Chapter 124: Tell me where he touched you, Lilith

Using her name this time.

There was something in the way he said it. Not cold like Nicholas. Not distanced. Warmer but no less commanding. More intimate because of its warmth.

She moved toward him.

Each step felt heavy. Each movement felt deliberate. When she was standing directly in front of his chair, he sat back further into it and looked up at her.

The position put her at his eye level while he remained seated. It was calculated. She could feel the strategy in it. The way it positioned them created a specific dynamic.

"Have you taken your bath?" he asked.

His voice was quiet but it filled the room completely.

Lilith nodded and spoke at the same time: "Yes, Alpha. I have taken my bath."

"Did you scrub your skin thoroughly?" Sebastian continued, his tone conversational but his eyes remaining fixed on her. "Did you wash away the remnants of Kieran’s touch from your body?"

The directness of the question caught her off-guard.

She nodded: "Yes, Alpha. I did."

Sebastian smirked.

The expression transformed his face. It was dangerous and beautiful at the same time. It showed his amusement and his satisfaction and his hunger all at once.

"Well, I need to confirm if you have truly gotten off his scent from your body, Lilith," he said softly.

Her head snapped up.

Her eyes widened like a frightened child’s.

This was not what she expected. This was different from the fitting scene with Nicholas. This was more direct. More intimate. More possessive in a way that felt like heat rather than cold calculation.

"Can I do that, Lilith?" Sebastian asked, his voice dropping lower. "Can I confirm that you’ve gotten off his smell from your body?"

The question hung between them.

Lilith’s breasts hardened immediately against the fabric of her gown.

Heat pooled between her legs, sudden and overwhelming. She unconsciously rubbed her thighs together....a small movement, subtle, trying to ease the ache that had suddenly appeared.

Sebastian caught it.

His smile widened.

Because at that exact moment, the smell of her arousal flooded the room. It was thick and intoxicating and completely unmistakable. It filled the space between them like a physical presence.

Her body had betrayed her again.

She looked at him. Her face was burning with mortification. She shook her head, but the motion was weak. Uncertain.

"Move closer," Sebastian told her.

Not a request. A command delivered with soft intensity.

Lilith moved.

She stepped closer until she was standing directly between his legs. The intimacy of the position was overwhelming. She was surrounded by him. Enclosed by his presence.

Sebastian sat up.

Because of the height difference....she was short, he was tall, his face came to her breast level. He looked up at her from below, his dark eyes locked on hers.

"Tell me where he touched you," he said.

His voice was barely a whisper.

The whisper sent goosebumps racing up and down her spine. She nearly lost her balance. Her hand instinctively reached out to steady herself, and she grabbed his shoulder.

His hand immediately moved to her waist to stabilize her.

"Tell me where he touched you, Lilith," he repeated.

His other hand trailed the hem of her gown. His fingers brushed the fabric lightly, barely touching, but the contact was electric.

His eyes were her undoing.

He was looking at her like a hungry wolf. Like he would devour her right there and then. Like her answer mattered more than anything in the world.

Her body and mind were clouded at this point.

She couldn’t form sentences. Her thoughts scattered like startled birds. She opened her mouth to speak.

No words came out.

Sebastian watched her struggle. He smiled....not cruel, but satisfied. Pleased by her response. Enjoying her inability to maintain control.

His other hand moved to rest on her back.

He rubbed her ass slowly, softly, as if encouraging her to speak. The touch was intimate without being crude. It was seductive in its gentleness. It was breaking down her defenses through kindness rather than force.

"Tell me where he touched you, Lilith," he said again.

His voice was patient but there was an edge to it. An edge that suggested his patience had limits. An edge that suggested what he was asking was important.

"Let me confirm that you have washed off his scent off there permanently."

His hand continued its slow, soft movement against her ass.

His eyes never left hers.

He was waiting for her answer.

And Lilith stood between his legs, drowning in the space between her own will and her body’s responses.

She couldn’t think. Couldn’t breathe. Couldn’t do anything except exist in the moment where his hand was still on her back and his dark eyes were locked on hers with an intensity that made her entire world collapse into just this room. Just this moment. Just him.

"Can i touch you, Lilith," he said, his voice still that barely-there whisper that sent goosebumps racing across her skin.

Her mouth opened but no words came out.

The silence stretched between them. Heavy. Weighted. Charged with something she didn’t have a name for.

Sebastian smiled then...that dangerous, beautiful smile that transformed his face into something both predatory and achingly beautiful at the same time.

"I’ll take that as a yes, then," he said softly.

The moment the words left his mouth, his hand moved.

Slowly. So slowly.

It started at her knee, just beneath where her gown ended. His fingers trailed upward along her inner thigh with deliberate precision. Each movement was calculated. Each touch was intentional. He was watching her face the entire time, tracking every micro-expression, every catch of her breath, every flutter of her eyelids as his hand moved higher and higher.

Lilith’s breathing became shallow.

Her skin prickled with awareness. The silk of her gown slid against her legs as his hand moved beneath it, the fabric creating friction that only heightened every sensation. She could feel the cool air of the room against her exposed skin where the gown gaped. She could feel the heat of his hand moving steadily upward.

His fingers disappeared completely under her gown.
