In the Primordial Fracture, weak bodies are priced before they are buried.

Kael Vorr begins as a debt-marked laborer in Furnace Sink Nine, a pit of gravity presses, corpse markets, pressure rain, and Black Ledger gangs. He has no hidden bloodline. No royal past. No master. No prophecy waiting to save him.

When an overseer throws him under a fatal gravity press, Kael should become another red stain in the dirt.

Instead, he refuses to die so violently that reality fails to process him.
