Chapter 884: Chapter 884 Please Leave_1

The man’s narrow eyes naturally carried an aura of cold indifference, and because he occupied a high position and had traversed through power struggles and bloody storms, a slight change in his expression could bring about an absolute oppression.

Everyone could tell that his words were a warning, and no one dared to say anything more.

They were only surprised by Arnold’s attitude towards Hannah, which didn’t seem merely playful but rather as if he had truly taken a fancy to her.

As the crowd dispersed, only the fervent young man from before still had a look of reluctance on his face, and he even wanted to rush forward to exchange a few more words.

Arnold’s expression turned completely cold, his eyes filled with a pre-storm momentum that could easily sweep away the decayed and withered. Yet his surface remained as unmovable as a mountain, and he coldly ordered, "Please escort him out."

Hannah shoved him a couple of times, her eyes round with anger as she looked at the man beside her and puffed up, "Arnold, could you not be so rough with my fans? They are all very adorable."

The corners of the man’s mouth lifted slightly as he tightened his grip on the girl’s waist and said directly, "No need to ask them to leave, just drag them out, and, by the way, tell President Gordon to discipline his son."

The young man who clung to the autograph Hannah had given as if under a spell was eventually dragged away by security, yet he did not forget to loudly declare his feelings at the doorway.

"Hannah Winter, I like you!"

Arnold let out a cold laugh and averted his gaze.

Hannah pouted, seemingly helpless, and finally, she tiptoed up to whisper something in his ear.

Her warm breath brushed past his ear like the softest layer of cloth clinging to her body, sweeping past the ear yet ruffling the heart.

But indeed, what the young girl had said was...

Arnold coughed lightly twice, pretending to be stern as he said, "I’m not angry."

But his ears were unmistakably red.

Hannah pouted, leaning on the man’s arm, her eyes shimmering with seduction as her voice became unbelievably soft, whispering just so the two of them could hear, "So, do you want it or not?"

The man was silent, not pondering, simply having his mind thrown into disarray by the girl’s somewhat bold words, and his voice became hoarse, "Yes."

She finally smiled contentedly, her black tulle dress contrasting with her snow-white skin, dazzling to the eyes.

Together, they made an indescribably perfect pair.

Yet this scene stung the eyes of several others present.

Jackie could only sit in a corner, watching their intimate gestures with a bitter smile and a shake of his head.

The two things he regretted most were, first, in his past life being blind enough to fall in love with a woman like Tiffany.

The second was not being brave enough to appear before Hannah and take her away from the tragic ending that fate had in store for them.

It was his own cowardice that made him miss the best opportunity.

It was he who had personally delivered Hannah into that man’s arms.

The fiery liquor burned down his throat and into his stomach, the scorching pain in no way overpowering the sour ache in his heart.

Not just Jackie sought solace in alcohol, but George as well.

But compared to Jackie’s sad reflections, George was more consumed by rage.

It was a rage filled with frustration and helplessness at watching something that once belonged to him being taken away by someone else.

He had always believed that he and Hannah were not supposed to end like this.

How could the person who once loved him so deeply say she did not and turn around to throw herself into the arms of another?

She had been able to declare her love to him with tears in her eyes just moments before. He hadn’t been unmoved by her tearful appearance.

But at that time...

George looked up, pouring a full glass of strong liquor directly into his mouth.
