Chapter 131: Getting caught cuddling

Their lips met, the kiss deep and slow. Yu Wen’s tongue curled against Li Jun’s with a languid possession that made Li Jun’s thoughts scatter like startled birds. Without much thought, his fingers slipped into Yu Wen’s hair. The soft strands that smelled of sandalwood and hints of something sweet felt like silk under his touch.

Yu Wen shifted his hips and his lower body ground up against Li Jun’s in a rolling motion. The friction from their clothes as he rubbed up against him was so intense that it elicited a broken exhale from Li Jun’s lungs.

He arched his back, chasing the feeling, and Yu Wen responded by pressing down harder. The sound of gasps and creaking of the bed filled the tent as the two of them did the unspeakable.

Yu Wen knew he shouldn’t have done that. He shouldn’t have continued pretending, but after waiting for so long, he just couldn’t help it. Plus, the man had brought himself to his tent and crawled into his bed.

He was the one who kissed him first, so how could he resist? He had had a taste, and he was hungry for more. So when Li Jun pulled back, he grabbed him and unleashed the beast he had been restraining. He wanted to tear off his clothes and ravage him, but he couldn’t. He had to restrain himself for now.

He broke the kiss to breathe, and Li Jun’s voice swore into his ear in a broken whisper. "Fuck." Just that one syllable drove Yu Wen insane. He kissed Li Jun’s cheek down to his neck. His tongue swirled at the column of his throat, tasting his skin and the flutter of the man’s pulse against his tongue.

He bit, kissed, and sucked. It wasn’t hard enough to leave a mark, but it was enough to make the man beneath him shudder. Yu Wen pressed one more kiss, much softer this time, at the hollow of his neck before pulling back.

The withdrawal was excruciating. Every nerve in his body was screaming for him to continue. He wanted nothing more, but unless this man begged him, he wouldn’t continue. He lowered himself, his body sinking into the thin mattress.

"Ah-Jun," he called out, his voice rougher than he intended. "Don’t provoke me." After he said that, he lay with his back towards Yu Wen. Only the heavens know how hard it was for him to do that.

"Otherwise, I won’t be able to control myself."

Li Jun’s chest rose and fell as he lay there staring at the roof of the tent at a loss. What did Yu Wen want from him? Why make him go through all that only to leave him a hot mess? He sighed and swore under his breath.

Yu Wen heard him move beside him. He feared that Li Jun would leave, but Li Jun didn’t. He lay beside him. The bed wasn’t that big, but there were still a few inches between them. The bodies that were glued together just now were now barely touching.

Li Jun, despite being tormented by this man, fell asleep easily. Maybe it was because he was exhausted that he fell asleep quickly. He slept with no vigilance at all.

When his breathing became steady and he seemed to be sleeping, Yu Wen glanced back. ’How could you sleep this easily in this situation?’ he thought. He shuffled around and lay down on his side facing Li Jun’s back.

"I am sorry," he whispered, his fingers lightly brushing against Li Jun’s back. When Li Jun moved, Yu Wen froze, thinking he had woken him up. But Li Jun reached over and grabbed his arm before shuffling back into his arms. Li Jun only stopped when his back pressed against Yu Wen’s chest and Yu Wen’s arm wrapped around him.

Li Jun even entwined their fingers together as though afraid that Yu Wen would run away. Yu Wen was astonished. He honestly thought that Li Jun would hold a grudge and not let them sleep together, but the man even cuddled him to sleep.

He smiled happily as he moved his face closer, burying his nose in Li Jun’s hair. And just like that, he fell asleep. They slept peacefully, but this was just the calm before the storm. The next morning, instead of waking up slowly and smiling at each other, they were woken up by a scream so loud that it almost shook the tent.

Yu Wen sat up, and Li Jun, however, drew his plasma gun and, without any hesitation, pulled the trigger. Realizing what was going on, Yu Wen grabbed his arm in time, forcing him to aim it upwards. A hole was burnt in the roof of the tent.

Li Yu was trembling in fear. Her face ghastly she dropped the basin of water she had brought. She had woken up early. She intended to go to Li Jun’s tent and bring over warm water for him to wash his face.

She had heard that he usually woke up around six for training, so she forced herself to wake up early. She had pictured seeing him sleeping peacefully in his bed and the look of surprise he would have when he saw her.

But she was sadly mistaken. Yu Wen was in bed all right. He was still sleeping, but he wasn’t alone. He was cuddling a strange man, the two of them plastered together. She let out a scream, waking the two men up.

Who would have thought that the strange man would actually pull a plasma gun on her and almost blow her brains out? Her fear wore off, and it was replaced by rage. She yelled, "Who the hell do you think you are? How dare you pull a gun at a member of the royal family?!"

Li Jun sighed in annoyance as he lay back down. "Wen-ge, deal with your problem. I still want to sleep."

Those words were like fuel to the raging storm. She screamed, "Get up! Get the fuck up! Guards, arrest him!"

Alex rushed in, and when he saw the general in bed with that Zi Rui guy, he looked away and said, "Your Highness, calm down. This is a misunderstanding."

"A misunderstanding, huh?" she sneered, looking like she was going to kill someone.
