In the distance, the scouting wolf running at high speed seemed to hit an invisible wall, its massive body crashing heavily into the snow, never to move again.

Another wolf was frightened by the gunshot and immediately changed direction, attempting to flee into the woods.

"Don’t panic!" Stan’s voice became the only backbone now, immediately giving loud orders, "Everyone! Find cover! Form a circular defense formation!"

Stan knew that although Lin Yu’an’s two shots had taken down the opponent’s pieces, they had also completely exposed their position and methods.

"What are they waiting for?" Jack anxiously whispered.

Just after saying this, Lin Yu’an’s actions suddenly stopped.

His scope locked onto a spot approximately two hundred meters away, a small hill covered by several fallen giant trees and dense shrubs.

There, a silent piece of land showed no signs of activity.

But with Lin Yu’an’s extraordinary perception ability, he could clearly "see" many threads of killing intent hiding around.

And the strongest thread of intent was emanating from those shrubs.

It’s him!

"Stan," Lin Yu’an said through the micro walkie-talkie in the calmest voice, "Directly ahead, two hundred meters, eleven o’clock, behind that pile of fallen trees."

Stan immediately turned his scope in that direction. But after looking for a long time, he saw nothing besides white snow and dead branches.

"Lin, there’s nothing there! Are you too tense?"

Stan hesitated, firing at an invisible target violates the basic principles of hunting.

"Everyone," Lin Yu’an’s voice, through the walkie-talkie, clearly transmitted to every hunter’s ear, becoming decisive and powerful.

"Listen to my command! This is not hunting, this is war! I’ll count to three, and when I fire the first shot, everyone, immediately perform indiscriminate fire suppression towards the eleven o’clock direction!"
