked smile on his face.

The sight of this extremely unexpected and unwelcome arrival made Jeremy and Norman cry out in unison, "Qin Fan!" Their voices were filled with absolute dread.

The memory of what had happened at the Martial Arts Club began to swirl uncontrollably in their minds. The mere thought of that torment, like thousands of ants gnawing at their brains, was enough to make their bodies tremble violently in a conditioned reflex. Their gazes, when they fell upon Qin Fan, were filled with nothing but abject terror. The humiliation they had suffered had clearly shaken them to their very bones!

While terrified, they were also profoundly shocked. How did Qin Fan find this place? And how did he know we were here? Does this mean we’ve been completely exposed to the Huaxia officials?

At that thought, Jeremy swallowed hard in panic. After all, he was the one who had drawn the attention of this menace, Qin Fan. If their werewolf squad met with disaster in Huaxia, he would undoubtedly be the source of it all!

"I always thought werewolves and vampires were just creatures made up for the movies. I never expected they actually existed in this world," Qin Fan said, his voice turning cold by the end. "But unfortunately for you, you ran into me. The recent string of disappearances... that was your handiwork, wasn’t it? And all that blood you’ve been drinking... it came from those missing people, didn’t it?" An boundless rage began to boil and surge within his heart.

"Haha! I didn’t expect you to serve yourself up on a silver platter, but this is good. It saves us some effort!" The werewolf leader slammed a hand on the bar and swiveled around on his high stool to face Qin Fan. A wild, loud laugh erupted from him as he saw the cold gleam on Qin Fan’s face. "You’re right, that was our handiwork! Our original plan was to go after Martial Artists. Their blood and flesh are a great supplement for us werewolves! But since you’ve so boldly stepped forward, we’ll be happy to oblige you! Our plan to prey on Martial Artists will start with you!"

Qin Fan’s eyes were fixed on the werewolf leader. He shook his head coldly. "You deserve to die," he said. "By telling me all this, aren’t you afraid your entire den will be wiped out in one fell swoop?"

"Wiped out? Haha! You should be more worried about your own fate! I’m going to drink your blood dry and then tear your flesh off, piece by piece, to chew on! A Martial Artist who could render even Jeremy helpless... consuming you will definitely push me to the next stage of my evolution! Haha!"

With that last fierce shout, the werewolf leader wasted no more words. He shot off the high stool like a cold arrow, launching himself straight toward Qin Fan. In the blink of an eye, his body began to transform. His swelling frame burst through his clothes as muscles imbued with a beastly nature bulged wildly. Thick fur sprouted from beneath the torn fabric. Tusks jutted from his mouth, flashing with a chilling gleam in the dim light of the bar.

The battle was about to erupt
