When Felix heard the program, he frowned.
It’s pretty much useless to me because of Guide. How should I reject this?
When the Benefits Administrator noticed his reaction, she was taken aback.
The Senior Evaluation Officer was terrified. After all, it was the Monarchs who suggested about the program.
They personally discussed about it and idealized that the program would benefit the whole humanity.
The Benefits Administrator anxiously said, "Also, whatever result from this program will benefit the humanity."
Felix’s eyebrows raised. He had already expected that whatever thrown to him would be gaslighted with the idea of "contributing to the whole humanity."
After thinking for a while, he said, "To be honest with you, the program is useless to me. In fact, it will only hold me back. How about this? Whatever I learned, I’ll compile it into a book to contribute to the humanity."
The Benefits Administrator was lost for words. She did not know how to respond from Felix’s negotiation.
The discussion should be involved with the Monarchs, not her.
Just as she was feeling anxious, not knowing what to do, Master Shen suddenly said, "You can trust Felix’s words. I also had a promise with him that he must establish his own dojo. There’s nothing more fulfilling for us martial artist to see our own techniques being passed down to generation to generation."
The Benefits Administrator listened to him absent-mindedly.
She exclaimed in his mind, "I’m not doubting him! I’m just not in the position to discuss something as important as this!"
Just as she was lost of what to do, her phone rang. She knew who the caller was and immediately turned around.
It was the Monarch’s spokesperson who called her.
"That’s fine."
Two words were enough to calm her down. She thanked the spokesperson, shoved the phone into her lab coat’s pocket, and faced Felix with a radiant smile.
"I just received the confirmation that we respectfully accept your request."
Felix smiled as well. "Thank you for understanding."
She nodded. She did not introduce another program again as it was already obvious that Felix would reject.
She instead continued with the Commander Rank License Privilege. For Felix and Krisha’s case, she only stated the additional privileges solely for them.
She mentioned about the operational authority, where they could have early deployment eligibility, tactical operation participation, and supervised frontier command assignments.
The transportation privileges, which provided Felix and Krisha with priority Skyward Ring aerial transit clearance, military skyrail priority access, and emergency mobilization authorization.
The combat authorization, where they had access to higher-level sanctioned combat arenas, strategic beast exercises, and controlled high-threat missions.
A strategic financial support, as the previous benefits were upgraded to full assessment fee exemption, advanced training sponsorship, subsidized evolution procedures, and strategic development funding.
Then, there were additional benefits that were thrown to Felix and Krisha, exhilarating them when they heard it.
A government-backed living stipend, housing support, and a sponsored equipment procedure!
However, those were only given once they became the citizen of Clark City.
The Benefits Administrator also stated that whichever city they lived, they’d received the same benefits.
In other words, Felix already had his own residence prepare in the Chambers City once he returned.
Felix was thrilled. He finally has his own home, and he could now retire his parents to live without tiring themselves in a corporate world.
Felix’s parents heard the benefits Felix had and they also silently wept. Mia, on the other hand, consoled them, even though she was slightly confused of what was happening.
Felix couldn’t comfort them. He didn’t even notice they were already crying.
He was listening attentively to the Benefits Administrator, who also told him about his security classification upgrade.
Henceforth, his identity was protected. An encrypted identity records, restricted public disclosure, and controlled data access were all covered.
The Benefits Administrator also stated that Felix and Krisha were now automatically added into future high command observation pool.
In other words, the Beast Tamer Department acknowledged their potential future pathways, including expedition leadership, specialized tactical division, aerial command integration, and elite strike-unit candidacy.
As long as they finished a training program that would reward them with the position they wanted.
Felix and Krisha were thrilled. Their benefits encompassed the national level, it was already international.
However, the Benefits Administrator wasn’t done yet. She continued with the special research interest status privilege.
Felix and Krisha, especially the former, were flagged by the Evolution Department, Armament Research Division, Tactical Command, and Beast Synchronization Bureau as an international-level research priority.
Only if Felix and Krisha were willing.
Of course, Felix and Krisha were a bit displeased to the idea of becoming a lab rat. Thankfully, it was not mandatory.
It also doesn’t seem to harm them.
Finally, the Benefits Administrator were finished. She asked, "So, what’s the first thing you want to enjoy?"
Felix and Krisha glanced at each other. They both knew that Felix wanted to have his second contracted beast pet.
So, without hesitation, he turned towards the Benefits Administrator and said, "Can I look for my possible second beast pet here?"
The Benefits Administrator nodded. She had already expected it.
She said, "Of course, after the last phase, we can go to the Beast Rearing Department. Even when you are an ordinary Commander Beast Tamer, searching for a juvenile beast to be your contracted beast pet is free. Of course, on the condition you are a citizen here.
Since you are not, it’s still free." She giggled.
She turned towards the Senior Evaluation Officer, who immediately understood the assignments.
He led Felix and Krisha to the last phase, located at the Central Ascension Hall.
Felix and Krisha immediately received their updated Commander identification, revised operational clearance, and official registry confirmation.
Their status became active within national strategic personnel records, which the Clark City current held their personal record.
Nevertheless, they were assured that their personal record would soon be updated to their city until the other.
Afterwards, the hostess, who accompanied them throughout, finally had her turn when the Senior Evaluation Officer and the staff members bid farewell.
She said, "I will lead you to the Beast Rearing Department now."
