Chapter 651: *Don’t lecture them later*
Before leaving, Elias went personally to warn Esme that they had an emergency and they had to leave for the time being.
Even though Esme trusted the Warrior Spirits to be able to protect Zak and also her Fighters and Mages, she still reassured Elias by telling him that she understood the situation and that this world would be under her protection until they were all able to return here.
With Esme’s protection, this world was in good hands, and so, as soon as everyone was ready, Miguel opened a transdimensional portal directly to the place where he could feel Kevin’s energy that was coming from his Stage 3.
The time he had given them was almost up, and he really hoped that his adopted son and his husband were okay; otherwise, Elias could go out of control, and that wasn’t good.
But fortunately, Kevin was fine, and they had finally arrived just in time. Kevin had just moved back to Stage 2, and his Chains of Restraint had kept him safe until they arrived.
Miguel then said to Elias, "Go to him; I will take care of this Ancient God!"
But Elias shook his head and said, "He is fine, and Mykael and Colin are already with them. Go to the impenetrable barrier with the others; I will join you when I’m done here."
Miguel looked at this Ancient God with obvious disgust and said to Elias, "Don’t hang around too long; according to Axel, there are a lot of evil beings on the other side of that impenetrable barrier, not to mention Lilith, Ulyss, and Roman, who could appear at any moment."
Elias then told him with an impassive face, but Miguel could feel all his fury in his words, "Don’t worry; it won’t take long."
Miguel then conjured up Mykael’s Divine Sword in his hand, the one that would enable him to break the impenetrable barrier and that Mykael had entrusted to him just before they left.
As to how to find this impenetrable barrier, which, as its name implied was undetectable, Miguel didn’t even need to look for it because Axel had just connected to his mind.
It wasn’t through communication stones, but rather like a telepathic link, and he had just shared with him all the information he had gathered while he was inside the impenetrable barrier, as well as where it was located.
Miguel then glanced at Axel, who still seemed to be undergoing a transformation, and he muttered, "But how far will this kid evolve? What have they done now?"
Elias smiled then and said, "It looks like Axel has finally taken advantage of Kevin’s Stage 3 to increase his own powers... Not bad; they are quite resourceful."
Miguel then said to him, feeling a little frustrated, because if they hadn’t come in time, Axel wouldn’t have been able to protect Kevin, "Why did they have to do it now? In my opinion, they are more careless than resourceful."
Elias then said to him, taking his chin so that Miguel would look at him, "They are fine, and next time, if it goes on like this, they wouldn’t even need us to save them, so let’s enjoy this moment and don’t lecture them later."
Miguel then crushed his lips on his and said, "Alright, I won’t lecture them... You will do it!"
That wasn’t what Elias had in mind when he asked him not to lecture them, but the look Miguel was giving him was very clear, so he nodded slightly.
Then Miguel opened another transdimensional portal and entered it right away. Tarik, Lanis, Malo, and Glen followed him, and even Colin went through it now that he was sure that Axel and Kevin were fine.
Elias finally returned all his attention to this Ancient God, who didn’t dare to move, and Elias praised him by saying to him, "Not bad; you waited quietly until the others left to avoid getting too much attention. You didn’t even give my husband the opportunity to beat you up by trying to flee... That’s probably why Kevin couldn’t get rid of you alone."
Elias then snapped his fingers, and the Chains of Restraint immediately came to wrap around his wrists; after all, he was their first Master and the one who gave them consciousness.
He had only separated from them when one of Mykael’s conditions to become a God was to possess a weapon that would protect him against the other Gods, and then Mykael had given them to Kevin.
What a fate... He then said to them, as he could feel that they were eager to fight alongside him, "Thank you for having protected my sons; you did a great job."
Sliman then looked at Kevin and Axel, and he finally understood why Lilith was so interested in them and why she wanted to capture their daughter.
If Elias really considered Kevin like his son, then by capturing the Phoenix girl, not only would they be able to exert pressure on this Divine Wolf and Warrior Spirit, but also on the God of Destruction and the God of War; it would be a great move.
Elias then smirked because it was easy to follow his thoughts, "Are you looking for their daughter? Do you really think that we would leave her without protection? Don’t even waste your time thinking about it and focus on how you are going to survive my wrath for having tried to hurt my sons."
Elias then moved so fast that Sliman, who was still at the peak of his condition, had just enough time to protect himself from the kick Elias was directing toward his stomach.
Then, thanks to the huge Divine energy that he was able to draw, he used the same defense he had used against the Chains of Restraint before, and while he was fighting Elias, who conjured up his Divine sword, black tentacles appeared on his back and started fighting these annoying Golden Chains.
Fortunately, the power of the Chains of Restraint was linked to those of their Master, and so now that Elias called them back, they were a lot more powerful than before.
