Chapter 529: Level 6

Ever since I learned of Omni-Mastery’s true essence, I had unconsciously treated it as the norm.

Of course, I wasn’t ignorant enough not to realize the advantage that I had, but with no direct peers to compare with, it was hard to set the scales.

Especially when the enemies I had to deal with only grew stronger. As time went by, it was hard to gauge my progress when I barely had enough to deal with whatever was being thrown at me.

However, now that I could see things from the Green Dragon’s perspective. It truly was an unfair ability.

’It really is the tree that keeps on giving.’

If someone else was in my place, they might consider the fact that this special development might be unrelated to my Innate Ability, but...

’As if I could have reached Advanced Dragonization without its help to begin with.’

In reality, the major cheat ability known as Dragonization was merely a by-product of Omni-Mastery’s fifth ability.

Sure, I might have received the base using the evolution opportunity presented by the System, but...

’At most, I would be on a similar level with the Dragon Clan’s warrior.’

If Omni-Mastery didn’t present me with the possibility of evolving beyond human limits, I wouldn’t be standing in front of a True Dragon right this moment, let alone obtain something absurd like the Draconic Crown.

’It’s only natural that its influence has been thoroughly transmitted.’

Now that I understood what those words implied, the System’s description was very clear.

The Draconic Crown was a Law communicating tool, and there was no clear limit to how many Laws that entailed.

’Or so I hope.’

I had yet to test the effect of the ivory crown on my Weapon energy nor my Mental energy, but for some reason...

I had a firm belief that it would work with every single one of my abilities!

’It’s not the time for tests anyway.’

Although I took it easy, I was still having a direct conversation with a True Dragon.

Compared to the information or benefits I could get from him, testing factual aspects was definitely not a priority.

In addition, considering the pain that came back as soon as I unleashed my Ice breath, it would take

For now, I had to be content with the fact that my Innate Ability allowed me to surpass even Dragons!

{I see... You were already expecting it to be that limitless. It seems like even I have to broaden my horizons to fit the greater picture.}

In reality, I was just as amazed from my renewed perspective, but to the Green Dragon who saw my previous nonchalant display, it looked as if it was an everyday thing for me.

’It’s not exactly wrong, but I just lacked awareness for a moment.’

When it came to actual horizons, just the near-death meeting that the Green Dragon should have broadened his horizons more than enough.

However, the one thing he lacked was a shared defect between all great beings.

They lacked the ability to imagine the lengths the little people could go to in order to face these great beings when they became threats.

’That being said, I’m not exactly a normal example.’

Naturally, as one of only 10 players who possessed unique Innate Abilities, I was further out of everyone’s expectations.

’Including my own.’

No matter how much of a trend Omni-Mastery had set, I could never have guessed that something so all-encompassing like the Draconic Crown would pop up.

At most, only the upgrades done to Dragon Wings and Full Dragonization were things that I already considered a possibility before they appeared.

’Speaking of which...’

Finally, before I resumed my conversation with the Green Dragon, there was one last thing to check that was far more important than the rest.

The cause behind all of this excitement had just received an upgrade of its own!

’...?’

Following the trend of leveling up, I was already expecting a greater effect for the new level, but before I get to that, I noticed that there were some changes in the fifth ability’s wording.

’Same race?’

Previously, the wording specifically pointed out that only the sub-race could be further developed, but now, it had changed into something all-encompassing once again.

If someone was unfamiliar with the ability’s direction, they might think that this was a downgrade, meaning I could only absorb the bloodlines of fellow half-dragons.

However, I could tell that this case was the opposite. Rather than just Dragons, I could now absorb the bloodlines of fellow humans. Only...

’Are there special human bloodlines?’

Special humans did exist, but special bloodlines were news to me.

As far as I knew, the only thing that could highlight that specialty were Innate Abilities, but every special human was different in that sense.

Aside from specific cases like us players, the manifestation of Innate Abilities was pretty random.

’Well, having one more mysterious possibility is never bad.’

I wasn’t sure I would benefit from the fifth ability’s upgrade, but it wouldn’t harm me either.

Instead of half a possibility like this, what really mattered to me was the completely new path that had been opened up.

"...Excuse me, do other races comparable to Dragons live on these Domains?"

I thought I had a good grasp over the power pyramid in the Lost Realm, but it seemed like I was just getting started.
