Chapter 442: The Rainbow Waterfall.
Sebastian had his first kiss, and he lost himself in it.
The feeling of being so close to the opposite gender, specifically someone that he loved, not only that, but the fact that they hugged and were exploring each other’s mouths made this all the more memorable.
Sebastian felt like he was losing his senses, the warm and cozy feeling, all these overwhelmed him as he melted in Eliana’s gentle embrace and kiss.
Unlike Sebastian, this was not Eliana’s first kiss, her first kiss was stolen by the first boyfriend she had back in high school who ruthlessly abandoned her to a girl he referred to as more beautiful, leaving her traumatized.
The sensations she felt from both kisses were vastly different though.
In Sebastian’s embrace, she felt like she was in the safest sanctum that she could ever be. She felt so safe, so at home, so natural that she literally melted in Sebastian’s embrace, they professed their love to each other in this manner.
To the both of them, the secret love had already been bottled for so long in their minds that now that they had the opportunity, they let it all out.
Sebastian and Eliana kissed for 5 whole minutes before they separated. Though in Oceania, breathing was through the gills that all Atlantians had, Sebastian and Eliana still felt breathless after completing the task.
Now that they separated, as Sebastian looked into Eliana’s eyes while she reciprocated, they already detected a change.
The subtle relationship between the both of them just experienced a meteoric change, taking the much-anticipated step forward after this kiss.
"I love you, Eliana".
"I love you too, Sebastian".
Without even thinking, the both of them leaned closer and enveloped themselves in a warm and cozy embrace.
After so long, and after crossing planetary dimensions, Sebastian felt so happy as the love that he locked so deep in his heart finally found a platform to express itself, his heart felt joyful out of the blue.
Instinctively, Sebastian embraced Eliana even tighter.
For the next few minutes, the both of them kept silent as they just enjoyed each other’s company. They didn’t say anything, just accompanying each other was enough for them until Sebastian finally asked.
"So, what was your real plan for this vacation?"
Eliana smiled. "You finally asked".
"Actually, my biggest objective for this vacation was to confess my love to you. Since love is such a weird bastard, I didn’t know the reply to expect, so I came relatively clean so as not to be too heartbroken in the end".
"Now that things went according to the best-case scenario and you reciprocated my love, I think we should go on our first official date".
"This is a perfect way to enjoy our vacation, don’t you think so?"
Sebastian held his hand to his chin in thought. "Yeah, I think we can go for that, so do you have a plan for this?"
"Not really, but I just came up with a destination that we could go to enjoy ourselves".
"Oh, tell me about it".
"It’s not much, just a sight in this world that I found iconic. I first saw it when I was still just a normal unevolved clownfish, and that was where I first met the inheritance left by my master".
"If you think it’s worth it, then I’m ok with it".
Sebastian and Eliana smiled again as they took each other’s hands. Before they moved though, Sebastian pleaded with Eliana.
"Please, no sound barrier-breaking speed this time".
Eliana chuckled. "I won’t".
With that, both Atlantians swam into the distance.

Back in Eliana’s warship, the 4 Red tier clownfish elders behaved like nothing was their business but they paid a lot more attention to Eliana and her Megalodon friend, Sebastian as they discussed.
For the past few minutes, these 4 Red tier predators discovered a pattern.
It was like both Eliana and Sebastian ran out of topics to discuss as they kept on discussing only one topic.
They only twisted the sub-topics in that 1 topic, tweaking it severally to make the conversation more varied but it was still all the same thing.
Their suspicion was already rising to a peak that something was wrong, they confirmed this when their emergency communication gadget rang.
Beep! Beep!
Once they looked at the identity of the caller, they confirmed that something was wrong. They answered the call without any further ado.
"Lord Light, your subordinates await your orders".
"She escaped from the warship".
The Black tier predator of the mighty Clown Empire said only a single sentence before ending the call, but this sentence was enough to leave the 4 Red tier elders sighing in resignation.
On confirming that the Lord already terminated the call, they all turned to look at each other while feeling like there was nothing they could do anymore.
For the first time in a long time, they felt old and outdated.
"She actually managed to fool our senses this time".
"Damn, little Eliana is all grown up, she can even fool me now".
"The painful thing is that she did all these for love".
"How is falling in love painful? Just because you are a pitiful single does not mean that every clownfish must emulate your wayward ways".
"We should be happy for her". One of the clownfish elders who was the only female finally spoke up. "It is a good thing that she fell in love, it would open new ways for her to mature mentally".
Her eyes narrowed into slits. "That boy better not break her heart, or else".

Hundreds of kilometers away, Sebastian felt it.
"Strange, did someone call my name?" He looked around suspiciously.
"We are finally here!" Eliana’s cheerful voice broke Sebastian away from the little distraction that he just felt.
After swimming across dozens of kilometers in the water, while repeatedly making use of the short-range teleporter magic gadget once its energy recharge time elapsed, they both finally arrived at their destination.
The destination that Eliana brought Sebastian to really looked iconic.
From afar, while they swam to this location, Sebastian was already noticing the difference in the topography of the ocean floor but it was on getting here that he finally understood.
Eliana brought him to a location of the sea that looked like a waterfall.
The effects of magic erosion seemed to have affected this area of the sea as the topography sloped, forming a lot of depressions along the slope with rocks formed from hardened soil occupying different parts of the slope.
Due to the slope, depressions, and rocks, the water here moved about 3 times faster than in other regions of the sea as it formed what seemed like a waterfall.
Along this waterfall were some special colorful plants growing from the rocks, and the soil in between the rocks.
Apart from all these, the most iconic sight of this special ecosystem was the different marine life that populated it and the glow of the primordial origin magic that seemed to transform into a rainbow color here.
The combination of all these presented a pretty iconic and beautiful sight, Sebastian was amazed and his reaction made Eliana even happier.
"I call it the Rainbow Waterfall".
Eliana flashed a brilliant smile at him. "Let’s have our first date here".
