Chapter 179: Ten Suns in the Sky, Against the Elves Part 3
Bang!
The magma fist pierced through the chest of the elf leader. His blood fell on the ground as he fell down as well. His eyes slowly closed but under those eyes hid a crafty smile.
As soon as he died, the ground beneath them started to shake. The whole forest was becoming lively. His body started drying.
Brian noticed something at this moment. The ground itself was absorbing the blood from his body. This was Elf Leader’s plan all along.
’Damn it! After fighting us, he understood the difference between us. He wanted to take revenge or at least kill us at all costs. His only goal was to awaken the power of this forest using his own blood.’
The power of his blood started to flow into the roots of those trees. Just a single drop of blood was enough to strengthen the tree and the height of the tree started to grow.
Slowly, their width also began to enrage. And, after a few seconds, the entire green leaves started turning red. The intense blood scent started leaking out of the ground.
Brian watched it without moving his feet even a little. As for his group, they started running out of the forest. They tried to reach as far as they could. Although the forest was growing faster, it still couldn’t catch up to them.
But, it didn’t matter. It seems like the Elf Leader only wanted to kill Brian and for him, that was going to happen since the Spirit of Vengeance was slowly awakening.
"Haha haha! Curse you, human! This is your end. The Spirit of Vengeance is awakening. It will pierce you, suck away your blood and bury you underneath the ground."
One of the remaining elves looked at Brian and shouted with a big laugh coming out of his mouth. He turned around and spread out his arms, offering himself to the forest.
One by one, others also began to offer themselves to the forest.
Seeing this, Brian heavily sighed.
"I wanted to find the power of wood. But, it seems like I won’t be successful that easily. Well, it doesn’t matter. I have already seen you using it, I can recreate it after understanding it further."
"So, let’s end this all."
Brian slowly raised his hand. His index finger rose and pointed toward the sky. At this moment, his body started glowing and slowly got covered in flames.
The fire started gathering at the tip of his finger and slowly formed a gigantic sun. His body started floating toward the sky. The branches of those trees stretched out as they tried to catch him but the coating of the flame around him started burning those branches.
The flames around him were so hot that the air was burning. The space itself was trembling. The sun’s mass and temperate reached the point where Brian had a hard time holding it.
This wasn’t just the sun he created using his true essence. It was generated through the power of his martial spirit. And, it was nearly a hundred times stronger than normal flame.
Holding the literal sun over his finger, he looked at the forest as if he was looking down on mortals like a god. He swung his hand down and the gigantic sun that was the size of a quarter of the forest fell down.

As the literal sun started to fall down, the forest started burning. It hasn’t even touched the ground yet. The forest was already on fire. The Spirit of Vengeance which was on the verge of awakening felt an immense threat.
[STOP]
A powerful voice came from the forest. When the voice came out of it, Cao Ping who was very far from the forest narrowed her eyes. She looked at the forest which was releasing green energy above it.
The green energy was slowly forming a gigantic barrier, covering the entire forest. It was a like shield but it also held something more powerful than just a shield.
"World’s Law. Damn it! That forest is using the World’s Law to destroy Brian’s attack." Cao Ping gritted her teeth and rushed toward the forest. But, suddenly, five people stood in front of her.
"Move!" Cao Ping suddenly released her true aura as she looked into their eyes. She was ready to break the seal at any moment.
But, at this moment, five of them threw their weapons and said.
"Please trust our commander!"
When she saw them throwing away their weapons, she was confused. If they had tried to fight back, she would’ve called them traitors. But now it seemed like she was the only one who didn’t trust Brian.
But, it wasn’t a trust issue. It was more like she knew the power of the World Law and thus didn’t want Brian to suffer.
"Miss, we know that you are worried about the commander but even if you go there, you will be his burden. Just look at that attack. It might even stretch up to here. So, let’s just stay here and trust our commander."
"After all, he will be the one to take us to the top." Guo Ming walked next to her and spoke with a simple smile on his face. There was a trace of unwavering faith in his eyes.
He looked at the gigantic sun slowly pressing toward the barrier.
Cao Ping turned and looked at Guo Ming with surprise on her face. She turned around and saw everyone looking at the gigantic sun without any trace of fear in their eyes.
Slowly, she let out a smile and thought.
’Brian, it seems like you have totally conquered their hearts. I was the only one who didn’t seem to believe in you. But this time, I will believe in you. Show them your true strength.’
Boom!
The sun collided against the barrier and the flames started burning the barrier. But, it wasn’t just flames. At the core of the sun, a massive chunk of molten earth was formed. It was pushing the barrier and slowly making the crack in it.
"You blocked one, huh? It seems like one isn’t enough."
Brian slowly raised his hand once more. The finger rose and the flames spread out, moving toward the tip of his finger. In less than a few minutes, another gigantic sun emerged above his finger.
"Then, how about two?"
With a single swing of his hand, another sun fell toward the barrier. It was another massive sun and it crashed above the previous sun, creating even more force and breaking through the barrier.
Boom!
The flames spread out, reaching further and further away in the land. It even reached the point where his people were standing but they were able to defend against the flames with ease.
Crack! Crack! Bang!
The barrier started cracking by the power of the molten earth and the flames pierced through the barrier, reaching the forest.
[YOU DARE]
Another voice rang from the forest and the trees that were being burned started growing once again. The flames were getting extinguished and the trees started turning green once again.
"You are one hell of a stubborn forest."
Brian sighed upon seeing this. He could feel the power of the tree. It was coming out of the center of the forest and it wasn’t connected to the trees but rather to the ground.
He knew this power was related Spirit of Vengeance. But, he had no idea how this law of Wood was so strong. Normally, the Wood would be powerless in front of the fire. After all, the fire burns wood.
But, in this situation, his fire was being extinguished by the touch of the law of wood. Brian observed it for quite a while and smirked.
"So, it’s not the law of wood. You are using the law of water. Quite sneaky. Indeed! Fire would be extinguished by the water since it is a natural phenomenon."
"But, unfortunately, you don’t have in-depth knowledge about the water. It is made out of hydrogen and oxygen molecules. And, oxygen is one of the major elements that create flames."
"Without oxygen, you can’t create a flame. The Law of Fire is basically the manipulation of oxygen and temperature. On the other hand, hydrogen is one the best element for the explosion."
"If you come them, it could extinguish the fire but only for a while. Because if the fire is strong enough to turn them into steam, hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms would split. Then, you get the element that creates fire and explosion."
"So, do you know what would happen if I do this?"
Brian swing his left arm and a powerful flame burst out of his palm. It raced toward his group and upon reaching in front of them, it created a massive wall of flames.
The entire group looked at the sky. They saw Brian raising both of his hands and releasing a massive amount of true essence. He was almost emptying his entire dantian.
"If one or two can’t make a change. Then, how about ten?"
Ten massive suns appeared above his hands. The sky was covered by ten suns.
Even the people hundreds of miles away could see the light coming from his place. It was so bright that people felt like there were two suns in the world. Even, the strongest people in the GOFL were interested.
Brian pulled down his hands as if he was in orchestra and with a single wave of his hands, all massive ten suns fell down.
