Emily Lynch was sitting in front of her computer, with another laptop placed nearby. Her fingers were busily clacking away at the keyboard - she didn’t even glance at her older brother.
Edison Lynch walked over, glanced at the computer screen, and asked with curiosity, "Who are you fussing over again?"
Reaching out to grab a donut from the takeaway box next to her, Emily stuffed it into her mouth. Her speech was muffled, "Not a guy, a girl."
Hearing this, Edison became even more intrigued.
After all, he knew his little sister’s preferences all too well. She was generally into all sorts of handsome dudes, and was extremely fickle, not staying hooked on any guy for more than two months.
Every day, she would boast, "As long as I have enough options and move fast enough, I’ll always outpace the falling walls."
Every time their parents heard this, they would just shake their heads, "Thank goodness she’s a girl. If we had a son like that, we’d probably kick him out."

Emily was focusing on her computer screen. Seeing a hater pop up, she nonchalantly shoved another donut into her mouth, dusted her hands, and got right back into the fight, "Whoever dares to badmouth my dear, I’ll make sure they’ve had it!"
She rolled up her sleeves and got ready for a fight.
Seeing this, Edison couldn’t help but be amused. However, he was intrigued by this "dear" his sister was referring to.
He had never seen his sister become a fan of a female celebrity.
He leaned in closer, bending down to take a look.
The screen was displaying glaring letters: "Hannah Winter Global Fan Club."
Hannah Winter?
The name seemed familiar.
Edison shook his head and said, "How come there are no photos of this celebrity you like? Is she too ugly to show off?"
Edison enjoyed teasing his sister.
The next second, he found his sister glaring at him, grinding her teeth, as though ready to pounce on him and declare a duel.
Edison quickly conceded, "Okay okay, I’m wrong. Let me see a photo, maybe if she really is a beauty, I can help you."
Emily, who had originally decided to ignore her unreliable brother, reconsidered upon hearing his words.
She didn’t want to miss any opportunity to gain fans for her idol.
She got out her phone, opened the gallery app, and gingerly handed her phone to Edison. "Here, these are my treasured collection. Isn’t she beautiful?"
She blinked expectantly at her brother, waiting for him to praise her idol.
But when Edison saw the photo, he was stunned, his eyes widened, "No way!"
Emily was visibly excited, "How is it, isn’t she beautiful?"
Edison looked at his sister, stuttering, "I... I’ve seen her before!"
Emily frowned and snatched the phone back, "Nonsense, how could you have ever met my idol?"
"Really!" Edison insisted, nodding heavily.
Emily frowned again, "Where did you see her?"
Only then did Edison mention attending that concert.
Originally he had the impulse to go, then he ran into a beauty halfway through. Unfortunately, Roy Yarn disrupted the whole thing. Otherwise, he might have already started dating the beauty, maybe even holding hands with her.
As he thought about this, a regretful expression spread across his face.
However, to Emily, this expression seemed lewd.
She expressed her disdain, "My idol is not someone you can aim for!"
