Ciel fired out a volley of explosions between Jaden and the Angel, splitting them up. She then unleashed her Spirit Fusion as she shot towards the Angel, while I made a beeline towards Jaden.
I veered across as he fired out a rapid telekinetic blast at me, the attack grazing my right bicep, before I activated my Roc Wind Skill and launched myself towards him with an intense burst of wind.
"<Mana Claws>," I chanted, activating the power of my Personalis Arma and swinging my right arm across at him as I closed in.
My Mana Claws pinged off his telekinetic defense, before I quickly backed away as he snapped his mouth open and fired out a deafening sonic screech at me.
I used Partial Monstrification to manifest a pair of feathered wings and shot up into the air to evade the attack, before unleashing a rapid blast of Negative Energy at him.
He swiftly blocked it with a wall of telekinesis, before the whip-tails of his Personalis Arma floated up and rapidly extended out towards me. I triggered a burst of wind as they closed in on me, blowing them away before they could reach me.
I then swooped down towards him, shifting my Mana Claws to their Mana Blades form, the claws of Mana over each set of my knuckles combining into single blades and extending.
I whipped my left arm across, firing out a slashing wave of Mana at him, which he swiftly countered with a telekinetic blast, canceling out my slash. I propelled myself with a burst of flames from the soles of my feet, swinging my right arm across with all my strength as I closed in on him.
I managed to break through his telekinetic defense, inflicting a shallow gash across his side, right as one of his whips struck the side of my head, slicing through my skin. As I landed behind him and skidded back, blood streaming down the side of my face before the wound closed up, I fired out a deafening sonic screech at him.
He blasted himself straight up into the air to evade it, before firing out a piercing burst of telekinesis at me, slicing across the top of my right shoulder as I quickly got low to evade it.
I then backed away and got some distance as he descended and landed back on the ground, a strange look on his face as he eyed me warily.
"Weird, something about this feels familiar, as if I’ve fought you before," He muttered with a puzzled expression, before shaking his head, "Well, whatever. As much as I’d like to savor this, I’m supposed to wrap it up quickly. So, check out my new trick...[Spirit Fusion, Sun Lizard: Star]! And also, [Summon Spirit, Rejuven: Cure]!"
Glowing, light yellow scales formed over his entire body, his eyes taking on a similar, slightly lighter hue, A long, flexible thin tail extended out, as the scales on his back turned translucent. At the same time, a glowing blue blob manifested and draped itself around his shoulders.
Well, that’s not good. With that Rejuven Spirit, he can use his Telekinetic Zone freely. And if I get caught in that, I’m screwed. Fortunately...

You ready, Rex?!
"<Not like I have much of a choice>."
I narrowed my eyes at the Angel as I shot towards him while charging up explosions in both hands...based on his appearance, it’s clear what kind of ability he possesses.
Instead of hair, he had an inferno blazing over the top of his head, with more flames cloaking his body. He had fiery yellow eyes, a fair complexion and a cocky look on his face.
Well, I already knew that he uses flames thanks to the info the Gods uploaded to Kai’s Appraisal bank. Specifically, Divine Flames, and he also has that Lux ability that Baraqiel did, along with both Elemental and Status Effect Immunity.
"Hm? Oh, that’s right, your Spirit Fusion allows you to phase through objects," He remarked as he unleashed a roaring blast of flames at me, only for his attack to phase right through me.
"It doesn’t matter how much more powerful you are if you can’t touch me!" I exclaimed, firing the charged up explosions at him.
"Perhaps, but you can’t maintain this for long. And you’re far too slow to-...," He began as he flew up to evade my explosions, before trailing off as I blasted myself straight towards him, extending out my Explosion Blade as I closed in on him in the blink of an eye.
A pair of deafening booms rang out as my explosions hit the ground, before I swung my Explosion Blade at him. He began to fly back, right as I propelled the swing of my arm with an explosion from my elbow, my blade striking his chest and erupting with a devastating impact, sending him hurtling back through the air with a rapid spin.
He brought himself to an abrupt halt as he spread out his wings sharply, before quickly firing out a blast of flames as I unleashed a rapid explosive projectile at him, an intense explosion bursting out as he intercepted and triggered my attack before it could reach him.
His gaze then darted about frantically as I blasted myself all around the space, firing off a few decoy explosions to split his focus. He froze as I blasted myself above him, before launching myself down with another explosion, the Angel lifting his gaze just in time to see my Explosion Blade whipping down towards the top of his head.
He let out an alarmed yell, before his voice was promptly drowned out as my blade got warped around his Halo and struck the top of his head, blasting his skull to bits as his body got launched down and slammed onto the ground with a deafening crash, deep cracks spreading out across the dirt as a thick cloud of dust rose up...
