Chapter 677: Chapter 677: Seeking Excitement
Compared to Hannah’s increasingly frivolous gaze, Arnold Simmons was simply a virtuous and innocent young lady who was targeted by her flirting.
The man spoke, his voice indifferent, but it seemed as if a bit of the bathroom’s water vapor had been added, giving it a layer of hoarse charm, "When will you come back?"
Hannah laid crookedly on the bed, turned over, pulling her collar open slightly to reveal fair and delicate skin underneath, "Probably still a while, at least another half a month.
Arnold averted his gaze, his brow furrowing lightly.
He probably didn’t expect this recording trip to take so long.
Hannah held her phone, peered down, and didn’t miss the man’s reddening earlobes. Although it was just a light red, it was a contrasting hue to his handsome face, adding a hint of mysterious allure.
Enticingly moreish.
"Arnold, do you miss me?"
Her eyes curled up, even her voice was as sweet as sugar wrapped in honey.
It was a while before she heard the man’s low response.
Hannah cradled her head, feigning distress, her brow furrowing, "What to do? You can only miss me, but can’t see me. When it’s late at night and you need to relieve the pent-up longing, you can only rely on yourself. I’m always worried you’ll exhaust yourself."
Her smile was mischievous, like a cat stealing fish.
Arnold looked over, his brain felt as if it was yanked, yet he couldn’t scold her.
His soft heart could only allow her childish pranks, at most he would suppress his anger and call out gently, "Hannah Winter."
She laughed, sweetly acknowledging, "Yes?"
His anger evaporated instantly, he could only sigh, "Come back soon."
Hannah frowned, sat up from the bed, hugged a pillow, not concealing the large expanse of fair skin exposed, "Can’t you come see me?"
She thought for a bit and added, "You come secretly, I promise not to let anyone find you, it’ll be thrilling."
She asked him to go there just for some excitement.
Arnold felt his breath growing hotter, he was annoyed by his girlfriend, "You’re messing around again."
Hannah pouted, "I’m not messing around, I really miss you. Will you come or not?"
Arnold stayed silent.
Hannah threw the pillow, puffing her cheeks out, "If you won’t come, I will have someone else come."
Arnold gritted his teeth, "Who else do you want to invite?"
Jackie Qualls, the one who confessed to her online? Or his good nephew, George River?
The more he thought about it, the more Arnold felt that his girl was too likable.
With a face like that, and a lively and charming disposition, who wouldn’t like her?
Arnold was gloomy.
However, Hannah seemed to be thinking seriously, "Well, it depends on who can win my heart."
She even dreamt of enjoying the attention from everyone.
Arnold laughed in spite of his anger, "You’re daydreaming."
Hannah nodded, agreeing earnestly, "Yes, I’m dreaming. You are the little sprite bothering me in my dreams."
Arnold paused, then smiled lightly, "Sweet talk? Too late."
When he sees her, he won’t let her get away that easily.
Hannah seemed oblivious to the impending danger, laughing carelessly, "I didn’t lie to you. Everything I said is true. You are in my sleep and dreams, I can’t forget you every passing second."
Her words were sweet but she had the demeanor of a flirtatious playboy from ancient times.
Her pleasant words were not believable.
Going in circles, finally returning to that topic.
"Arnold, you will come see me, right?"
The man nodded, his face filled with anticipation.
