Chapter 420: Chapter 420: Dragging Feet
Violet Lee couldn’t help but reveal a look of admiration, asking, "Have you ever studied dance before?"
Hannah was silent for a moment, casually tying her loose hair into a bun, responding, "Not exactly."
Violet Lee nodded her head, no longer dwelling on the issue, and continued her explanation.
During the conversation, May Hoffman stole a glance at Hannah, who happened to be in her view, but unfortunately, her gaze collided with that of Hayes Edwards. She quickly withdrew her staring eyes in panic.
Hayes got up and walked over to Hannah.
He remained silent, simply standing there, stubbornly attempting to pique Hannah’s interest.
To make it easier to dance, the trainees would roll up their tops, Hannah was not an exception.
From Hayes’s viewpoint, he can see a section of the triumphant white waistline of the girl as she bent down. He awkwardly coughed twice, and extended his hand to forcefully pull down Hannah’s clothes.
Hannah was almost pulled off by Hayes’ force; she turned around somewhat angrily and confronted him, "Hayes Edwards, do you have a problem?"
Hayes averted his eyes, speaking in an unnatural tone, "You had a wardrobe malfunction earlier."
Hannah lowered her eyes, looking at her utterly normal clothes, then she laughed in exasperation, "From which epoch has this lovable creature emerged?"
Hayes almost blew his top, he snorted, "I was looking out for you, it’s not suitable for a girl to dress like this, you will catch a cold."
His rare moment of kindness was unbelievably repugnant.
Hayes was so angry, he turned his head back only to see Hannah lifting her top even higher before she twisted her head and continued practicing.
As if she was purposefully trying to provoke him.
Leaving him standing there, alone, stupefied.
According to the choreography of "Moonlight", there would be a duet between Hayes and Hannah where they would portray a couple separated by the cosmos.
The entire process was personally directed by Violet Lee.
As a celebrity choreographer, Violet Lee’s skill is naturally impeccable.
Hannah performed well throughout, while Hayes was the one lagging behind.
Hannah finally took Hayes’s hands after not knowing how many times she almost ended up crashing to the floor, then placed them on her waist.
The warm texture of his touch almost made Hayes jump out of his skin.
Hannah looked at him, "What are you screaming about?"
"I... wasn’t expecting you to suddenly lift your top." His hand was in a panic, not knowing where to place it. He tried to pull it back, but instead accidentally yanked Hannah’s hair.
The already loose long hair instantly fell like a waterfall into the man’s palm.
Hayes was startled and blurted out an irrelevant question,"What shampoo do you use?"
Hayes truly isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, despite having the face of a playboy, he is more innocent than anyone.
By the end of the day, the progress between Hannah and him was basically zero, even Violet Lee couldn’t come up with a solution.
As soon as the edited video was released, people began shipping this pair.
—— Watching them gives me a strange sense of déjà vu, like in a series about a domineering boss and his cute wife, except the roles are reversed here.
—— The production team is killing it, putting the faces of two seasons together. It’s a beauty that is truly pleasing to the eye. Just for the looks alone, I am teaming this pair.
—— Wailing loudly, did everyone forget about James Landon at Lakeside of Bright? I still think this pairing is more enjoyable to follow.
—— Was Hannah buying hot searches this season? Why do I just see her pairing up with various people everywhere, is she not concerned about her image while chasing popularity?
—— I’ll take my Hayes back, he said he only has us fans in his heart, and he wants to be with us for a lifetime. Please don’t read too much into it.
—— Reject bundled hype-mongering, I hope the production team won’t exploit Hayes’ popularity.
