Chapter 900: The Members of The Elder Worlds

Casras was a world made up of high dwarves, and they were a very skilled race that made most of their money from crafting magical weapons and artefacts. Lord Ragran was the king of Casras and one of the highest-ranking members of the High Seat of Elder Worlds. Ragran had sent multiple messages to Rubik over the past few centuries telling him about the issues happening around the sixth domain, but Rubik had always ignored Ragran’s messages! That was one of the reasons why so many worlds in this domain were suffering from either a magical attack or a brewing war. Rubik had neglected his duties so much that it was a miracle that the domain hadn’t fallen into ruin yet!

Jason asked Cersai to set up a meeting with Ragran sometime next week, but Cersai spoke up again.

"Actually, I think you might want to meet with them as soon as possible. I sent a vague message to Ragran regarding the mentalist problem we’ve been having. I told him that there was a recent attack and the attackers had all been mentally controlled by a form of magic we didn’t understand. Ragran said the case he wants to present to you is also regarding a mentalist, and he believes it would be best to set up the meeting as early as tomorrow."

Jason’s eyes narrowed. What were the odds that this case was related to the Mind Art’s user? It was low, but Jason knew it wasn’t completely impossible. Although there was also a chance that Ragran was just lying because he was desperate for the meeting. Jason thought about it for a few seconds, and then he told Cersai to set up the meeting the next day. Jason had been planning to use this week to go and see the Bengari, but this seemed like it would help with that, so Jason would just go to Bengari after the meeting.

"Set up a welcome delegation to receive them, and make sure Agiel is part of it. She has more knowledge about those worlds than anyone else in the military."

Jason turned to say this to Cersai, but Jason stopped when he saw Cersai’s brow rise in surprise. Jason asked Cersai what was wrong, and Cersai spoke up in slight confusion.

"Haven’t you heard yet?"

"Heard what? Don’t play games with me, Cersai. What happened?"

Cersai was silent for a few more seconds before he finally spoke.

"I received news two days ago that Agiel submitted her resignation from the military for personal reasons. And from what my agents found out, she left this world through a Dimensional Tear leading out of our domain. Agiel is no longer on Earth."

Jason’s face squeezed in confusion. What the fuck?

.....

[The Next Day]

Jason walked through the halls of the Monarch Guild branch in America with a frown on his face. There were multiple guild agents following behind him with documents that he was meant to either review or sign, and Jason just let Juliet take charge of handling all that since he had more important things on his mind right now. It turned out that the news about Agiel leaving Earth was actually true. It had happened after their conversation at the Monarch branch in Egypt a few weeks ago. Agiel had simply walked into the office of the Head Enforcer, and she told him that she was retiring as an Enforcer! Jason didn’t know why, but for some reason, he could tell that Agiel had done this because of him! The questions that Agiel asked Jason the last time they spoke rang in Jason’s head again, and Jason wondered if there had been some hidden meaning to those questions. Why would she leave Earth just because he didn’t have time to speak to her?

Jason frowned again as he turned a corner leading towards the meeting room. Since Jason’s father had asked him to look after Agiel, Jason couldn’t just ignore Agiel’s actions, so Jason had sent a subordinate to go and find Agiel. According to what Jason knew, Agiel’s world was somewhere in the second domain under Farlow, and it was very far away, so it would take a few days for the subordinates to reach there. But once they find it, Jason would go and speak to Agiel himself to find out what was really going on. Although Jason knew Agiel would be angry at him because of how things went the last time they spoke, Jason couldn’t just ignore the possibility that Agiel was in some sort of trouble!

Jason finally reached a hallway where Cersai and some other Gaia agents were waiting for him. There was a massive door at the end of the hallway, and Jason stopped in front of it and asked Cersai if everything was ready. Cersai nodded before speaking.

"We’ve organized a small welcome delegation, and we’ve set up a meeting room for you to speak to them. Should we lift the Dimensional travel block for this area?"

"Yeah."

Jason let out a calm sigh, and he walked forward as the large doors were opened for him. Jason appeared in a massive room with multiple SMD and Gaia agents standing in a straight formation that formed a walkway from a circular platform in the distance straight towards Jason. Jason put his hands in his pockets and waited as a magical force field was lifted from this area. Mana suddenly flowed freely through the air once again, and the Dimensional Tear began to open over the circular platform. The tear widened until it was nearly large enough to swallow a truck before multiple people walked through it. The first person was a dwarf wearing expensive-looking robes. The dwarf had a small frown on his face, and he looked around with judgmental eyes! This was Lord Ragran, the leader of Casras and one of the best artefact craftsmen in this Primordial Domain. Behind him were five dwarf guards, all carrying powerful staffs fitted with magic stones at the tip.

Once Ragran passed through, another person appeared as well. This time, it was a young woman with a beautiful appearance. She had long black hair that flowed behind her, deep red eyes, and full red lips. But the woman was missing both of her arms, and there were multiple restraints wrapped around her upper body like she was some sort of psych ward patient. The woman’s long robe flowed along the ground behind her, but from how she was moving, Jason could tell that she was levitating off the ground! Jason felt like he was watching a phantom! This woman also had multiple guards who followed behind her. The guards all moved in the same way that she did, and they were all missing their arms as well. But Jason knew that none of them were weaker than SSS Rank, so he was sure that their missing arms wouldn’t hinder them if they ever got into a fight.

The last person who showed up was a man with a blindfold over his eyes. This man was close to eight feet tall with red skin and flames burning on his head like hair! He was wearing black leather trousers and a biker’s jacket, and he looked around with his blindfolded eyes and scanned the gathered soldiers with a blank look on his face. Jason realised that the man could see fine even though he was blindfolded, and Jason wondered what the use of the blindfold was! This man didn’t come with any guards, and the moment he appeared, he simply started walking forward with his hands in his pockets!

The other two moved behind the blindfolded man until they reached Jason, and Jason looked up at the taller man curiously.

"So you’re the Overlord of this domain."

The blindfolded man spoke with a wide smile that showed off perfect teeth, and Jason extended his hand for a handshake. The man took Jason’s hand in a tight shake, and flames erupted between their palms! But Jason didn’t even react to the fire, and Jason spoke calmly.

"Welcome to Earth. It’s a pleasure to host you."

The blindfolded man threw his head back and laughed!

"Hahahahah! Katya! I like this one! He’s very strong!"
