The first few spots were guarded by high-ranking, feral beasts. Ye Liuyun didn’t want to expose his true strength, therefore he could only leverage other’s powers.
After some contemplation, Ye Liuyun finalized his action plan and commenced his action.
“He’s moving now! Let’s see where he is going!”
The moment Ye Liuyun made a move, everyone in the Northsky Sect’s Conference Hall was invigorated and started focusing their attention on Ye Liuyun’s movements.
Ye Liuyun first dashed towards the Demon’s cave at his fastest speed, shooting an arrow from a distance towards the entrance of the cave.
Then, without waiting for the Demon’s reaction, he turned around and sprinted at full speed towards the direction of the Ice Peak. After all, the Demon couldn’t possibly catch up with him at his full speed.
The eel cultivating in the spring water had been transforming into a demon here for quite a while now. With no other feral beasts stronger than her in the vicinity. Nothing dared disrupt her in this place.

In a rage, she flung out her palm and the debris blocking the cave entrance was sent flying away.
She was much more enraged when she realised that nobody was outside the cave.
"Most likely another round of tests for humans. They must have been attempting to lure me out with this tactic." Thinking of this, she stopped cultivating and waited for the human to come near her within the cave.
"That was close! I thought he was going to provoke that demoness!" Jin Qingsong patted his chest in relief.
"That’s right! Not only is the demoness powerful, but her illusion technique is also top-notch!" added Yao Donglai.
The elders present were familiar with what was inside the secret realm, knowing that the demoness was one of the most potent forces there.
They would watch each cycle of disciple trials from this vantage point and choose their disciple according to the disciples’ performance.
Only Elder Kurong felt a bit regretful. He truly wanted to see who between Ye Liuyun and the Demoness was stronger.

He had handed over the Ice Pearl to his clone, urging it to take it to Manshu, Wu Qingcheng, Yuer, and Lei Ming into the Spatial World to absorb the Power of Ice within the Ice Pearl.
A roar soon shook the entire Ice Peak, causing an avalanche. Following that, Ye Liuyun was pursued by the Alligator Beastman who soared out of the ice cave.
"This young man truly has guts! He confronted the most powerful creature!" Jin Qingsong was surprised.
Everyone’s eyes widened, attentively observing the Alligator Beastman.
They watched as Ye Liuyun darted straight towards the palace.
"Haha, I understand now! He is planning to use the Alligator Beastman to deal with the group of feral beasts!" Mao Hongyin suddenly laughed. "He knows he is not strong enough, so he leverage on the stronger beast!"
"But how does he know there’s an Alligator Beastman there?" Wu Kun asked in a puzzle.
"Indeed! The places he chose all seem intentional. But the question is, how does he know about these situations?" Yao Dong was confused as well.
"His Divine Soul is extremely strong!" Elder Kurong replied calmly. "He spent all that time observing details and planning his move."
Upon hearing this, everyone turned to look at Elder Kurong.
Elder Kurong explained, "If his Divine Soul were not so strong, he wouldn’t be able to awaken my Divine Soul! Didn’t he pass the Divine Soul test in less than half an hour? This depicted his immensely strong Divine Soul!"

The crowd of feral beasts in the palace heard the ferocious roar of the Alligator Beastman when Ye Liuyun approached and thought a powerful being was coming to attack their territory.
The Tiger Beast King in the area roared to gather a group of feral beasts from the crowd, preparing to defend their territory.
