Year 3060, humanity had fully recovered from the Rogue War and filled every corner of the earth together with the Dagonites who were so scarce they were rarely noticed.
More rare than the Dagonites were the aptitude awakeners, approximately five in a thousand people, because of this anyone who awakened an aptitude was confiscated by the sovereign government.
The only thing threatening the lives of people were mutated beasts that came through the rifts of reality, occasionally awakeners went into the rifts and cleared the monsters in them.
After clearing the rifts they came back with energy cores, mana gems and other useful resources, once again humanity wasn’t threatened by anything that could cause extinction but a huge dent was left in it’s heart.
The Dagonites were told to stay in Antarctica which they gladly obligated due to their durable skin and sometimes visited other continents to work or engage in occasional conflicts like war.

The east coast was an untouched peninsula, untouched in the sense of not been entered since the end of the war and it was a deserted waste land bearing a semblance to a colossal junk yard.
" Turner, get back to work break’s over " a middle aged fat construction worker yelled to his junior worker, clearly it became a construction site after the government picked interest and sort for resources, documents of the past etc, one would obviously tell due to the bulldozers, cranes and other heavy machinery that littered everywhere.
Men in construction workers uniform could be seen digging up dirt, some Dagonites could be seen at the construction site inspecting the minerals that were obtained.
They were excavating some minerals from the site when their driller fell into an underground structure, " Jake get the police quickly " the supervisor shouted as they all rushed to the area which had turned into a sinkhole.

A human sized glass covered machine pod slowly released cold freezing gas as it gradually revealed a congealed oval shaped unknown being in a jelly like enclosure.
This was a room in an unknown location, Super computers, heavy machinery and other scientific object lay on their positions.
All around the room’s walls rested many hyper realistic pictures, it was particularly dark with a few illuminators which brought a dim ethereal light to the room.
A dark silhouette could be seen at a dark corner imputing some programs into a machine which seemed to control the pod.
" Darling, it’s finally time to let you go after " a female voice said and the silhouette turned around revealing a beautiful woman who was in her prime, she was accoutered in an office grey shirt with a tie and a black skirt with a little slit, she wore a stainless white lab coat.
" A thousand plus years, and your mission is finally accomplished " she said walking closer to the pod, peeking inside the gray congealed jelly.
She took a small surgery blade and lanced the jelly vertically reviling an unconscious young handsome male with a super buffed body and a mark that ran from his left eye to his jaw, it looked like a magma river when microscoped.
" And our order has been finally been established " she said and planted a gentle kiss on the unconscious boy’s lips, if she was seen by the authorities she would be arrested for sexual assault on a minor due to the age difference between them.
She walked away again and picked up a small circular gadget with a button in the middle, " Hmmm... I will miss you my love but in the nearest future shall we meet " the woman said and pressed the button on the gadget and disappeared leaving the object to fall to the ground.
Minutes later he opened his eyes slowly and carefully got out of the jelly pod, " Arghhh, where am I " he said holding his head with both hands while reminiscing past events.
" What year is this and why am I naked " he questioned himself as if he could find answers, he walked around and saw some cleaning underwear and jumpsuit with some metal gear neatly arranged in a corner with a note that read ’ WELCOME BACK MARSHAL XANDER ’.
" I can’t seem to remember much..., I will worry about that later I need to cover this colossal dick " he whispered to himself staring at his PP, he wore the underwear, jumpsuit, pauldron, gauntlet, poleyn, greave, sabaton and finally a breastplate with a long red cape attached to it.
When he was done he admired the outfit Infront of a mirror, on the shoulder of the pauldron was a small rectangular cotton glued to it with five stars on it, but it was covered by his cape.
A long metal box lay on the corner were he got his clothes, at first he tried to ignore it but later he went and opened it, inside the box lay a futuristic sci-fi sword that was divided into segments.
It was a double edged blade deep black in colour with a crimson red lining in the middle, he was amazed by the beauty of the sword and kept admiring it, * WHOOSH *, the sound of air tearing was produced as the blade flew through the air in an arc but something happened, the sword increase in length and sliced the room in half.
The three sides of the wall was imprinted with a long gash, the computers screens and other equipments were destroyed with sparks of electricity buzzing out of them.
" Oopsy " he said with his palm covering his mouth as he sheathed the whip sword back into its scabbard, Placing his left hand akimbo on his waist he pointed to the door, " Now we move ".

