"I don’t know what kind of tricks you are pulling, but I will really make you suffer if you don’t stop right now!" Dreke exclaimed, as he summoned a toxic vial from his storage.
He reached out his hand and tossed the vial at the ground, intending to release the virus. He didn’t know what kind of space it was, but no matter the space, his virus could easily destroy it.
"Is that a new virus that you created?" Elias caught the vial before it could touch the ground and looked at it curiously.

"So, you have finally decided to show yourself, you little brat. Let me out of here, and I might forgive you for this."
"It would be a cold day in hell when I would ask for your forgiveness," Elias said, tossing the vial back at Dreke.
Dreke reached out his hand to catch the vial, but as the vial was about to touch his palm, it was shattered by an unknown force, and the entire virus splashed on Dreke’s hand, seeping through his skin.
"Was that your plan?" Dreke asked, looking at his hand where black veins had started appearing. However, just as fast as those veins appeared, they disappeared as his body dealt with the virus.
"If it was, then you are still a naive fool. My virus can never harm me. If our own virus could kill us, then virus masters would have long ceased to exist," he said. "I am still giving you a chance. Let me out of here, before I destroy this entire place along with you.
Dreke was still filled with arrogance. At least that’s what he revealed on the surface when deep down, he was also extremely cautious.
As far as he remembered, it had been less than a week since his brother came to the Academy. But he already had this strange ability that he had never seen before.
He could control shadows to make attacks. It wasn’t a strong attack but it could take anyone by surprise. If one wasn’t alert and couldn’t react in time, then they could die right there.
Only those higher existences whose body had evolved to a certain extent, could resist the shadow blades. But still, it was an ability that was good in lower stages. It was an ability that many in the destroyer class would die for. But it wasn’t enough.
Elias was also able to create clones. Even though they couldn’t properly fight and were no different than an ordinary human in defence, they could still use some of the strength of Elias. And lastly this shadow realm.
Within the last few minutes, he had seen three abilities of Elias, which wasn’t something that a person who just awakened should have had. Moreover, none of these abilities were something that an auxiliary class like an Architect was supposed to have. Discover more content at freewebnovel
If these three were his extra abilities, then what about his class specific abilities? Just how many abilities did this boy have? The thought didn’t let Dreke rest.
He would have been fine if the guards were with him as they could protect him from anything. But when he was alone, his confidence had more than halved.
He could use his virus to kill Elias, or destroy this place, but even that needed certain conditions to be met first. He couldn’t even verify if the person before him was real or just another clone like before.
"Why don’t you take a seat first?" Elias raised his hand to summon chairs from the ground. "You will have a lot of time to destroy this place later."
He sat on a chair while the other was right next to Dreke.
"I am not here to play around!" Dreke kicked off the chair, and roared. "Release me this instant! Do you have a death wish?"
"Would it change anything if I had a death wish? And would it matter if I didn’t?" Elias asked calmly, his answer provoking Dreke even more. "I just want to talk to my dear brother. Is there something wrong with it?"
Dreke glared at Elias, his lips twitching uncontrollably. He took a deep breath, and released it slowly, trying to regain his composure.
"Fine, talk. But if this is some kind of trick, you’ll regret it," he said through gritted teeth as he sat down. "So what do you want?"
"I heard from a few friends in the class that you are very impressive. You are also extremely famous in the academy as the greatest virus master of this era. There are many fans of yours in my class."
"There are?" Dreke asked, looking quite surprised himself. "Cough, I mean of course there are. I am extremely popular. Even in my year, I’m one of the strongest."
"They say that a virus master is the most special class, but it also requires the most hard work to create unique viruses. Hearing them talk about you, I started feeling even more respect for you. That’s why I came here to meet you."
Hearing Elias’s words, Dreke was also at a loss. Deep down, he was happy at the compliments, even if they were coming from a boy that he didn’t quite like. In his class, no one really called him special as there were more special people there.
Even amongst the descendants of the Ashborn Family, he was considered the least special. Every time he was compared with his brothers which made people look down on him even more.
He thought he might change the perception through the practical exams after finishing first, which made him ask for his mother’s help but even that failed as he still wasn’t the fastest.
He was quite egoistic, but he also starved for compliments. And after receiving the compliments, his ego was stroked. His mood immediately became better, even though he was basically brought here against his will.
"Hmm? Then why did you attack me suddenly? Is it because I didn’t stop those girls from attacking you?" he suddenly asked.
