Chapter 493: I Won!
In his plans, Trinidad accounted for everything, including the despicable personality of his opponent and he devised counters for it.
When he decided to take Sebastian along for this epic showdown, he already guessed that the despicable Big Daddy would aim to eliminate him first which was the reason why he gave Sebastian specific plans.
Originally, he felt reluctant to go with this plan since any mistake could lead to Sebastian’s death but the young Leviathon’s show in the test impressed him.
He believed that even against an opponent as powerful as Big Daddy, Sebastian would be able to stay alive for a second to allow him to attack.
To his surprise though, Sebastian’s performance exceeded his expectations.
As for Big Daddy, as the old predator that he was, he already saw almost all of the different species of beasts in Oceania having traveled all 7 Great Seas during his youth when he was still an enthusiastic Thresher Whale.
During his travels, he met a Mana Lord who had a Celestial Beast once and was the reason for his surprised reaction to feeling Goldie at work.
As a veteran predator, all these were not enough to affect his instinctive reactions in battle but another more important reason caused it which was the only reason why Trinidad was able to catch him so easily.
With a loud booming sound, the Atomic Breath seemed to tear right through his body but Big Daddy’s body glowed as he roared the next moment.
With his roar, his body seemed to expand a few more meters as he tanked the damage like a boss while 2 large golden horns grew from his head, his demeanor changed the next moment.
ROAR!!!
Big Daddy’s roar was heard across the Nightmare Forest again after decades of silence, every beast shuddered at the roar of this pinnacle predator.
Not willing to be outdone by his rival, Trinidad roared back at his face in defiance and this became the catalyst for the battle to officially begin.
Neither of them held back again as they went at each other with their full might. With Trinidad activating his Domineering King Kong Physique, and Big Daddy activating his Killer Daddy Physique, both predators exploded.
This was a legendary melee battle whose shockwaves spread across kilometers, causing thousands of predators to cower and hide more.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
In this melee battle, the might of Thresher Whales was shown.
Despite being the bigger predator, almost twice the size of Trinidad, Big Daddy showed such speed and ferocity that should be impossible for his size.
Anytime his massive rows of teeth tried to snap at his prey, it was like massive scissors were slicing the world apart in twain.
Despite the intimidating display by his opponent, Trinidad was not to be outdone. In his Domineering King Kong Physique form, he had no weaknesses, he was a solid boxer who was lethal in offense and firm in defense.
In this battle, Trinidad followed the principles that he taught Sebastian. Leviathons never thought too much, they simply fought.
Having deactivated all his sensing skills, he fought with one-minded focus as he impeccably nullified all the attacks of his opponents while retaliating fiercely.
While battling, he seemed to be receiving combat lectures live from the elders from themselves as each of his actions were executed at a textbook perfect level, any time he retaliated, Big Daddy felt the impact.
BOOM!
With one last clash, both predators separated from each other as the battle quickly entered another phase. Trinidad was a space domain magician, while Big Daddy was a golden domain warrior, both advanced pinnacle magic domains.
The Golden magic domain was a variant of light magic but more advanced. By combining light magic, metal magic, and earth magic, a new tyrannical magic domain appeared, the golden magic domain.
"Space Domain Skill: Spatial Daggers!"
"Space Domain Skill: Space Compression!"
"Golden Domain Skill: Tower of Destruction!"
"Bloodline Skill: Void Mouth!"
Trinidad attacked first as the space around the massive Thresher Whale started compressing together, struggling to trap him in place. While this happened, spatial daggers appeared in the water that started falling momentously.
Some of the daggers dug into the sturdy skin of the massive Thresher Whale, injuring it and causing blood to flow but Big Daddy’s retaliatory action soon came.
Once Big Daddy activated his skill, earth and metal all around started converging together at a rapid speed. In less than a second, a massive golden tower was formed that rotated at a super-fast speed.
While rotating rapidly, this tower expanded again before shooting towards Trinidad. The shockwaves from the spin of the tower also threw the spatial daggers that were flying about off course.
Before Trinidad could react to this sudden danger, Big Daddy went again as he activated a bloodline skill. As soon as he opened his massive mouth, everywhere turned turbulent, it was like a real whale was feeding.
