On the phone, Li Shan asked, "Do you want me to pick you up at the airport?"
"Huh?" Wan Chuchu was puzzled. She had lost Ming Wan; how could she possibly return now? She had to find Ming Wan first.
So she said, "Brother Lishan, I won’t go back yet. Can you help me locate the ring my grandfather gave me?"
Li Shan asked, "Isn’t the ring with you?"
Wan Chuchu, in a low mood, said, "No, an hour and a half ago, I put the ring on Ming Wan’s hand, and now I can’t find her. Please help me locate her, I promised the Crown Prince that I would take good care of Ming Wan."

Hearing her words, Li Shan curiously said, "The location of the ring shows it’s on the way to the airport, about twenty minutes from arriving."
"What?!" Wan Chuchu was shocked and couldn’t quite believe what she heard.
If Ming Wan was taken to the airport, the person who took her could only be someone from the Crown Prince’s side.
Realizing this possibility, Wan Chuchu felt uncomfortable and after thinking for a moment, she said, "Brother Lishan, keep an eye on the ring’s movement for me and call this phone if anything happens."
The phone she had just taken from Andrew hadn’t been returned to him. After checking it, Wan Chuchu disabled its tracking feature to make it easier for her to use—the Crown Prince’s phone could only make calls, not receive them, which was inconvenient.
"Okay, be careful." Li Shan didn’t ask further questions.
Wan Chuchu took out another phone to call the Crown Prince. As soon as the call connected, she sharply asked,
"Ming, what do you mean?! You took your sister away without even informing me. Are you trying to leave me here as bait?
I agreed to accompany your sister to Y Country, but I didn’t agree to sell my life for you!

On the other end of the phone, the Crown Prince was feeling a headache. He didn’t expect Wan Chuchu to see through everything so quickly. Finally, when he got a chance to speak, he quickly said:
"My dear lady, I couldn’t reach you. You know your phone only makes calls, not receives. I was also waiting for your call."

Recalling the time they departed from home, the commander himself came to the airport with people to catch them. The commander probably already knew his son’s intentions, trying to pull his daughter away, but Ming Wan was deeply entangled in her attachment to her ex-boyfriend, and she managed to fly out anyway.
The Crown Prince helplessly said, "Several major incidents happened within the mafia yesterday and today. Be careful on your way."
"All your handiwork, huh?!" Wan Chuchu sarcastically asked.

What she said just now was just out of anger, though even if she was upset, she couldn’t really do anything about the Crown Prince. After hanging up, Wan Chuchu focused on driving. She sped as fast as she could. Andrew’s car performed exceptionally, and the adrenaline rush she got from the wind blowing past her helped dispel all of her previous unease.
She encountered two cars heading towards a small building in the woods. Those cars honked from afar, signaling her to stop, but Wan Chuchu remained unfazed. The car sped forward without slowing, colliding straight ahead. Those in the other cars weren’t as reckless, barely avoiding her path.
Finally reaching the airport, Wan Chuchu saw Ming Wan as expected.
Ming Wan stood outside the airport, looking intently in the direction Wan Chuchu was coming from. It was clear she was waiting for someone, though it was uncertain whether it was for Wan Chuchu or Andrew.
But as soon as Ming Wan saw Wan Chuchu getting out of the car, she hurriedly ran over, tightly grabbing Wan Chuchu’s hand, apologizing, "I’m sorry, I didn’t wait for you."
Wan Chuchu couldn’t help but laugh, "Then who were you waiting for while standing here?"
Ming Wan paused, realizing that Wan Chuchu wasn’t upset about her leaving first. A gentle, jade-like smile appeared on her face.
"Let’s go inside," she said with a warm smile.
Wan Chuchu nodded, "Let me grab my luggage first."
She rummaged through the car, only taking the laptop and phone she brought along, along with a small pack of diamonds.
The two guns were left in the car, as was a bag containing tens of thousands in cash that couldn’t be taken onto the plane. She didn’t inform the person accompanying Ming Wan about the money in the car either.
