Chapter 1213: Anthropic evolution
Michael was so shocked that he immediately teleported over to the Factory. He needed to see this with his own two eyes or else he wouldn’t be able to convince himself it was the truth.
A young man stood in front of him, tanned skin. Dark blue hair with light blue ends. Sharp features. He looked like one of the typical adventurers Michael saw from those fantasy anime he’d watched during his first life.
Added in his katana by his side, this man truly looked like he was a main character from a book!
"Boss!"
"Jaku?"
"Can I go home now?" the young man asked.
Michael was still quite flabbergasted and couldn’t even respond properly.
"What’s wrong?" Jaku asked, as if he didn’t even know that something had changed within himself.
A few seconds later, Shadow Orcs emerged out of the ground and surrounded Jaku from all sides, their knives ready to stab at him at any second.
"Who are you?!"
"Identify yourself now or else..."
"Lord Michael, please retreat as far away as possible. We’ll deal with this problem."
Jaku looked at the Shadow Orcs and laughed. "Okay guys, nice joke. Now, can we go home now?"
Still, the Shadow Orcs kept their weapons aimed at this ’unknown’ human. They just saw him defeat a 9th stage Ersatz soldier with ease. There was a possibility of him endangering their boss.
"It’s me, guys! What’s going on with you? YAWN!"
It was at that moment that the Shadow Orcs’ eyes widened. "Sir Jaku?!" they screamed out.
"Of course it’s me! Who else would I be?!"
Michael couldn’t help but laugh to himself. Just like the Orcs, he was only able to recognize the Dragonborn thanks to his uncanny ability to always yawn even in the middle of the most tense situations.
"Why don’t you look for yourself?" he said as he handed Jaku a piece of glass shards from the rubble.
The Dragonborn lazily looked at his own reflection. "What’s everyone—WHO ARE YOU?!"
To his surprise, Jaku dropped the mirror shard to the floor. Despite shattering in many pieces, the face reflected on its surface still showed a completely different face than Jaku was used to.
"WHAT HAPPENED?!"

As it turned out, Jaku had hatched from his egg and immediately looked for Michael. The Unity Clones then told him where he was, and Jaku immediately teleported there using his own Shadow Clone.
And once he saw the fight in the factory, he decided to join and finish the fight.
In his hurry, he didn’t seem to notice that he was now a lot taller than he was before. He was at least 6.5 feet tall now, towering over everybody. Not only that, but the dark scales on his body was completely gone, replaced by tanned human skin.
In fact, everything about his physiology looked completely human. The only thing different was his organs inside.
It resembled that of his Dragonborn body, but became more efficient and stronger in quality. His muscle, bone structure, and even his veins had become so much more durable and powerful that Michael theorized it would allow Jaku to apply strength beyond that of a normal human or demi-human or even Draconian!
He was sure of that. After all, he’d studied Infernus’ body structure as well. That young Draconian was considered to be a prodigy. A talent beyond anyone’s had ever seen.
That’s what allowed him to become a student of Charys. One could even say that this was a much more difficult title to achieve than being a student of a Heavenly Knight.
Yet, Jaku’s physiology still looked superior to that of Infernus!
[According to my estimates, Jaku has shown a 400% increase in base strength compared to his previous state.]
That was just his normal state. They hadn’t even taken into account his Aubility Power!
"Damn it! Now I won’t fit perfectly in my bed," Jaku complained. "How can I sleep peacefully now?"
Michael wanted to hit the Dragonborn’s head to smack some sense into him. But Jaku was now too tall!
He was only 6 feet tall, after all.
[Smack.]
Micheal felt a sharp pain at the back of his head. [only 6 feet tall?]
Point taken.
As he massaged the back of his head, Michael couldn’t help but wonder. Was this Jaku’s evolution? Why is it so different from Zion’s evolution?
One turned into a Dragon. The other into a human.
The only difference between them was their talent and their cultivation levels.
He also noticed the fact that Jaku still had GodForge pieces in his heart. It was still embedded in his heart, becoming the source of the Aubility Power in his body.
They’re so different that I can only conclude that they have a completely different evolutionary path.
Speaking of which...
Michael looked at the Mini Drones positioned in his other factories. This was not the only place being besieged by the Ersatz at the moment.
And from what the Shadow Orcs told him, it seemed that they were also helped by unknown humans who showed up out of nowhere.

The Shadow Orcs finished up the job by typing up all the Ersatz members that they caught during the robbery.
If it was before, he would have just killed them. But he’d decided that he was going to change the way he fought against the Ersatz.
He was going to try and turn these zombies back into the living. It wouldn’t be easy. These Ersatz members were still spitting hateful words as the Shadow Orcs tied them up, promising to kill everyone and stuff.
But they wouldn’t be saying that soon enough.
Anyway, once the trouble with the automobile factories was over, Michael met up with the Dragonborns.
Two women walked up towards him, both fair-skinned, as if they were princesses from another land coming to visit the Nation of Reborn.
One of them looked refined. Back straight. Her very presence oozed out grace, gentleness, and rigidity.
With her straight black hair, upturned eyes, white skin, Sheina bowed towards Michael.
"Lord Michael. I am pleased to report that we have successfully evolved without any problems."
