Chapter 1054: The Power of the “Hearth Protector”
When Idan accepted the offer to participate in a special Dungeon challenge, he and Arabel were forcibly teleported away.
For a moment, they were surrounded by darkness, and then they found themselves in the now familiar white starry space.
“Dan,” — Arabel called, and Idan, turning to her, saw not a silver-haired Dragoness, but a familiar beauty with long red hair and azure eyes.
Idan had already missed his wife’s true appearance.
While he was enjoying being able to see his wife’s true beauty again, she had already wrapped him in her arms.
Arabel, feeling the familiar warmth and seeing her husband in his true form, could barely contain her emotions.
Standing on tiptoe, she wanted to kiss him, but he stopped her by touching her lips with his finger and shook his head.

After giving them the opportunity to feel their real bodies again, the dungeon brought them back to empty space.
With their appearance, the empty space began to transform, and a large battle arena appeared around them.
In front of them, two familiar figures appeared from the blue light particles: a young vampire with long white hair and scarlet eyes and a silver-haired Dragoness with red eyes.
With the appearance of their avatars, Arabel was teleported to the edge of the arena, and Idan was left alone.
No matter how hard Idan looked, the vampire remained completely different from him.
“I really did a great job creating this image,” he thought proudly.
The vampire studied him with curiosity and thoughtfulness, while the Dragoness, on the contrary, opened her eyes wide, her pupils narrowed.
Watching the avatars’ reactions, Idan couldn’t help but smile.
“I guess I was right,” he told himself.
The Dragoness blinked, and her gaze shifted behind Idan, to the edge of the arena where Arabel was standing.
Upon seeing her, the dragoness’s face distorted and her eyes narrowed.
At that moment, a system notification appeared in front of Idan.

Idan’s smile grew even wider.
This was exactly what he had hoped for, putting forward his condition and accepting the Dungeon’s offer.

The Dragoness bit her lip, and there were determination and bitterness in her eyes. Her silver sword flashed with a cold light, and a vortex of spatial slashes swirled around.
“If that’s what you’re asking…” she whispered, delivering a series of blows that seemed like they could slice through reality itself.
Idan just chuckled. He saw her every move. With stats exceeding a thousand, the world seemed to slow down for him. The Dragoness was fast for a Platinum Rank, but now she resembled a graceful but slow dancer.
He did not use the element of fire, so as not to harm his wife’s “image” more than necessary. Instead, he used the flat side of the crystal sword.

A strong blow sent the Dragoness flying to the edge of the arena.
