Chapter 685: *A 3 versus 1*
Atlas smiled finally because the bond between Axel and Kevin would only grow stronger. At first, it was Axel who was helping Kevin reach the top, but as soon as Kevin would become a Priest, it would be he who would be helping Axel break through new levels.
Their mutual growth would surely surpass that of Miguel and Elias, and one day, Kevin and Axel would be the strongest in their universe.
He always thought that because he had fallen for Lena, who was the complete opposite of him, he would be doomed. When he confessed his feelings for her, he thought that she would reject him because, for her, he probably represented evil. But he was so wrong.
Even though Lena didn’t accept him right away, she never rejected him either. She let him court her, and they had slowly learned to know each other.
His love for her had only grown stronger with time, and when Lilith sent Roman to use Lena as a shield to stop Kevin from shattering her plans, he fought with all his might to protect his Angel. He should have died, but Lena never abandoned him, and she saved him...
Now, Miguel and Elias wanted him to be the new Emperor of the Titans, and they wanted the Titans to finally make peace with the other races of their universe and even trade their resources with them. But it wouldn’t be easy; so many obstacles were in their way...
Axel then put his hand on his shoulder and told him, "You are not alone; we will be there for you, so stop worrying."
Atlas then smiled at him and said to Kevin, who still hadn’t answered his question, "Sorry, I was lost in thought... Regarding Phil and Blaise, it is not for nothing that Lilith sent them into your world; she was looking for the Acrium, and so she used me and them to try to find it and maintain control over this world."
Atlas then told them, "I don’t know much about them. I just know that they were among the elite soldiers of Lilith’s army and that they were teaching the new generations of Drakonits. Besides, not all Drakonits can master the Evil Divine Element, but Phil and Blaise are very talented, and that is why they were both able to capture Lilith’s attention. But by doing so, they also triggered the jealousy of the Drakonits living in Lilith’s personal dimension, who have chosen to become her puppets to obtain more strength."
He told them then, "As you know, the Drakonits only follow the strongest, and they are loyal to their race; that is why Phil and Blaise joined you, and that is why these eight Drakonits chose to follow Ian as well. But the Drakonits in Lilith’s personal dimension are brainwashed, and they only obey her orders. If Phil and Blaise are called traitors by them, it is because the strongest for them is Lilith and not the King of the Drakonits."
Kevin nodded and asked Atlas, "Did you go there... into Lilith’s personal dimension?"
Atlas nodded. Miguel, Elias, and the Warrior Spirits had already questioned him about that, but as it was Kevin who was asking him, he didn’t mind telling him the truth.
Atlas then told him, "I went there mainly to train. The Darkness Element and the Evil Divine Element are really strong in her personal dimension, so it is the best place to meditate and absorb these two elements. Plus, Lilith was a good teacher at first; she used the hard way to train, but it is very effective. Thanks to her, I could make a name for myself in the Titan’s world. But as her method to improve myself was going more and more against my principles, I stopped going there to train, and fortunately, the Emperor of the Titans back then supported my decision; otherwise, I would have probably become one of her puppets."
He sighed then and said, "As for her personal dimension, once I stopped the training she had planned for me, she removed my right to enter it, but even when I had free access to it, I couldn’t roam around there like I wanted. Very strong superior demons always guarded most of her personal dimension, and you can only enter the room you have been assigned to. I do not know what was in those rooms, but I can tell you that there were around 30 Titans as I was training with them. As for the Drakonits, they are probably many more than the Titans."
Kevin nodded. Lilith was smart, and she was already cautious at that time, not letting anyone know about her true forces.
Kevin then thanked Atlas, and suddenly the kids stopped playing. Willow was too fast for them, and since they were using their vines to try to catch her, Axel authorized her to use her wings to avoid them.
There were three kids left out of the twelve; Willow had already eliminated nine of them, and so the two boys and one girl, who were only around six to seven years old, then asked her to duel against them.
To be fair, they wanted to duel against her one-on-one, and as they could use vines to defend themselves and attack, they told her that she could use a weapon of her choice.
Peter then said to Kevin and Axel, when the kids went to ask for their permission to fight, "The Black Elves start to cultivate as soon as they are born, and they learn to use the vines to the best of their abilities even before they start walking."
Peter explained to them that the three kids left were the best of the new generation; the girl could even use the healing power of nature’s energy through the vines she could use.
Kevin’s interest in the Black Elves grew bigger, and he said to the kids, "You can all fight against Willow, but it will be a three versus one; otherwise, it will be impossible for you to beat my daughter."
