"I was wondering how much Han Ruochen borrowed and where she borrowed so much from? Do you know how much money she has at the moment? I will not allow her to squander away the money that can be used. Han Ziyan’s eyes sparkled when she heard her mother’s response. As long as Han Ruochen was suffering, she would be happy. She nodded and agreed with Meng Yunhan at once. "Mom, you are right. We are in such a terrible condition; it’s only right for elder sister to chip in. Big brother has a family so naturally he will not be able to help us but Sister Ruochen is unmarried and can help us. But mom, will sister be willing to hand you the money? I have a feeling that she will be even more miserly now."
She recalled how Han Ruochen had refused to hand her the money in the past and sullenly pulled a long face. "You don’t know I once asked her for money and my sister refused. Now that such a thing has happened, will she be willing to hand you money? Have you forgotten? Even when she was paying for the surgery fees, she handed the money over on her own and never gave you a penny."
"That damned wretched girl!" Meng Yunhan boiled with anger when she thought of the surgery fees. If Han Ruochen had passed the money to her, then she could have at least saved some face in front of Han Yichen’s employees, but because Han Ruochen was bent on going against her, she paid the fees herself and caused her to be embarrassed in front of everyone. "how could you hurt someone like this?" She then turned to look at her brother whose face was dripping with blood and couldn’t help but feel sorry for him. "Brother, let’s go; we need to get you treated."
Han Yong wiped the blood off his face and hummed quietly.
"Stop! Where are you going?" When Xu Yuanshu saw Han Yong ignoring her, she rushed to hold him. "Where do you think you are going? Don’t you dare to ignore me. Han Yong, I will ask you this the last time. Will you give me the money or not?"
