Chapter 695: Chapter 695: That’s Not Too Much to Ask, Is It?

The old man Drexler widened his eyes, still in disbelief.

"You actually managed to do it..." He couldn’t believe that this thing, which he always thought no one in the world could accomplish, he actually did it.

Thinking of this, he suddenly realized something.

"No wonder..."

No wonder, a few years ago, he suddenly found the courage to break away from The Drexler Family, to oppose him, to force him into compromise at every turn!

So it turns out...he had long been free from the poison’s control!

Old Drexler’s shock at this moment stood in stark contrast to Noah Drexler’s calm demeanor.

"Give me the formula!" Noah Drexler stared intently at Old Drexler, emphasizing once again.

Old Drexler frowned, but suddenly asked him worryingly.

"Will that girl agree?"

Confronted with Old Drexler’s question, Noah Drexler’s gaze shifted slightly.

"That’s none of your concern."

Upon hearing this, Old Drexler nodded knowingly and then spoke slowly.

"Under the peach tree in the small courtyard, there is a sealed iron box which contains a key. It can open a safe in a research lab I secretly hid in Yorland; the formula is inside."

"The head of the lab is named Cecil. You should be able to find the address. Cecil knows the antidote’s production steps." Saying this, Old Drexler, somewhat exhausted, leaned back against the bedhead.

After Noah Drexler listened carefully to his words, he suddenly turned around, planning to leave for the small courtyard.

He couldn’t fully trust the old man; he needed to see the key for himself to be reassured!

Just as he turned around, Old Drexler’s voice suddenly came again.

"Can you let that girl in?"

He stopped in his tracks, turned his gaze to the old man lying on the bed, seemingly without much strength, his handsome face showing a hint of caution.

Seeing his cautious expression, Old Drexler’s face revealed a touch of helplessness, then he asked with a bitter smile.

"I’m about to die, just want to have a word with my daughter-in-law, is that too much?"

Noah Drexler glanced at him without speaking, just turned around and opened the room door.

As soon as the door opened, he saw Summer Shawcross, Butler Ye, along with Sean Morgan and Sherry, standing at the doorway.

"Boss, did you get the formula?" Seeing Noah Drexler come out, Sean Morgan asked nervously.

Noah Drexler did not speak, he just glanced at Summer Shawcross.

"How is Old Drexler?" Summer Shawcross asked as she approached the door, looking into the bedroom.

"You stay here with her, I’ll be going out for a while!" Noah Drexler then turned his gaze, instructing Sean Morgan and Sherry.

"Understood." Sherry nodded, and Noah Drexler turned around, leaving with large strides.

Watching Noah Drexler’s hurriedly departing figure, Summer Shawcross was momentarily stunned; was he going to get the antidote?

She paused for two seconds, then turned around, walked into the bedroom, and slowly came to the bedside.

When she reached the bedside, Old Drexler was leaning against the bedhead, his wrinkled eyes slightly closed, as if weary.

Upon hearing the footsteps, he slowly lifted his head to look at her.

Summer Shawcross stopped in her tracks.

"Girl, I have one more wish." Old Drexler looked at her, his voice much weaker than before, somewhat feeble.

Hearing Old Drexler’s words, Summer Shawcross’s heart tightened, and she instinctively blurted out.

"Tell me, I will try my best to help you."

Seeing her agree, Old Drexler’s face showed a powerless smile, then he slowly lifted his head, looking in a certain direction of the bedroom.
