Chapter 1963: Chapter 1959: The Hua Family Brothers

"Yeah, yeah! He doesn’t seem like a young man in his twenties at all. Could he have some earth-shattering background?"

Ling Jianjie and Wei Renjia were equally curious.

"You guys are too opportunistic! Initially ignoring Tang Ming was one thing, but later when you were grouped with him, weren’t you quite dismissive? Why so concerned now?"

Mo Hongsheng frowned with disgust.

"Exactly!"

Wu Xiaoxia also nodded, expressing his distaste for these opportunists.

"I..."

Lu Xiaolong and the others immediately turned beet red. If they had known how awesome Tang Ming was, they wouldn’t have kept giving him attitude earlier.

Though they didn’t know just how capable Tang Ming was, seeing the reception setup, it was obvious that Tang Ming’s reception could easily overshadow all the other teachers combined, simply not in the same league.

Zhen Aiguo and others were at most considered elders with foreign acquaintances. But Tang Ming’s side had a top-level VIP reception, comparable only to the type given to national leaders during visits!

Mo Hongsheng and Wu Xiaoxia were too lazy to explain anything to Ling Jianjie and the others, and they truly didn’t understand what was up with Tang Ming.

Though they knew Tang Ming had influence domestically, it was unexpected that he had such acquaintances abroad, simply unimaginable!

In reality, everyone underestimated Tang Ming’s international influence. In terms of connections and social circles, his domestic situation couldn’t compare to his international one.

Tang Ming only returned to the country at eighteen, and his domestic networks and resources were accumulated during this period. Yet, before that, he had been traversing the international stage, which was his real battlefield and domain.

"Xiaoqian, what’s wrong?" 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖

After a period of silence, Mo Hongsheng noticed Zhou Xiaoqian hadn’t spoken and seemed a bit out of sorts, quick to inquire.

"Ah? No, nothing’s wrong."

Zhou Xiaoqian snapped out of her trance suddenly.

"Do you know anything about Tang Ming and that woman? How did he meet someone like her overseas?"

Wu Xiaoxia couldn’t help but ask out of curiosity.

"I don’t know either, I’m pondering their relationship right now."

Zhou Xiaoqian smiled bitterly, the reason for her daze was considering Tang Ming’s relationship with that foreign woman, why they seemed so intimate? Why did that woman arrange such a reception setup?

Mo Hongsheng and Wu Xiaoxia exchanged a look and said no more.

Anyone could see that Tang Ming and that woman’s relationship was unusual, and Zhou Xiaoqian, being Tang Ming’s girlfriend, would certainly feel uncomfortable.

Ling Jianjie and the others hadn’t thought that far, excitedly taking photos and posting on social media, as it was a perfect show-off opportunity.

Unlike Mo Hongsheng, Ling Jianjie and the others were just regular students. Though they were top students at school, the family background wasn’t particularly notable; otherwise, they wouldn’t work so hard at studying.

Facing these luxury cars, red wines, and champagnes, they were completely powerless to resist. Once these were posted on their social media, they immediately caused quite a stir, especially as all the students participating in the exchange were mutual social media friends.

Seeing Ling Jianjie and the others’ posts, many students from other groups were envious.

In the suburbs of M Country, in a thousand-square-meter luxurious castle’s bedroom, Tang Ming and Ruisi lay together, sweating.

"You’re way too enthusiastic, to do this right after meeting, I haven’t even settled the group members yet."

Tang Ming complained breathlessly.

"I’ve missed you! It’s been a long time since we’ve seen each other. Besides, don’t worry about me handling things."

Ruisi charmingly glared at Tang Ming: "I’ve already sent someone to arrange everything for your members, they’ll be joining you here soon."

"Alright! This time you’ve troubled yourself. I didn’t expect just a call and you’d handle everything, thanks for the hard work."

Tang Ming smiled with appreciation, originally wanting to vent slightly, but didn’t expect Ruisi to make such grand arrangements, pleasantly surprising him and boosting his prestige.

"Though you only called me, knowing you were coming, I immediately contacted Xiaoxi to find out the specifics."

Ruisi leaned into Tang Ming’s embrace: "Knowing you’re here as the leading teacher from Imperial University, I thought you must be in conflict with colleagues, otherwise, why would you call me like that, isn’t this quite prestigious?"

"Yes, indeed very prestigious."

Tang Ming nodded repeatedly, very satisfied.

"Why did you come to York City suddenly?"

Ruisi propped herself up, puzzled at Tang Ming.

"You already know, I came as the lead teacher, and I missed you, so I came over, isn’t that okay?"

Tang Ming pecked a kiss on Ruisi’s cheek, responding with a grin.

"Liar! I know you too well, if there’s no special reason, you wouldn’t come."

Ruisi rolled her eyes, disdainfully looking at Tang Ming: "I know how lazy you are."

"Cough, cough, I’m not that hopeless."

Tang Ming replied awkwardly, pouting.

"Tell me why you really came, don’t lie to me?"

Ruisi stared seriously at Tang Ming.

"Hey! I received a commission from the Dark Group, came here to carry out a mission, but the specifics are inconvenient to disclose with you."

Tang Ming lazily brushed it off.

"Carrying out Dark Group’s mission?"

Ruisi furrowed her brow, unsurely eyeing Tang Ming: "You aren’t aiming for the Hua Family brothers, are you?"

Tang Ming’s complexion shifted, quickly sitting up: "How do you know?"

"You forget I’m not just who I appear on the surface, but the organization’s Demoness."

Ruisi glared at Tang Ming, speaking sarcastically: "Didn’t expect you were really after them; I urge you to reconsider."

"What do you mean? Does the organization know about the Hua Family brothers?"

Tang Ming was even more confused, as he used to be part of an Assassin Organization abroad, and so was Ruisi.

"Not only do they know! The boss even ordered no member to touch anything related to the Hua Family brothers. Apparently, someone once hired the organization to assassinate the Hua brothers, which ended in heavy casualties, so the boss strictly forbade contact."

Ruisi looked seriously at Tang Ming: "Too many people have ideas about the Hua brothers, but to this day, no one has been able to touch them, M Country protects them too rigorously. Your country’s Dragon Group, Japan’s Ninja Army, Europe’s Special Forces have all tried, yet so far, none have succeeded."

"Wow, that’s impressive!"

Tang Ming was intrigued, "Before I just thought the task complex, but didn’t expect it to be this complicated, with so many forces involved, no one succeeded yet, it’s very interesting."

"Interesting my foot, there’s a constant danger of dying, I advise you not to take risks."

Ruisi looked at Tang Ming worriedly.
