Aggressive leveling!
This was Sebastian’s ultimate personal plan.
While Sebastian’s ultimate plan for his army was to expand, grow more powerful and develop a more tyrannical reputation, his ultimate plan for himself was to level up like there was no tomorrow.
With a great army behind him, he would have a lot more punch and influence anywhere he moved and when he spoke which was evident from the Beast King.
Being the most feared Sea King alive at the moment was not just because of his strength, but because of the tyrannical army of the Beast King.
With this guy as a role model, Sebastian wanted to build his army to the greatest heights but this was not his ultimate goal. His ultimate goal was to become the Ocean Master and to be that, he needed to be a pinnacle Black tier predator.
At this moment, despite his astonishing strength, Sebastian was still just a purple-tier predator and was far off from the Black tier goal.
To get to this level and fulfill his ultimate goal, the amount of effort needed to put into level up was staggering considering that the more he grew and evolved, the more experience that was needed to level up.
And unlike most powerful and talented predators who could afford to take it easy, using the slow and steady way that could take centuries to level up and develop, Sebastian did not have such luxuries.
He only had 2 years to level up to the Black tier realm and become the Ocean Master. If he failed, well, it was fair to say that the universe would end since the Ancient Cthulu would probably turn everyone into fried barbecue.
Having only 2 years to fulfill so much put Sebastian under a lot of pressure. This was the reason why he could not slow down, he needed to keep on going.
As Sebastian became more exposed to the mysteries of this world, and as his knowledge grew, the more he started appreciating the help of his system.
The more he knew, the more he knew how much his system helped him.
The fact that he could grow up and evolve all the way from a normal Great White Shark into a full-fledged purple tier Megalodon in just 8 months said it all and this was entirely because of his system.
The main advantage of his system was that it enabled Sebastian to cut a lot of corners and take shortcuts that other predators needed to work hard for.
To improve their basic skills, most predators needed to grind hard to improve their origin law comprehension which was an extremely hard task.
This was to those who knew of origin law comprehension, to those who didn’t know, they could only rely on luck to improve their basic skills.
All these were supposed to be problems that Sebastian encountered also where he needed to spend time on but with his system, all these were cut off, he could just level up his basic skills by using them repeatedly.
Only his more advanced skills like his unique skills followed the normal route of being able to only increase with origin law comprehension.
This effectively cut off a lot of time that Sebastian would have used to be struggling on improving his basic skills. This was just one of the numerous ways where his system helped him with time management.
It was also because of his system that Sebastian became arrogant enough to believe that he could get to the Black tier realm in 2 years.
If other predators heard his ambition, it would only sound like the ramblings of a fool to them. The Black tier predators that supported Sebastian for the Ocean Master only did so because the Sages supported him.
While Sebastian’s main plan was leveling up, he had another plan which was to locate and arrive in time for the opening of the temple of Enlightenment.
Apart from leveling up, increasing his origin law comprehension was another important point of evolution that he could not afford to neglect.
To make all his plans a reality though, Sebastian needed to do more than just the normal living and hunting beasts for the experience.
To achieve more, he needed to do more and this was the reason why Sebastian decided to get involved in this war of Beast Empires.
He was not really getting involved, he was still too low level to influence matters of such a high level but Sebastian didn’t intend to affect the development of the war, he just wanted to benefit from it.
By entering the heart of the war, he would be exposed to the real challenges that could push him to the limits of leveling up and growing stronger.
After listing all these plans, Sebastian discovered that doing everything simultaneously was impossible and time could not allow him to simply take the normal route and decide to do it one at a time.
This was why he decided to separate his living doppelgangers again.
When Sebastian decided to create his ultimate war vessel, he did so for scenarios like this. In this great war, anybody could die and anybody could benefit also, this was the theme that Sebastian loved most in recent times.
Sebastian decided to send his ultimate war vessel to actively engage in this war. By engaging in this war would he be able to level up faster, and he believed that’ll it also allow him to locate the Temple of Enlightenment faster.
As for his other plans that involved growing his army as strong as possible, someone needed to be at the helm as the army expanded, and that someone had to be him which was why he was going to leave his main body behind.
Leaving his main body behind was also a strategic decision. With his army, he would be safer so even if his Leviathon body died, he would just have to recycle it which would restart everything again.
Sebastian’s eyes gleamed after he made all these plans. He realized that he already finalized the plan that would determine his fate in the nearest future.
And of course, he was ready to start implementing his plans immediately.
Before sending his Leviathon body off for this dangerous adventure in this war-torn Dungeon of Souls, Sebastian wanted to at least finish building the base of his army first which would be their base of operations for the nearest future.
Sebastian was not satisfied with the speed at which the base was being built, and that was the reason why he decided to take matters into his own hands.
To accelerate the construction, he needed real earth domain magicians, and if possible, purple tier earth domain magicians.
1 of these predators would do, but multiple would be for the best.
This was the reason why Sebastian sent his Leviathon body out to hunt for recruits, and the recruits this time needed to have specific qualifications.

Apart from getting recruits, Sebastian had another plan for this recruitment adventure. He wanted to master his Leviathon body enough so that when he finally joined the war, he would be joining it at full power.
Sebastian didn’t want to join as a Lion, he wanted to join as a Dragon!
