Chapter 1301: Chapter 1301: Even When I’m Good to You, You Still Think About Other Women

Thinking about how Easton Holmes had carried other women before, Lily Turner couldn’t help but feel a surge of jealousy. Even though she knew it happened before they were together, she still couldn’t help feeling upset.

"Didn’t you want me to carry you home? We’re not at our place yet." The woman on his back was clamoring to get down and walk herself, and Easton knew exactly why. Realizing that his wife was causing a fuss on his back because of her jealousy, a charming smile unconsciously appeared on his lips.

Lily was busy sulking, and now that she was on Easton’s back, she couldn’t see his reaction at all, constantly demanding to get down and walk herself. "I’ve changed my mind; I suddenly want to walk home myself."

This time, she wasn’t just talking but took action. She patted his shoulders with both hands, trying to get him to put her down.

"But I want to carry you home." The more the woman on his back fussed, the happier Easton felt, and the smile on his lips grew larger.

All Lily could think about was Easton carrying other women, which made her angrier the more she thought about it. Hearing his words, she was so mad she bit into his shoulder.

This girl! It seems she really is mad at him.

Out of anger, Lily didn’t hold back when she bit him, not even considering the consequences. She was so consumed by her emotions.

Easton just so happened to be wearing a thin T-shirt today. Her bite instantly gave him a jolt of pain, but he didn’t make a sound.

"Wifey! Should I take this to mean you’re jealous?" He was almost certain she was jealous, but he wanted to hear her admit it.

"Jealous? I might as well drink vinegar too." Hearing Easton suggest she was jealous, Lily quickly lifted her head and loudly retorted while tilting her head at him.

"My ears!"

Easton’s ears were perfectly fine, but he acted dramatically, even tilting his head to look at his wife on his back. "Wifey! Help me rub my ear, you’ve made it buzz with your yelling."

He put on a pitiful look, and the joyful smile that had just appeared on his face vanished without a trace.

"You..."

Lily was about to refuse when she suddenly saw Easton looking all pitiful. She instantly softened, but her words remained tough, "Serves you right."

Despite her tough words, her hand still reached out to his ear, gently massaging it.

Easton greatly enjoyed his wife’s care, feeling so comfortable that he couldn’t help but sigh contentedly, "My wife always treats me best."

Even when she was jealous and mad, his wife still treated him so well. She was truly wonderful.

"You treat me well, yet you still think about other women." Hearing Easton’s sigh, Lily couldn’t help but mumble.

Although her mumble was very quiet, his ear was right by her mouth, so he heard it loud and clear.

Easton sighed deeply and decided to explain things to Lily clearly, worried that if he didn’t, she’d continue to let her imagination run wild.

"Silly wife! Don’t be mad anymore. Earlier, when I said I’d carried other women, I meant our two daughters, Rosie and Evie." The girls especially loved being carried around. Every time he carried those little ones, they’d happily shout: "Flying! Flying!"
