"Hiroshi, rest in the living room. If you’re tired, go to the bedroom and take a nap. I’m going to rest too. I need to be well-rested for Naruto’s birth in a few days," Kushina said with a smile.
Hiroshi nodded, and Kushina went to her room and closed the door.
"I don’t need to worry about my strength anymore. I’m almost a Chunin, and I have so many skills. Dealing with those school brats should be easy," Hiroshi thought, staring blankly ahead.
As he thought, his current strength would easily handle the school bullies. With his ability to copy jutsu, victory would be even easier.
He decided to spend the afternoon resting, getting a good night’s sleep to be ready to show off at school tomorrow.
"This is so boring. I’ll go to my room and read some manga. I’m not training this afternoon; I need to rest," he said, standing up and heading to his bedroom.
The afternoon slipped away as he read.
"No way! I’ve been reading for so long! My eyes are tired. I should go to sleep. It’s almost 8 pm. I need to get a good night’s sleep for school tomorrow!" he said, noticing the darkness outside.
He went to the bathroom to wash up. Kushina’s door was still closed; she was probably still asleep.
"Okay, time for bed. I need to be well-rested to show those bullies what I can do tomorrow!" He returned to his room and lay down.
Within minutes, he was asleep. He was a remarkably fast sleeper.
Most students were already asleep, except for a few diligent students who were studying—true bookworms who sacrificed sleep for their studies.
The next morning, Hiroshi woke up early, washed up, and tidied himself.
"It’s a beautiful day! Perfect for teaching those jerks a lesson! Today’s the day I shine!" he said happily, stepping out and seeing the bright sunshine.
He’d already prepared breakfast for himself, Kushina, and Minato, and he set off with his own breakfast.
