Chapter 406: Chapter 406: Feeling Chill
"Put on your clothes." He propped up the girl in his arms who was as soft as water, then reached out for her jacket nearby.
But Hannah seemed purposely pitted against Arnold, taking off the clothes that he had just put on her.
Arnold went to pick up the clothes again, allowing Hannah to seize the moment and crawl to the head of the bed.
Her movements were slow, and Arnold watched with interest before leisurely reaching out.
In an instance, he caught hold of her delicate ankle and gave a gentle tug towards him.
Hannah quickly clutched the blankets beneath her.
By the time she had gathered them into a bundle and hugged them, she had fallen back into his embrace again.
Arnold tightly held the girl in his arms, "Put on your clothes."
Hannah, panting and resolute, replied, "No."
Arnold: "Are you sure?"
In his slow and quiet question, Hannah heard a dangerous implication.
Turning around, she found herself caught in a pair of profound, dark eyes, like a large predator hunting its prey in the night.
Danger was imminent, as if a large net had Hannah ensnared.
Sensing something was off, she tried to escape from his embrace, but the next moment she was completely pinned down onto the bed.
Her clothes scattered, revealing delicate curves, and her red lingerie made her skin appear as though it was glowing.
The man leaned in, his cool lips grazing the corner of her mouth, sparking a numbing itch.
Hannah struggled uncomfortably, while the man’s breath fell on her cheek.
A distance apart, yet reluctant to land, just like a hunter patiently waiting for the prey to get hooked.
Hannah opened her eyes, now a bit irritated, a trace of mistiness appearing as she seemed somewhat lost.
A warm fingertip gently brushed her soft cheek, his voice low and seductive, "Still hot?"
Hannah blinked, her gaze involuntarily falling on the man’s collar, clearly visible from this angle.
She hesitated for a moment, a light flashed in her eyes, and she nodded eagerly, "Hot."
So hot that it felt like she was burning up. So, it was best to do some heat-reducing exercises at this time.
It could also effectively enhance the relationship between men and women.
Unbeknownst to them, the sky outside the window had darkened, and only one bedside lamp was on in the room, casting a dim light.
The light illuminated half of the man’s face, the other half hidden in the dark, outlining his smooth edges, especially his perfectly-shaped peach blossom eyes. His entire image seemed enchanting, his lips hinted an endless charm.
Beauty leads astray.
Both men and women.
Hannah thought, Arnold’s face, like hers, had the ability to deceive, capable of leading anyone into peril if he so wished.
Indeed, she wasn’t wrong about him.
Just as Hannah was pleased with herself, she was suddenly plunged into darkness again.
Arnold lifted the blanket, wrapping the girl in his arms tightly, "You’ll catch a cold if you wear too little."
Hannah fumbled with the blanket in front of her, exasperated, "Arnold, are you...impotent!"
The man’s expression was as usual, watching the little girl’s struggles in his arms, with her warm breath landing on his cheek, "You’ll find out later."
By the time Hannah had crawled out of the blanket, she was drenched in sweat, laying limply on the bed, finding it even hard to move a finger.
She had calmed down considerably than before.
Out of energy to flirt with her own ’Lord Sponsor’, she buried her face in the pillow, her muffled voice filled with anger and embarrassment, "Arnold, do you have someone else?"
