Chapter 587: Chapter 164 Harry’s Story_2

Ah Dai nodded, saying, "Her name is Xiao Huan, she’s the sister of a friend. Her fate has been tragic, and I’d like to entrust your father with taking care of her."

Hasan scratched his head and said, "Take care of her? That should be fine, both mom and dad are very hospitable. Let’s go, I’ll take you to see my father. I don’t know why he’s been sleeping a lot lately, always locking himself in his room. Mom often scolds him for being lazy, but dad has worked hard all his life, he’s not getting any younger, it’s about time he rested. We siblings can handle all the farm work."

Ah Dai’s heart moved, he understood, Harry must be preparing for the Sword Saint competition in three months. A faint smile appeared on his face, and he said, "Hasan, you are indeed a filial son."

Hasan led Ah Dai and Xiao Huan to his home, as soon as he stepped through the door, he yelled excitedly, "Dad! Ah Dai is here! Brother Ah Dai has arrived!"

Ah Dai was startled and quickly pulled Hasan to stop him, "Stop shouting. Don’t disturb Uncle Harry’s rest." A martial artist’s meditation requires silence, otherwise, they could easily lose their way and become devilish. He was afraid that Hasan would disturb Harry’s cultivation.

"It’s okay." Harry’s voice came from within the room, and he walked out with a smile on his face.

Seeing Harry again, Ah Dai felt an inexplicably strong sense of familiarity in his heart. He stepped forward and respectfully said, "Uncle Harry."

Harry looked Ah Dai up and down with a worried look in his eyes, saying, "Ah Dai, what brought you here? Come on, let’s talk inside. Hasan, go do some work. Borrow some wine from Uncle Reid’s house tonight. I want to entertain Brother Ah Dai."

"Oh, got it," Hasan nodded and glanced at Xiao Huan before turning and leaving.

Upon entering Harry’s room, Ah Dai said, "Uncle Harry, I came this time to ask you for a favor. This girl is the sister of a friend of mine. Unfortunately, my friend has tragically died. I would like her to live a calm life here. She’s just an ordinary girl and won’t cause any trouble."

Harry looked Xiao Huan up and down, smiled and said, "I still have room here, let’s have her stay."

Xiao Huan bowed to Harry, obediently saying, "Thank you, Uncle. I can do all sorts of housework and you can teach me farm work too, I won’t be living here for free." 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶

Harry chuckled, saying, "Well, what a lovely little girl! It seems Ah Dai isn’t causing me any trouble after all. Come, I’ll find a room for you." He led Xiao Huan to the same room where Mie Feng had stayed. "It’s a bit simple here, but it’ll do. If you need anything, just tell me. My wife probably won’t be back until tonight. She’s always wanted a daughter so she will surely love you. Rest easy and settle down here."

From Harry, Xiao Huan felt the warmth of a home. She choked up and said, "Thank you, Uncle. I will behave well."

Harry nodded and said, "Both you and Ah Dai must be tired from your journey, rest first. Ah Dai, come with me, I have something to say to you."

Ah Dai hesitated for a moment before responding, "So then, you should rest first," to Xiao Huan. He then left with Harry for his room.

Once the door was shut, a solemn look appeared on Harry’s face. Suddenly, he struck a palm toward Ah Dai’s chest. Ah Dai was slightly surprised, but he did not evade it because he knew that Harry would not harm him.

Harry’s wiry palm glowed with green light and landed on Ah Dai’s chest. He could distinctly feel a warm energy moving from his chest into his meridians before returning to Harry. Harry frowned and reproached him, "What have you done with yourself? Why are your meridians so chaotic? Did you encounter a master? It’s not common to find a master capable of injuring you!"

Ah Dai shook his head with a bitter smile, "Uncle, I’m fine, the injuries within my body can most likely be attributed to myself. I haven’t been in a good mood lately. Xiao Huan’s sister was very important to me, but she died. Sigh... Why do all the friends who are with me leave the world one by one? Maybe I really am an unlucky person?"

Harry looked at Ah Dai and said, "Let’s not talk about these things for now. You must sort out the True Qi in your meridians as soon as possible, otherwise, you are at risk of going astray through demonic cultivation. Come on." After saying this, he pulled Ah Dai and they both floated onto the bed. Ah Dai didn’t feel like cultivating, but he didn’t want to refuse Harry’s good intentions, so he had to sit cross-legged across from him.

Harry extended his palms, "Place your palms against mine, I’ll give you a hand." Noticing Harry’s concern, Ah Dai was touched. He raised his palms and placed them against Harry’s. Harry said in a deep voice, "Hold your original intention in your mind and focus on your Dantian while eliminating all stray thoughts." Two warm and powerful streams of energy flowed from Harry’s palms into Ah Dai’s body. Under the influence of the surging and scorching energy, Ah Dai’s meridians gradually became active. He took a deep breath, concentrated his attention into his Dantian and started to open up the meridians with Harry’s True Qi.

Harry’s Green Lotus Battle Aura belonged to neutral-type Battle Aura, known for its impartiality, vastness, and as a guide for cultivating True Qi, it was extremely suitable. Ah Dai’s skills had already surpassed Harry’s, with his help, he was controlling his Golden Body to slowly sort out the clogged meridians and chaotic internal energy within him. In a short while, he entered into a meditative state. Green and white lights enveloped Ah Dai and Harry’s bodies, under the combined action of two Sword Saint Level masters, the clogged meridians were quickly cleared and the True Qi in Ah Dai’s body slowly returned to its normal circulation track.
