Chapter 111: Chapter 111 New Room

"Alright everyone, your rooms have already been prepared, and your belongings have been moved there. For the male students, please follow this gentleman. And for the ladies, please follow this young lady."

"Move along now. And don’t forget dinner tonight in the cafeteria." Beatrix instructed.

The first-year students then began moving toward their respective dormitory sections.

Meanwhile, Beatrix remained standing in place as she watched the group leave, her gaze lingering on Oliver.

"He’s intriguing, don’t you think?" a voice suddenly said beside her. It was Levin, the Vice-Captain of House Mythragon and a fellow final-year student.

"Yes. No wonder Grandmaster Irmelia personally selected him herself." Beatrix replied thoughtfully.

"I like to ask him where he found that monster later. Hopefully it isn’t a Unique monster." Levin said before turning around and walking away.

Beatrix remained standing there silently. Her eyes were still fixed on Oliver’s departing figure. For some reason, she felt that the first-year student was hiding far more secrets than anyone currently realized.

---

"Wow!"

Oliver was amazed as he looked around his room. It was very spacious and could easily fit all of his smaller monsters without any issue.

The room contained a queen-sized bed, a large brown wooden cabinet for storing clothes, and a sturdy study table paired with a beautifully carved chair. There was even a private bathroom, and everything looked exceptionally clean.

He then walked toward the curtain covering the glass door and pulled it open. A balcony was waiting outside.

Oliver stepped forward and looked at the view beyond.

Since the academy was built on top of a hill at the center of the city, he could clearly see the countless lights of Boviss stretching into the distance. The evening glow illuminated the streets below, creating a beautiful and lively scene.

"It really is beautiful..." Oliver muttered softly as a smile appeared on his face.

During his previous life, he had only studied up to high school and never had the opportunity to attend college or university. Because of that, he had never experienced living in a dormitory like this.

He then entered his room again. All of his monsters were already inside.

Flora was currently testing the bed as she bounced lightly on it with great interest, while the others explored and observed the room. Nyx was trying to peek out from the balcony, but Oliver quickly pushed him back inside to prevent anyone from spotting the giant insect.

Oliver then looked toward Husk. Immediately, he noticed something strange. He seemed a little agitated. It was the first time Oliver had seen him acting like this.

"Are you okay, Husk? You look a little weird."

Husk slowly lifted his head and looked at Oliver.

"I am fine. It is just... I can smell something in this academy. But I cannot identify it yet."

"Smell? What smell?" Oliver asked, his expression becoming serious. He trusted Husk’s senses more than anyone else’s.

Husk frowned slightly.

"I cannot confirm it yet. But whatever it is, the scent is becoming weaker now." After saying that, Husk lowered his head and lay down on Oliver’s bed beside Flora.

Oliver remained silent for a moment. If Husk was concerned about something, then it was likely not something ordinary.

But it was not something urgent to think about right now.

Oliver walked toward the cabinet and opened it. Immediately, his eyes shone brightly.

Inside, five sets of neatly arranged golden uniforms were hanging there, the official attire of House Mythragon.

Oliver immediately took one of them and quickly put it on.

After buttoning it up, he stood before the large mirror beside the cabinet and struck several poses while admiring himself.

"I look very handsome. It really suits me."

The uniform was made from a comfortable fabric that allowed air to flow easily through it, making it suitable for both training and daily activities.

Its primary colors were gold and black, with elegant black stripes running along the sides. A beautifully embroidered dragon emblem was displayed proudly on the left side of the chest, while a shoulder plate bearing the Roman numeral I rested on his shoulder, signifying his status as a first-year student.

<Mythragon Uniform>

Combined with his black hair and golden eyes, the attire gave Oliver a noble and refined appearance that made him look far more prestigious than the average commoner.

"Oliver, look at me. Does it look nice on me?" Flora suddenly asked.

Oliver turned his head. The moment he saw her, his face instantly turned red. Flora was wearing his uniform.

Because of her naturally alluring figure, the fitted attire emphasized her body shape far more than it was intended to. The uniform that looked elegant on Oliver somehow looked completely different on her.

"Hey! Don’t wear my uniform. It will stretch the chest and hip area." Oliver quickly said.

"Hmmm? It looks perfectly fine to me." Flora blinked before looking down at herself.

"It doesn’t! Take it off immediately."

She then puffed out her cheeks in a pout before reluctantly removing the uniform and placing it back where she had found it.

"What a stingy master," Flora muttered.

"I am not stingy. I only have five set!"

"Then give me one."

"No."

"Hmph." Flora crossed her arms and turned her head away dramatically, causing Oliver to sigh helplessly.

He then neatly stored all the uniforms back inside the cabinet before sitting down on the bed. After that, he took out the five monster cards currently in his possession and spread them out in front of him.

"I currently have two Common monsters, two Uncommon monsters, and one Rare monster. I should tame one of them soon."

Oliver rubbed his chin while looking at the cards.

"The monsters belonging to the people here are not to be taken lightly, especially that Kai guy."

As he said that, he remembered the dark monster that Kai had summoned during the selection ceremony. The pressure emitted by that creature was something he still vividly remembered. Even Oliver himself had felt a chill from it.

That monster was simply different from everything else he had encountered so far. And one day, Oliver was certain that he would eventually face Kai.

"Against ordinary monsters, my current lineup is enough. But against that thing... I am not sure. I think I need to tame a light-elemental monster later to counter it."

Perhaps his next monster would become the key to dealing with powerful opponents like Kai in the future.
