Chapter 567: *Why were you so furious anyways?*
Roman then said to Ulyss, "Let’s go to the neutral dimension. It will be easier to deal with them over there; they are right, this world would blow up if we were to fight here."
Ulyss just nodded; he had come the day before hidden under a powerful force shield, and it was then that he had felt these Warrior Spirits.
After the losses they had suffered in the last few days, Ulyss dreamed of revenge, and when he sensed those Warrior Spirits in this world, he had immediately returned to Lilith’s personal dimension to prepare to face them.
He had only sensed five of them, but he knew that Elias’ personal army consisted of at least 50 Warrior Spirits and a few other allies.
As for them, their numbers were limited because their main army was on the world of the Titans, and so, after receiving Lilith’s permission, they had gathered the Legendary creatures that had managed to become Knights of Darkness, taking only the most powerful ones with them at first.
With Roman, they had decided to make successive attacks, each one being greater in number than the previous one because, after all, they had been able to retrieve all the Werewolves from the two training centers that Elias and his husband had been too slow to destroy.
Ulyss and Roman, when they realized that the Warrior Spirits were only targeting the worlds where the Legendary creatures were Werewolves, had decided to transfer all the Legendary creatures they were training to become Knights of Darkness into Lilith’s personal dimension, so they had no shortage of cannon fodder to test the strength of their enemy.
There were Werewolves, Phoenixes, Drakonits, Hydras, Griffins... Fortunately, Lilith’s personal dimension was huge, and so they had been able to continue to train them there.
For this battle, Lilith had only allowed them to take with them the most experienced Knights of Darkness and those who could not become Knights of Darkness before the great battle of good versus evil began, which still left them with an impressive number of soldiers who were already under Lilith’s control and ready to obey their every command.
Ulyss then headed toward the transdimensional portal, followed by his men, and Elias signaled to his men and Mykael and Colin to follow them.
Once on the other side of the transdimensional portal, Miguel closed it with a simple wave of his hand, and Elias, after having given the order to attack, activated his Stage 2 and ran straight toward Ulyss.
Ulyss also immediately activated Lilith’s protection in order to face Elias, who rarely used his Stage 2. But after only a few exchanges of blows, he had to use his final Stage to be able to continue fighting against him, as the disparity in power between them was otherwise too great.
Elias seemed like he was possessed, and Ulyss really had a hard time fighting against him.
Ulyss had totally underestimated Elias, and Elias then said to him, "The next time you look at my husband in this way, I hope you will be better prepared... Actually, there won’t be a next time... I’m going to eliminate you right here and now."
Elias then delivered a knee blow to Ulyss’s stomach that sent him several hundred meters away, and before he could prepare himself, Elias unleashed a whole series of blows that ended up sending him crashing to the ground, forming a gigantic crater.
As for Mykael and Colin, they were fighting against Roman, who also directly used his final Stage, as Mykael was much stronger than last time.
As for the Mage who was with him, he had no idea who he was, but damn, he wasn’t a pushover either.
Miguel saw that Elias was furious, so he let him fight to his heart’s content and stayed with their men to fight the other Knights of Darkness.
But even if Elias, Mykael, and Colin could easily fight against their opponents, it wasn’t the case for the others; they were only six against thirty Knights of Darkness.
Just as he was about to open transdimensional portals for reinforcements to come, Elias appeared in the middle of those Knights of Darkness and killed three of them in just a few seconds, decapitating them without them even being able to retaliate.
He then said to Miguel using their telepathic link, "Wait a little longer, Love. I will help you. Let them call for reinforcements first; otherwise, we will lose our element of surprise."
Miguel nodded slightly and then asked him, "Are you feeling better? Why were you so furious anyway?"
The golden aura surrounding Elias began to morph into actual golden lightning bolts, crackling with intensity. He said, still using their telepathic link, "You can’t possibly have missed the way that jerk was looking at you. The worst part is that there wasn’t even a hint of killing intent in his aura... I don’t know what he was thinking, but I won’t allow him to come anywhere near you."
Miguel then joined him in the center of the battle, and back to back, they killed the six Knights of Darkness who had tried to surround them.
Miguel, while continuing to fight, asked him, still through their telepathic link, "Would you have preferred that he had a killing intent towards me?"
And Elias surprisingly replied to him, "Hell yeah! At least I will know what is in the back of his head!"
Ulyss, who after getting a beating from Elias, had decided to go and help Roman, who was also in trouble, saw that only half of the Knights of Darkness were left after only a few minutes.
He ended up opening portals with black vortexes, and around a hundred Demons and Legendary creatures immediately joined the battlefield.
Elias then called everyone back and said to them while he opened golden portals to call their own reinforcements, "Guys, conserve your strength because this is probably not the last wave of our enemies that we are facing."
