Chapter 739: Chapter 739 Strong Relationship
Only Sunny Lee was left standing awkwardly on the spot.
Neither going in nor leaving seemed like the right choice.
In the end, she had no choice but to follow them into the room.

When Hannah came down from the stage, Jack Stewart went to buy her some food. Teresa Gordon closely followed Hannah, instructing, "This time, the stage is going to be fully open mic. Among the whole team, only you can possibly handle it, so remember not to mess it up for me."
Hannah walked forward, "I’m not the only one. Lucy Taylor is also very talented. Am I supposed to be doing a solo concert?"
Teresa sneered, "Everyone in the team is not dedicated. They are all eager when it comes to dividing the lyrics, but once they hear it’s going to be open mic, they start to back off."
Teresa did indeed plan to bring Smile 9 out. Say nothing else, she at least wanted to prevent foreign names from dominating when people talk about talented girl bands.
Not the kind of ’talent’ girl band that fans boast about, but one that could truly take down any other girl bands.
But now it seems impossible, they could only chase the hype and cut the chive for real.
Teresa knew that Hannah doesn’t get along well with a few people in the team. It’s rare to hear her mention someone, so Teresa seriously considered, "Lucy Taylor is indeed quite talented."
She knows the information about all the members of the group. She has impression of the experiences Lucy Taylor had had abroad, and was quite satisfied. Now that Hannah mentioned it, she took note.
She had buttoned her collar tight. Hannah raised her hand to unbutton the top two, "I’m the lead singer, I can’t rap. Give my parts to Lucy Taylor."
Teresa was already thinking along these lines, and now hearing it from Hannah made up her mind, "Okay. It’s better than having tomorrow’s headline be ’Smile 9’s Car Accident Scene’."
She thought for a moment, then became curious, "Are you close with Lucy Taylor?"
Hannah didn’t turn back, but merely replied affirmatively.
"Alright then." Teresa nodded, "If she is indeed talented enough, then you two can form a subunit in the future. These people are not focusing their efforts on singing and dancing, always thinking about acting, I don’t know..."
Before she could finish her sentence, she saw Hannah suddenly stop in her tracks. Teresa looked over in curiosity, and saw Jackie Qualls standing there, apparently waiting for someone.
She understood, "You two chat, I’ll go first."
Compared to the rumored affair between Hannah and Hayes Edwards, Teresa would rather see rumors between Hannah and Jackie Qualls. After all, fans would accept it more readily, and Jackie’s status is also higher.
It’s a profitable deal.
The backstage was somewhat chaotic, with staff members of the evening party coming and going. Not many people noticed this corner.
Although it could not be considered particularly secluded either.
Jackie looked at Hannah with a focused gaze and started speaking, "I wrote a letter to you."
Hannah nodded, "I received it. The writing is pretty good."
A smile appeared on his face and his tone became gentler, "If you like it, I’ll write more in the future."
"Alright." Hannah said. "However, there’s something you should know. Just focus on my face, there’s no need for sentimental confessions, I don’t like you."
She smiled a little, the top two buttons of her collar were unfastened, revealing her delicate collarbones. Her fair skin was subtly tinged with a layer of pink.
Despite her direct words, Jackie didn’t seem affected at all. He just murmured a reply, his face remained gentle, and he even considerately handed her a handkerchief, "I am going to be a guest on your show."
