Chapter 449: Chapter 449: Kissing Her So Madly

Cecilia Lynch looked at Julian Keaton. She opened her mouth, wanting to speak, but couldn’t utter a single syllable.

Is it him?

Did he really appear?

It is indeed him!

Only he would throw her into the sea.

Her heart was filled with emotions: touched, flustered, confused, joyous. Cecilia stood there, unmoving, just looking at Julian as her vision gradually blurred.

"How can you be so cruel?" Julian’s voice had a slight choke, "Hm? Cecilia! Who told you being a person allows such cruelty? Wouldn’t you consider my ability to bear it emotionally?"

After speaking, Julian stepped forward and pulled Cecilia into his arms, tightly, as if wanting to embed her into his body.

"Cece," Julian’s voice was very soft, "Don’t leave me. I don’t want you to think for me, decide what kind of life I should lead. If you leave because you don’t love me, I’m willing to let you go; but if you leave due to those laughable external conditions, then I absolutely won’t let you leave my side!"

Upon hearing this, Cecilia’s entire body trembled heavily.

She stayed in Julian’s arms, feeling his warmth, not wanting to say anything, just wanting to stay like this.

If time could stop at this moment, it would be the best!

She could greedily remain by his side, having found herself a selfless excuse.

Not hearing Cecilia’s reply, Julian slightly loosened his grip, looking at her tear-filled eyes. His dark brows gently furrowed, softly wiping the tears from her face.

"If you want to sell milk tea, I’ll supply the ingredients; if you want to sell skewers, I’ll thread the sticks for you; if you want to open a restaurant, I’ll be your waiter. Only if you’re willing to be Mrs. Keaton, will I be Julian Keaton." Julian spoke each word with intense determination.

Hearing Julian’s words, Cecilia’s eyes reddened.

She sniffled, eyes fixed on Julian, his brows full of tenderness.

He is so determined to want her, to love her, even the status she never dared to imagine, he is willing to give her. She couldn’t bear to escape.

In these few days of fleeing, she was truly in agony.

She was constantly thinking about Julian, thinking about her life which, though exhausting, was fulfilling.

Unlike here, where the weather is nice, the air is clean, and things aren’t as complicated as before, yet, she really couldn’t smile from her heart.

"Julian," Cecilia choked up, "When you’ve spent more time with me, you’ll know, marrying someone like me who has nothing and only holds you back, you’ll find it very difficult. After all, if you married a wealthy lady with a background, her and her family could help you bear many things."

"My own ability is already strong enough, why would I need others to help me bear anything?" Julian’s tone was rough.

Then, he raised his tone again: "What? You doubt me?"

"You know what I mean." Cecilia frowned, "Later, when you find that life with me isn’t that special, you’ll regret it, you’ll resent me. I don’t have the confidence to give you a lifetime of novelty, I..."

Before Cecilia could finish, Julian captured her lips with a kiss.

He kissed her so wildly, sealing away all her words, scarcely giving her any chance to think.
