Chapter 694: Chapter 694: He Has Never Hated Himself Like This Moment!
Noah Drexler’s eyes flickered, and he suddenly turned around, lowered his head, and whispered in her ear.
"Wait for me outside." The deep tone carried a hint of deliberately softened intent.
Hearing Noah say this, Summer Shawcross couldn’t help but glance at Mr. Drexler, then sighed.
"Alright." She nodded, then slowly turned around and walked out of the bedroom.
Only after Summer left and the door was closed again did Noah’s gaze lock tightly onto Mr. Drexler’s eyes.
"Speak."
Mr. Drexler stared at Noah for a moment, then slowly began to speak, with eyes full of weariness.
"There is no antidote in this world." A trace of helplessness appeared on his face.
At that moment, he suddenly felt immense regret for having created such a poison.
Thinking of that girl being poisoned, he suddenly felt a flood of guilt, impossible to cleanse.
He had never hated himself as much as he did in that moment!
After Mr. Drexler finished speaking, Noah’s eyes turned cold, his handsome face instantly went icy, like frost!
"You lied to me?!" He stared intently at Mr. Drexler, his gaze filled with danger!
Had he been deceived all along?
Seeing Noah’s grim expression, Mr. Drexler finally spoke slowly.
"I didn’t lie to you, there are indeed two ways to remove the poison."
Noah pressed his lips tightly, saying nothing, just listening as Mr. Drexler continued to speak.
"One method is something that no one in this world can achieve, which is to rely on one’s own willpower to endure forcibly. Even the most strong-willed person can’t do that, let alone that girl." Mr. Drexler explained.
"And the other method of detoxification relies on the success of the first method! That’s why I say there’s no antidote in this world!" At this point, a look of helplessness also appeared on Mr. Drexler’s face.
If the first method is impossible, then the second has no meaning.
"What do you mean?" Noah asked intently, his eyes narrowing!
"The second antidote formula requires a key medicinal primer, which is the blood of a person who has successfully detoxified using the first method..." Mr. Drexler’s voice trailed off before continuing, "All of their blood!"
As Mr. Drexler’s words fell, Noah’s expression changed, his dark eyes suddenly turning sharp.
"In essence, it’s a life for a life, but... you know as well as I do, no one has ever achieved the first method, so knowing the formula is useless." Mr. Drexler sighed.
The poison had been his greatest pride, but now, it was his deepest regret!
His time was running out, and he was very worried about what would happen to the poison in that girl in the future...
Just as regret filled Mr. Drexler’s face, Noah’s voice suddenly rang out.
"Give me the complete formula!" He looked down at Mr. Drexler, his handsome face full of determination.
"Even if I give you the formula, it’s useless without the primer. You can’t make the antidote!" Mr. Drexler said with helplessness.
But as he finished speaking, Noah’s expression became even more determined.
"I have the primer!" he said.
Upon hearing him, Mr. Drexler was taken aback, looking at him with a weathered face filled with shock.
"You... you?" Mr. Drexler looked at him in disbelief.