A door flung open as silhouette busy through it with another silhouette in it’s arms, it nearly fell on the tiled floor, * BOOM *, another creature appeared behind it breaking the door entirely, it resembling a gigantic four meter spider.
Of course this silhouette was non other than Xander who for some reason was being chased by a man eating spider, " This was so not on my to do list " he said increasing his speed.
Running on the hallway proved to be quiet difficult as it was tarnished with slimy black substances the fact Xander was still running with someone in his arms was kinda wonderful, any normal human would have broken at least all his teeth and gotten eaten.
In his arms was a girl about his age or younger, he had found he in a pod within one of the numerous rooms during his expedition to find an exit but found trouble as he entered a room with a gigantic spider after checking if the girl was alive and rescuing her.
* SCREECH *
Was this going to be the end after becoming uncrippled, no he was going to fight and conquer, he existed the hallway and jumped into the nearest room he could find, unfortunately it was a bathroom very nasty appearance but who was he to choose.
He dropped the girl’s body on the murky, slimy wet floor stood up unsheathed his whip sword and got into a fighting stance.
The spider’s limbs pierced through the concrete wall and ripped it out, Xander placed his foot firmly on the ground tightened his muscles and.

Jumped to the spider with full force leaving this foot step imprinted on the ground, the sword was raised above his head and it came swinging down in a wild arc * SLICE *, The head of the spider fell lifelessly to the ground this sequels the fall of the body.
" Wow, I have gotten stronger " he said thrusting his sword above his head, this created a strong force which penetrated the roof causing a dent.

Xander blinked continually what the fuck was this holographic screen doing in his face, he tried to touch it but his hand went through it.
Tiny transparent tendrils began to sprout out of his hand and attached it self to the spider he just killed, what type of dream is this who gave him fantasy.
The tendrils began absorbing an unknown essence from the body of the spider and within seconds a four meter long spider was gone into thin air, " I never seem to stop amazing me ".
" System interface..., what is that " he said to himself as he walked to the unconscious naked girl after sheathing his sword back into the scabbard.
Looking down on the girl he realized one thing, she was naked, this realization caused some chain reactions as she was extremely curvaceous despite looking sixteen facially.
His hand subconsciously went to his crotch, but he broke out of the charm and jumped backwards before hitting the wall, breaking it and hitting the wall after that.

Xander nearly took for the sky’s as soon as he heard the yawning of the girl he formally saved from being eaten by a gigantic spider, a beautiful pair of glimmering blue eyes stared at him.
Clearing his throat he said, " Hello, am Xander can you please introduce yourself ", her gaze grew weary and when he tried approaching she crawled backwards till she hit the back of her head on a sink.
" Ouch!!! " she exclaimed and Xander rushed towards her and bent her head to check if she was hurt but luckily she wasn’t, " What’s your name " he asked gently.
" Pisces ", she replied in a somewhat shy manner as she didn’t yet trust him, " Well Pisces, I was thinking if you want to get out of this place, it’s quite dangerous alone " he explained.
The girl just stared him in the eye and said nothing, * SIGH *, Xander bowed his head before standing up and attempting to exit the room, " Please don’t leave me! " she screamed scurrying towards Xander.
He turned around and stretched his hand for her to grab on to well, she did nearly immediately and as she did some transparent tendrils sprouted from his hand and attached itself to Pisces’s hand.
Initially Xander was scared that she may dissolve to particles but instead a screen popped up on his retina.

" So Pisces, our first objective would be to get out of here " he said leading the way. With Pisces walking timidly behind him, Xander observed the dark hallways calmly.
He opened doors which just lead to rooms stacked with useless junk. Like papers written in scrambling he couldn’t read or broken gadget and machinery.
They explored silently making sure not to awaken the unknown terrors which lurked in the shadows. However, they encountered a few rodent like mutations.
It was depicted to have purple skin and was as large as a Great Dane. Nevertheless Xander stomped them to death before they could make efforts to showcase what they could do.
" So...err, Pisces, where do you come from, how did you get here " Xander asked the timid girl. She remained silent for some moments before opening up.
