"So how can I get back to Cornerstone city?" Hutton suddenly asked as he walked back into the dojo with a solemn look on his face.
"That’s simple, I can take you there. But first, I need to tell you the situation you are now in" Boma replied with a light smile on his face.
"Are you talking about my relationship with the man we just encountered a few minutes ago?" Hutton asked with a confused look on his face. But Boma didn’t answer him immediately as he first said while turning to face towards a particular corner in the dojo before going towards that place.
"Follow me first"
’Ok....’ Hutton thought with a more confused look on his face, but he still followed Boma towards that corner of the dojo. When they got there, they saw a wooden door in which Boma swiftly opened and got in.
Not wasting much time, Hutton followed Boma into the room. When he got into the room, Hutton find out that it is actually an office.
The office within the dojo exudes a sense of balance and harmony. Traditional Japanese tatami mats line the floor, providing a serene backdrop against modern desks and ergonomic chairs. The walls adorned with calligraphy scrolls and motivational quotes from ancient warriors offer inspiration amidst the hustle of the workday. The atmosphere is focused yet tranquil, reflecting the ethos of the martial arts practiced just beyond the sliding doors.
"Take a seat Hutton" Boma said as he pointed at the chair that is at the other side of the desk In the room.
"So were you referring to my relationship to the man we just encountered a few minutes ago?" After taking his seat, Hutton asked again with a curious look on his face.
"Unfortunately, yes. The man we just encountered is the family head of the Franklin family" Boma answered with a serious look now on his face.
"And is that supposed to be a bad news for me?" Hutton asked with a straight look on his face. At this point, Hutton isn’t too afraid of the high class families since he has always survived from the clash he had with a few along with even eradicating a branch of a first class family.

"Huh? Of cause it is!? It is even a catastrophic news for you" Boma answered with an incredulous look on his face, but Hutton still wasn’t fazed by Boma’s reaction as he asked another question with a straight look on his face.
"And why is that?"
"That’s because the Franklin family is a bonafide Super family!" Boma exclaimed with a speechless look on his face. When Hutton heard him, he became stunned instantly as he thought.
’A bonafide Super family?’
The first and only time he has encountered a Super family is back at the clash of dojo’s event he participated back in China. And that short encounter he had with them nearly cost him his life.
’Seems like I really am in a dire situation’ Hutton thought as his expression quickly became grim. When Boma saw the change of expression on Hutton’s face, he finally calmed down as he said.
"Looks like you have finally understand the situation you are now in"
"What should I do now?" Hutton suddenly asked with the grim expression still on his face.
"Well you shouldn’t be too tense since all you did to offend him was to be with his daughter for five years. But still, you should just lay low in Cornerstone city for a while so as not to enter his family wide range of network" Boma explained with a straight look on his face.
’Then it seems like I will have to tell Kenneth to pause the agency for a while’ Hutton thought with a serious look on his face as he brought out his phone and switched it on.
Luckily for him, he was with his phone when he got kidnapped by the eccentric cultivator.
’Woah....’ Hutton thought with a wry look on his face as he saw the numerous missed calls and text messages that keep on popping on his phone screen. After clearing all the notifications out, he finally call Kenneth.
"Mr. Hutton! Can you tell me where you are now? I will gather some men to get you as soon as possible" as soon as the call connected, Hutton’s ear was suddenly filled up by Kenneth’s rushed and surprised voice.
"There is no need for that, am already safe. What I want you to do now is to temporarily close the agency" Hutton replied with a straight look on his face.
"Huh? Why Mr. Hutton?" Kenneth asked with a confused tone in his voice.
"I can’t tell you on phone, once I get to you, I will tell you why. Just temporarily close the agency" Hutton said with a straight look on his face.
"Ok, I will get it done Mr. Hutton" Kenneth eventually after staying silent for a while.
"Good, bye for now" Hutton said before he disconnected the call. While putting his phone back into his pocket, Hutton finally said to Boma.
"Take me back to Cornerstone city"
"Sure. But first, tell me how you became a cultivator?" Boma asked with an intrigued smile on his face. While Hutton was on his call with Kenneth, Boma was finally able to notice the strange Qi all around Hutton which shows that Hutton is a cultivator.
"Oh, I just had a lucky encounter" Hutton said with a strange smile on his face. When Boma heard him, he first gave Hutton a deep and knowing look before he said.
"Ok then, if you say so"
Right after that, Boma placed his hand on Hutton’s shoulders and in the next moment, they disappeared out of the office.
"So where are we now?" Hutton asked after finding himself in another new location. Apparently, both Hutton and Boma are now in a mini courtyard.
The mini courtyard is a tranquil oasis amidst the urban jungle. Paved with weathered cobblestones, it hosts a symphony of greenery—lush ferns, delicate vines, and colorful blooms cascade from terracotta pots and hanging baskets. A bubbling fountain serves as the focal point, its gentle murmur drowning out the city’s din. Wooden benches invite visitors to pause and take in the sights and sounds, while soft sunlight filters through the canopy of overhead foliage, creating dappled patterns on the ground below. It’s a pocket of serenity in the heart of bustling streets.
"We are in the Cornerstone mini courtyard that is right at the edge of the entrance leading to the core region of the city" Boma answered with a light smile on his face.
"Hutton? Mentor?"
But right when Hutton and Boma were about to move from the spot they appeared in the mini courtyard, they both heard a very familiar voice from a distance right behind them.
"Seems like we have been spotted" Boma suddenly said with a light smile on his face as he turned. But Hutton have a wry smile on his face as he thought while he followed Boma.
’Why do I feel like you brought me here particularly for this reason?’
When they turned, they finally saw who was calling out to them whom is actually a fair skinned lady.
The fair-skinned lady possessed an arresting contrast of features, with ebony hair framing her delicate face like a crown of midnight. Her eyes, deep pools of onyx, held a mesmerizing intensity, drawing you in with their magnetic gaze.
Against her porcelain complexion, the dark hue of her hair and eyes created a striking allure, a captivating blend of light and shadow. Each strand of her hair seemed to shimmer with its own mysterious luster, while her eyes sparkled with a quiet intelligence and depth.
She moved with a graceful confidence, her presence commanding attention wherever she went. She was a vision of timeless beauty, an embodiment of elegance and allure.
"Ling time no see Vivian" Hutton said with a light smile on his face as he observed Vivian coming towards him silently. But strangely, Vivian didn’t give him a reply back as she just silently walked towards Hutton with her head lowered.
’Huh? Why isn’t she answering?’ Hutton thought with a confused look on his face as he took a step forward to get closer to Vivian faster.
Bang!!
But as soon as Vivian approached Hutton, he unexpectedly received a light punch on his chest which took him off guard. Right after that, she silently walked past him ad approached Boma before she raised up her head and said.
"It’s good to see you again Mentor"
"It’s good to see you too Vivian" Although he was a bit taken back towards the short interaction between Vivian and Hutton, he still replied with a light smile on his face.
’Huh? What was that for?’ Hutton thought with a perplexed look on his face as he turned and looked at Vivian while still trying to find out why Vivian lightly punched him. But Vivian didn’t seem to care as she said Ina slightly pained voice.
"Well at least I still have someone who checks up on me once I a while. Unlike the others.."
