One month passed by.
While it was true that everyone continued to practice, they also prepared for the wedding ceremony.
The venue was the garden at the back of the mansion. This garden was located right outside the forest they used to cultivate herbs.
Everything had been arranged perfectly, starting from the red carpet, a flower gate, and the seats.
With Nathan around, there was no one who received special treatment, including the king and the pope. Instead, it looked the other way around.
Nathan’s parents were standing in front of the gate.
They panicked when they saw King Julius and Queen Lena.
"Y-Your Majesty!" The two of them wanted to kneel, but both the king and the queen held their arms and stopped them.
"Please don’t do that. I really can’t receive it." King Julius shook his head. "Besides, we will be in-laws from today on. There’s no need to worry about the difference in our status. If you still worry about that, I will be the one kneeling before you, not the other way around."
"That’s..." Nathan’s father was confused. He knew his son was special, but he didn’t know how special he was.
"Please don’t call me that, Madam." Lena smiled. "We’ll be together right now. Why don’t we have a chat over here?"
"Y-Yes." Nathan’s mother nodded awkwardly.
The Dragon King arrived after them. They had been helped and taken care of by the Dragon King, so Nathan’s parents were rather friendly with him.
In addition, the Dragon King wasn’t exactly as famous, especially to former farmers like them.
The next person to arrive was Leyfon. As the principal of the Frexia Academy, it was only natural for Nathan’s parents to know him. They greeted each other politely.

He was here for Vivian, so he was more than happy to be invited. Count Ashton, Duke Coline, and Duchess Rena came together.
Count Ashton wanted to go by himself, but Duke Coline caught him. Duchess Rena just happened to be on the way when she met them.
Actually, Zack Flamante had brought his family as well. They arrived at the same time as the king, but as one would expect from a family of knights, the first thing Zack did was to secure the perimeter, making sure nothing would interrupt the wedding.
Only after the entire place was secured did he finally return to his family and bring them to meet Nathan’s parents.
Unfortunately, Crotto might be able to walk Luna down the aisle, but he couldn’t exactly meet all of them. After all, it would be hard for him to move around.
That was why Crotto wasn’t present yet. Instead, the last person to arrive was actually the Pope.
The Pope came as Sera’s elder as well as the person that would wed them.
Nathan’s parents felt like they wanted to pass out after seeing the Pope.
"This... Can we really do this?"
"Can Nathan really marry all of them? I thought the teaching didn’t allow polygamy."
The Pope chuckled. "We’re referring to the old law. Besides, I am going to marry them one by one."
Of course, the Pope was just making an excuse. Even Michael was frowning upon him.
However, the Pope’s biggest reason, which was also the reason Archangel Michael didn’t say anything about it, was Nathan. They weren’t exactly scared of Nathan.
They simply didn’t measure Nathan as mortal anymore. Would their teachings even matter to other divine beings? In addition, there were also many true gods around.

All of them took their seats. Nathan had arranged it to give more space in the middle, allowing Crotto’s body to pass without anyone noticing that he was an alien.
Once the Pope had taken his position, Nathan finally arrived and stood in front of him.
The Pope leaned to Nathan and whispered, "Please take care of them for the rest of your life. Make sure they will become the happiest women in the world."
Nathan smiled. "I will."
The Pope smiled and started his speech. "Welcome all of you who are near and dear. Today, we gather here under this sky to celebrate the union of happy couples who will take their big step. And now, we shall invite the bride to share their joy and love.
The first woman who walked down the aisle was none other than the first woman he had in this world, Selena.
She was the one who understood him the most. She was the person who could handle everything for him... the person who had seen the most of him.
Count Ashton proudly walked her down the aisle while trying to hold back his tears.
Nathan and Selena looked at each other and smiled. They shared a bit about how they first met and how they reached this point.
Selena had been the person who supported him. He might not be able to reach this point if not for Selena supporting him or leading the group.
Nathan, on the other hand, had always been a beacon for her. If she hadn’t met him, she wouldn’t know how terrible her life would be.
"Nathan Reckmoon, do you take Selena Ashton for your lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"
Nathan smiled and answered without hesitation. "I do."
"Selena Ashton, do you take Nathan Reckmoon for your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"
Selena smiled wider. "I do."
"Nathan Reckmoon and Selena Ashton, today you begin a new Chapter in your life. By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you as husband and wife. You may kiss."
