"Scary..." Gin looked away when Wen Qing ruthlessly threw the guy out. But because of it, his eyes were now locked to Albert. "Ugh. I’m just afraid that Tea—Master’s talent can’t be measured by the crystal. Luckily, there is a test to show your specialty, so it won’t be a problem, I guess."
Gin almost called him Teacher since his identity was now Albert’s people. He needed to get used to calling him ’Master’ instead of ’Teacher’.
"Hahaha! The crystal can’t measure your master’s talent?" Suddenly, a mocking voice came from the side. "You are not even that important."
Gin, Natasha, and Albert glanced to the side, finding a young man who told them off earlier. It turned out he was the guy that they met in the restaurant a few days ago, the one who Gin tried to hide from, Gu Fei.
’What the heck? Since when did he get that close?’ Gin widened his eyes, never expecting that Gu Yue was actually so close to them.
’So, this is the problem that Gin is talking about. Just a single word can easily provoke them. If we add beautiful women to the list as well as the jealousy, no wonder Gin said that they’re going to attack us just because we exists.’ Albert thought, fully understanding the situation.
"What?"
"Gu Fei is here."
"He’s coming to that demon dog."
"Who are they?"
"It must be Gu Fei beating another random person."
The people immediately looked toward them, talking about how Gu Fei would end up killing these people.
However, Albert obviously stepped forward, trying to stop Gu Fei from harming Gin and Natasha.
"Now the master wants to protect the dogs? But as expected, the master of the dog is also a dog." Gu Fei snorted.
Before making his move, Albert glanced at the platform and noticed no one was there. Since it would just delay the selection even further, he raised his vision, gesturing to the elders that oversaw the selection to take action.
"Heh?" Li Mu smirked, amused by Albert’s choice. He suddenly rose from his seat and said, "It seems that I don’t want to waste too much time. I’ll stop them."
Suddenly, Wen Qing also rose from her seat and jumped toward them. "I’m the one who will stop them."
"Oh?" Li Mu furrowed his eyebrows, wondering what would happen. He knew Wen Qing’s personality, so what was going to happen was clear in his eyes. He asked once again, "Are you sure?"
"I don’t like people who boasts without any achievement." Wen Qing snorted and leaped to the platform.
"Stop. If you’re going to disturb the selection process, I’m going to expel you right now!" Wen Qing’s voice resounded, stopping everyone from talking.
"Elder Wen Qing, I apologize for the disturbance." Gu Fei immediately clasped his hands and politely apologized to make him look better in Wen Qing’s eyes.
After that, Wen Qing looked at Albert as if asking the same, albeit Albert didn’t buy it. After all, he didn’t do anything wrong at all. Gin was telling a few things and it was Gu Fei who actually created the disruption.
"That’s enough, Wen Qing. If you continue pursuing this matter, you’re doing the same thing." Li Mu chuckled, stopping Wen Qing from using her power to assert dominance.
Wen Qing furrowed her eyebrows, not understanding why Li Mu helped them. It was true that she could see some of Albert’s power coming from his body, but she couldn’t discern Albert’s true cultivation. After all, Albert just cultivated not long ago and it was only for hiding his identity and blend in, not for his power.
She snorted and returned, of course, while giving one last message. "I hate people who acts arrogant but has nothing to show. Empty boasting."
Li Mu only smiled as he enjoyed the show, thinking, ’But those guys you’re looking down can actually figure out my power when I’m hiding my identity, Wen Qing. No one in this town can do it except for them, so... it seems that things are getting interesting.’

When Gin heard all that, he could only shake his head helplessly, knowing that Gu Fei was the typical villain.
Even Albert looked at Gin and whispered, "Is this what you call the normal villain that wants to kill you just because you exist? And if we fight back, his brother, his father, his elders, or whatever behind him and the ones behind the people behind him will attack us?"
Gin nodded his head helplessly. "I want to avoid conflicts, but it seems that it’s not avoidable. So, we should shut him up later even though it means we will gather a bit more attention than we planned."
"Okay." Albert agreed with him as this was a better choice in the current situation.
Meanwhile, Gu Fei placed his hand on the crystal and released his Spiritual Energy.
Suddenly, a huge lightning spark brightened the area.
All of them were stunned as the young man next to the crystal announced, "Great. Lightning Element, Grade 6. Succeed. Please go to the second platform to test your strength."
Gu Fei nodded before taking another glance at Albert, snorting. His expression was so proud that even Albert wanted to bonk him. Fortunately, he was horny at the moment because he had seen Wen Qing.
Gu Fei proudly went to the second platform and started concentrating.
"Fu..." He took a deep breath and punched forth.
