Chapter 1062: Chapter 1062: Public Disclosure

"Jimmy, I really want to help you. Do you actually wish to always be oppressed by Arnold? If Arnold hadn’t used his tricks back then, how could the investigation results have shown that he had nothing to do with that incident?"

"He must have killed your uncle and aunt, Jimmy, you..."

"Enough." The man’s voice was cold, and his eyes showed unmistakable hostility. "This has nothing to do with you."

Tiffany Lynch was stunned, "How can it have nothing to do with me? Aren’t I your girlfriend?"

She had already prepared herself, for she was going to marry into the Simmons family and become the young madam.

As for Jimmy Simmons, even if she hadn’t loved George River as much in the past, now that they were husband and wife, they were tied together.

Naturally, she also hoped that Jimmy would be able to take over the entire Simmons family smoothly.

Only then would she truly have her revenge on Hannah Winter.

But now, seeing Jimmy in this state, she felt a rising sense of unease and panic.

Hannah’s live interview was still ongoing.

Perhaps it was due to the groundwork laid by the previous questions, the host gradually relaxed. The last question seemed much sharper than the earlier ones.

"The final question is about Hannah’s love life. Do you have any plans for romance in the coming years?"

As the question was asked, the majority of the live comments were cursing the show as "dog", while a minority waited for clarification.

A couple of years ago, an idol dating was equivalent to cutting off their own money stream.

But this year, some companies had started a new marketing tactic: while maintaining a single persona to make money, they employed bots to advocate for "idol’s freedom to date," to lessen the hit on an idol’s career when their dating news broke.

This way, the fans’ tolerance could not help but increase.

After all, in this day and age, paying to see your idol in a sweet relationship had become something that could be "bragged" about.

However, Hannah couldn’t exactly be classified as a typical idol, she had acting skills and real talent.

In the beginning, haters mocked her for promoting a "divine beauty" persona, but now she certainly wasn’t just relying on her looks to earn her living.

Before Hannah could answer, Jack Stewart, who had been sitting quietly to one side, suddenly stood up, heading towards the stage without saying a word.

The unexpected entrance of Jack Stewart startled everyone around him, but it was the director who quickly reacted, ordering the crew to cut the feed and switch to another scene.

Hannah’s wrist was grabbed by Jack Stewart as he pulled her off the stage, and she was still a bit confused. "Jack Stewart, where are you taking me?"

"We’re not recording anymore; this question wasn’t part of the script." Jack Stewart cursed as they walked, "What a terrible show, no sense of contractual spirit. If I’d known, I would’ve just set up a live broadcast for you myself, who needs their lousy interview."

Hannah stopped him with a hand, "Alright, stop making a fuss; there’s nothing wrong with answering that question."

Jack Stewart stopped in his tracks, turned to look at her, and after a long moment, he finally uttered, "Hannah Winter, are you serious? Do you know what this means?"

Hannah smiled at him, her face radiant and her tone light-hearted, "I’m a female artist, one who doesn’t stick to a single persona, nor do I just rely on my looks to feed myself. There’s nothing shameful in having a relationship."

Jack Stewart fell silent.

But his thoughts were elsewhere.

Suddenly, he somewhat regretted letting Hannah participate in that damn talent show.

Yet she was truly meant for the stage.

Jack Stewart let go of her hand, watching as Hannah walked back onto the stage, where the host was apologizing, but the interview had to continue.

She was calm and decisive, suppressing the rumors with a simple statement.
