Chapter 782: Episode 2 Chapter 13 The Nine Decisions of the Underworld_1

The immense and surging Battle Aura created a tremendous aura, which sent Ah Dai flying back fifty meters after he was violently kicked by Owen. However, the scene unfolding in front of him was something he would never forget.

The Vice President shouted, "He’s going all out, everybody attack together!" He could no longer stay out of it. Moving parallel to the ground, he unleashed a giant claw-shaped Golden Battle Aura, targeting Owen’s airborne figure. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

Owen laughed crazily and his gloomy blue light blazed intensely. "Hades Slash––Resolute––Strike––" All the light and shadow fused into one, turning into a gigantic gloomy blue light blade that slashed downwards, instantly erasing the golden claw-shaped Battle Aura. The light blade paused for a moment, but still took the life of an assassin. The assassin’s body vanished entirely, disappearing into thin air.

The Vice President was greatly shocked. He had only heard of two moves of the Hades Sword Technique, being the Heaven Earth Shaker, and the Nether Flash move that made ghosts and gods tremble in fear. He was confident that he could handle these moves and thus wasn’t afraid of Owen’s retaliation. However, the sudden appearance of the never-heard-before third move of the Hades Sword Technique left him flabbergasted. If it weren’t for his subordinate who sacrificed his life to neutralize that mysterious and domineering attack, he wouldn’t have had any assurance of handling it. The Vice President no longer held back his strength. His entire body shimmered gold and numerous claw shadows attacked Owen, who had just unleashed the third move of the ’Nether King’. The remaining two assassins from the Extermination Group rushed out with him. Despite facing such a powerful enemy, their resolve did not waver.

Owen had already gone all out. He roared, "Die! Hades Clone––Eternal––" Countless gloomy blue lights emanated from his body and flew towards the Vice President in the sky. The Vice President exclaimed in shock, "More?" The large swathe of blue light carrying a breath of death rushed towards him. The Battle Aura he released seemed to have no power at all as it was completely swallowed up. He diverted his attention from attacking and prioritized his own protection. The Vice President spread his hands wide, grabbing two assassins beside him, using all his strength to throw them into the sea of gloomy blue light.

The last two assassins didn’t even have time to scream before they vanished into thin air. The remaining blue glow also took away the Vice President’s left hand, and he felt his life essence rapidly flowing out of his missing hand. Without any hesitation, he grabbed his left elbow and forcefully tore off his lower arm, throwing it into the air.

Owen, resembling a ferocious ghost, pounced towards the Vice President, roaring, "Hades..."

Hearing those two words, the Vice President was already jumpy like a frightened bird. He forcefully struck the ground, and with a massive bang, a pit three meters deep appeared, with the Vice President launching into the air like a bouncing ball, disappearing into the distance.

All of these happened within a blink of an eye. By the time Ah Dai came back, everything was over. Owen was half-kneeling on the ground, panting heavily. Ah Dai rushed forward, shouting excitedly, "Uncle, Uncle, you’re amazing! You chased away all the bad guys."

Owen didn’t respond, panting heavily. Ah Dai was startled and quickly ran behind Owen, transferring his pure True Qi into Owen’s body. Receiving Ah Dai’s support, Owen seemed to feel much more comfortable. He exhaled heavily, turned his head towards Ah Dai and said, "Quick, help me into the house. Don’t stop, keep infusing your True Qi into me."

To Ah Dai’s shock, he found that Owen’s eyes had completely turned red and a faint trace of cyan was visible on his face. He hurriedly helped Owen, covered in blood and resembling a butchered body, and placed Owen’s arm over his shoulder. His other hand was pressed against Owen’s back, continuously transferring his True Qi into him.

Once they were back in the room, Ah Dai assisted Owen onto the bed and placed a hand on his Dantian, putting all his effort into driving his own True Qi. However, he found that the condition inside Owen’s body was exceptionally turbulent, with True Qi darting about erratically. Owen’s face kept changing color from red to white, and although the cyan glow didn’t deepen, there were no signs of it receding either.

"That’s enough, Ah Dai, you don’t need to infuse so much True Qi, just maintain a little," Owen opened his bloodshot eyes and said pantingly.

"Uncle, are you alright? You rest well, don’t talk too much, you’ll definitely get better," Ah Dai asked with concern.

Owen gently shook his head, saying, "Ah Dai, listen to me. I have a lot of things to tell you, if I don’t say it now, it’ll be too late."

Tears rolled down Ah Dai’s cheeks. He shook his head vigorously, saying, "No, no, Uncle, you’ll definitely be fine, you’ll definitely get better."

A faint smile appeared on Owen’s face, he said, "Child, everyone has a day when they must die. I am already over sixty years old, it can’t be considered premature death. But I still have many unfinished wishes. I hope you can help complete them. Then, I will be satisfied."

Ah Dai choked and said, "Uncle, tell me about it, Ah Dai will definitely strive to help you fulfill your wishes."

Owen sighed softly, saying, "My life, when I look back, is really disgraceful, completely wasteful. I was hot-blooded when I was young, relying on my decent martial arts skills, I roamed everywhere across the continent. To amass more wealth, I joined the Assassins organization, the Assassin’s Guild on the mainland. I was young and ignorant, I knew nothing about fear, and I caused quite a stir by committing several major crimes. However, due to my recklessness, my identity was revealed and I ended up becoming a wanted fugitive, jointly pursued by the four empires. Since then, I have been unable to lead a normal life, and have been irretrievably embedded in the Assassin’s Guild. At age twenty-seven, I had already reached the level of an Exterminator. By the age of thirty-seven, I became the leader of the Extermination Group of the Assassin’s Guild. Although there are not many assassins in the Assassin’s Guild, each of them is proficient in hiding and assassinating, with strong martial arts skills. There are four small groups in total, the highest level being the Extermination Group, followed by the Enduring Assassination Group, Assassination Group and Murder Group."