A large suction force erupted with Big Daddy’s mouth as the center as the surrounding water including everything that was in it was sucked.
Trinidad could not withstand the suction force, the next moment he saw himself moving towards his opponent.
In no time, he would collide against the dangerous spinning tower but Trinidad did not panic, since defending was out of the equation, he reacted like a Leviathon and defended with an offense.
"Bloodline Skill: Space Slash!"
Wom!
The mighty space slash bigger than anything Sebastian had seen before sliced across, cleanly cutting the dangerously spinning tower in 2.
Sebastian was amazed by the display but before he could follow up on what was happening, the 2 predators already lunged at each other again.
Sebastian was relegated to a spectator as he watched this massive battle. Hours passed but both pinnacle predators kept on going at each other.
As more time passed, Sebastian finally understood the real reason why his senior brought him along. Even though he was strong, even though he killed a Red tier predator, this was a battle that was above his limits.
He could still be easily killed by either of these 2 predators, the real reason why Trinidad brought him here was to see a stronger Leviathon fight like a real Leviathon in a more vivid way than he had seen before.
At this moment, Sebastian felt like a small baby who was still just crawling. A baby grows curious about how to walk only by seeing his parents walking.
Now, Trinidad was akin to his parent and was teaching him how to walk, run, fight, and battle like a Leviathon. Trinidad already revealed the theory to him, now he was revealing the practical to him in the most impactful manner possible.
The clash between these 2 titan predators continued for 3 full days!
By this time, the Nightmare Tree already suffered a lot of damage while the terrain of this region already terraformed into something else entirely.
The shockwaves of this battle were felt across all of the Nightmare Forest.
Despite the injuries, despite the pain, and despite the weariness, these 2 pinnacle predators persevered through it all with only one source of motivation which was killing the opponent that kept them going.
Now, they both already sported so many injuries that they were unrecognizable from 3 days ago but neither of them paid attention.
The more they fought, the more the difference became clear. Trinidad was younger and more vigorous, and he improved again, he was the one with the upper hand though Big Daddy still got his stuff that made him an overlord for centuries.
Even as the battle already stretched for 3 days, one constant was that neither of them had used their strongest trump card yet.
Even while they already made use of all their magic gadgets and magic weapons, they kept that last trump card as close to their heart as possible.
The last trump card would only be used at the really critical moment when the battle was about to draw to an end, and it would determine who would be the winner of this massive clash.
Another 3 hours later, that critical moment finally arrived.
After colliding with Big Daddy again and being pushed away, Trinidad did not rush back immediately like before rather he paused to channel his mana.
"Self-created Space Domain Killer Move: Shredding Meatgrinder!"
After over 2 centuries of having created this skill, Trinidad finally upgraded it. When his eyes looked at his opponent again, they were completely grey as he started accelerating towards his opponent.
It was now or never; this was the moment of truth.
Seeing the young predator that he watched grow speeding towards him, Big Daddy laughed maniacally before accelerating forward also.
"Self-created Golden Domain Killer Move: Golden Fridge of the NetherRealm!"
Frost gathered all around Big Daddy the next moment.
Through a secret technique, Big Daddy borrowed frost from the NetherRealm planetary dimension to empower his ultimate attack.
Combining the extreme cold with the original earth, metal, and light elements of his magic domain, this killer move became an ultimate carrier of death.
Both predators accelerated fast and closed the distance in less than a second, then they collided while throwing their skills at each other.
BOOMMMMM!!!

Sebastian’s senses were scrambled, his sight was blinded, and his whole body was affected as the powerful shockwave swept across like a plague.
It felt like an eternity to Sebastian, but after a long time, everything quieted down. It took even longer for him to recover and activate his combined super sensing skill to see the outcome.
When Sebastian looked, he saw pride for the first time in his life. Pride erupted in his heart as Trinidad stepped on Big Daddy’s weak body.
A huge hole was ground through half of Big Daddy’s head, it was a wonder how the Thresher Whale was still alive. As for Trinidad, his whole body was bleeding but without a doubt, he won this clash.
Trinidad looked into his rival’s eyes. "I won!"
