Chapter 797: 2 Episodes 16 Chapters Spoiled Girl_3

Ah Dai squatted next to the young girl, helplessly saying, "Alright, alright, stop crying. Let’s discuss more. How’s that?"

The young girl’s tears flowed as quickly as they stopped. When she heard Ah Dai’s words soften, her crying ceased instantly. Her delicate, teary face looked up, sobbing, "Then you tell me, do you give me the ring or be my servant for a year?"

Ah Dai grimaced, "Can we reduce the duration of being a servant? A year... it’s really too long. I still have a lot of things to do!"

The young girl’s cute nose twitched, and her tears began to flow once again. Seeing this, Ah Dai hurriedly wiped away her tears with his sleeve, saying, "Alright, alright, I agree. Just stop crying."

Upon hearing Ah Dai’s acceptance, the young girl instantly went from crying to laughing. "Alright, just remember that you said it. A man’s word should be his bond."

Ah Dai bowed his head with a bitter expression and nodded, saying, "Following you is fine, but you have to feed me."

The girl wiped away her tears and said, "Is it just feeding you? That’s easy. However, you must listen to me for a year, or else...else, I will cry."

Kigg sighed from the side, feeling lucky that he hadn’t been dragged into this pickle. However, he did feel sorry for the poor simpleton -- being a servant for a year? Life wouldn’t be easy. Heaven knows what other crazy antics this little elf girl could pull.

The young girl stood up and yelled at Kigg, "What are you still standing there for? I’ve passed the Mage test, right? Bring our rightful treasures."

Ah Dai said apologetically, "I’m sorry, Master Kigg, I didn’t keep anything you handed me."

Kigg no longer cared about those things. As long as the little witch before him could leave, he would consider himself lucky. Fearing more quirky requests from the girl, he replied hurriedly, "Never mind, never mind, I’ll get you another set." With that, he dashed towards the door on the wall and vanished into thin air.

Looking at Kigg’s departure, the young girl giggled and turned to Ah Dai, "You haven’t told me your name."

Ah Dai honestly said, "My name is Ah Dai."

The girl paused and then burst into laughter. Her laughter was like tinkling silver bells, "Ah, Ah Dai, hahaha, I can’t believe such a name exists. It’s hilarious yet sounds pretty good, Ah Dai. Hahaha, you’re killing me." She clutched her stomach, hunching over from her laughter.

Ah Dai mumbled, "What’s wrong with being called Ah Dai? Is it really that funny?"

After a while, the young girl straightened up, gasping for breath. Looking at Ah Dai, she burst into laughter again, mocking, "You really live up to your name! You’re really dumb."

Ah Dai frowned and bristled, "Mocking others is impolite."

The girl was in a good mood and laughed, "Alright, alright. I won’t make fun of you anymore. Now that I know your name, I’ll tell you mine. My name is Xuan Yue, but you can call me Yue Yue."

Ah Dai shook his head, "I will call you Xuan Yue instead. Calling you Yue Yue feels strange."

Xuan Yue snorted, "What’s so strange about it? And don’t forget, you’re my servant. No weird thoughts allowed!"

Ah Dai didn’t even dare to entertain a stray thought about Xuan Yue, let alone a weird one. He showed a disdainful expression and retorted, "I don’t have any weird thoughts, plus, you’re still so young."

Xuan Yue got angry at the comment and puffed out her budding chest, "Where am I small? I’ll be 15 in three more months. I hate it when people call me small."

Ah Dai knew he couldn’t win the argument, and hurriedly surrendered, "Alright, alright. You’re not small. You’re not small." He decided to speak as little as possible with her in the future to avoid trouble.

Xuan Yue gave a satisfied hmph, "That’s more like it. Now, what level of Mage did you pass in your last test?"

Ah Dai looked down and said honestly, "Master Kigg said that I have reached the level of an Intermediate Mage."

Xuan Yue said disdainfully, "Just intermediate level? It seems that your teacher isn’t that competent."

Upon hearing Xuan Yue belittle his teacher, Ah Dai became furious, "Miss Xuan Yue, please don’t insult my teacher. Any shortcomings in my mage skills are due to my own lack of talent, not my teacher’s fault. You... if you insult my teacher again, I will... I..."

Xuan Yue snorted, "You, you...what will you do to me? I won’t say anything anymore. On the basis that you seem self-aware, I’ll spare your teacher. But, you made a big mistake just now, do you know what?" 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Ah Dai was taken aback and spoke mournfully, "What...what did I do? I haven’t provoked you, have I?"

Yue Yue replied proudly, "Who said you didn’t provoke me? What did you call me just now?"

Ah Dai replied, "Miss Xuan Yue! You said your name was Xuan Yue, right?"

Xuan Yue coldly scoffed, "What did I ask you to call me? You were supposed to call me Yue Yue. Giving you permission to call me Yue Yue was supposed to be an honor for you. If you dare to call me Miss Xuan Yue again, I’ll call you Dai Dai, or Little Dai Dai. Which one do you prefer?" As she spoke, an ’evil’ look appeared on Xuan Yue’s face.

Ah Dai forced a smile, "No, no, can’t I call you Yue Yue? I’m already stupid enough. If you add another ’dai’ to my name, I’ll be even dumber."
