Chapter 290: Chapter 290: Irreconcilable

Hannah was inspecting her face with a mirror that seemingly appeared out of nowhere, saying calmly, "You brought that upon yourself."

After she finished speaking, she looked at her still flawless and exquisite smiling face in the mirror and sent a flirtatious glance, "Makeup is intact, no acne, you are indeed the most considerate, my hardship has not been in vain."

Tiffany Lynch was so angry that her chest hurt. She glared at the person who was still inspecting herself in the mirror and said fiercely, "Hannah Winter, from now on, we’re enemies!"

Hannah glanced at her through the mirror and smirked, "I thought we had been that way for a while now."

Tiffany choked, then turned and left.

Just a few steps away, she heard Hannah’s cheerful voice from behind, "Miss Lynch, don’t forget to change your clothes. You’re now in Class F."

There was deep hatred in Tiffany’s eyes, as if it was about to drip out, her tightly clenched lips turning pale.

She quickened her pace and left without looking back.

Hannah watched as Tiffany left, her eyes sparkled, her lips turned up in an alluring gesture, her gaze full of malice.

In a light voice, she said, "After all this time, still hasn’t improved. Truly disappointing."

In the empty hallway, the overhead lights were somewhat glaring, occasionally flickering before returning to normal. A few practice students who had just moved up the building were chatting excitedly.

Overjoyed.

A small creature climbed out of Hannah’s pocket and looked up to ask, "Who were you talking about just now? The main character?"

Hannah looked in the mirror and gently pushed the creature’s head back, "Less meddling ensures a long life."

The creature pondered, "But our lifespan as AIs starts at 350 years."

The hand Hannah was using to touch her face paused, she looked down at the creature, "How old are you this year?"

The creature blinked its three white eyes, "Probably... around fifty?"

Hannah closed the mirror and looked as if lost in thought, her gaze somewhat distant.

Only after the creature called out to her for several times did Hannah snap back to reality, "How much did we earn yesterday?"

The creature pulled out the data, "After deducting the corresponding costs, we still have 1289 Stellar Coins left. Isn’t that a lot, master?"

Hannah nodded and perfunctorily responded, "Mm."

The creature smiled like a blooming chrysanthemum.

It could go home soon!

Two days later, all the trainees received their uniforms for the initial stage of the show.

Although everyone’s style was the same, there were some changes made to Class A’s uniform, with more eye-catching accessories, making them all the more beautiful.

Compared with other classes, the difference in class was evident.

Sunny Lee was admiring the uniform of Class A she had just peeked at, her face full of envy and her tone full of longing, "Class A’s uniform is indeed the best-looking."

Hannah was applying her eyebrow makeup and smiled at the mirror, "You can also get into Class A if you put some effort into it."

"Me?" Sunny immediately shook her hands, "No no, I know my limits. I don’t dream of debuting anymore. I just hope to stay on the show for a while longer, so that more people can see me."

There was a touch of loss in her voice, but more so, it was filled with yearning and desire.

She was like a blade of grass sprouting from a tile, unremarkable but still growing towards the sun.

Hannah paused with the eyebrow pencil in her hand, catching a glimpse of the fleeting sadness in Sunny’s eyes through the mirror.

She averted her gaze, continued her work, and said lightly: "You can, you’ll get whatever you work hard for."

Sunny knew that Hannah was trying to comfort her, but she still beamed happily.
