Xuan Yue pocketed the money bag, "Alright, where’s the carriage? We’ll wait for you in there."
Just as Mulat was about to answer, an icy voice suddenly interrupted, "Wait a moment." A silver figure flashed by and the Ice skeleton appeared in front of Ah Dai and Xuan Yue. Xuan Yue was visibly annoyed at the cold tone, he answered, "Yes, what do you need?"
Mulat quickly stepped in, "Let me introduce you two. These are the members of the Evil Sky Mercenary Group, and this one here, is the deputy leader of the Skeleton Mercenary Group, Miss Ice Skeleton."
Ah Dai felt a chill upon hearing her name and subconsciously touched the ice image in his pocket.
Xuan Yue’s gaze flickered towards Ah Dai upon hearing the enemy’s name included ’ice’, feeling more averse towards the Ice Skeleton in front of him, he said dismissively, "I’ve never heard of any ’Ice Skeleton’ or ’Fire Skeleton’."

Ah Dai frowned, her domineering attitude irked him. Although this female warrior shared a name similar to his Ice, he disliked the killing intent radiating off her. He indifferently replied, "We hadn’t planned on taking this mission initially. It was Chairman Mulat who invited us. You aren’t the client, you have no rights to make us leave."
Upon seeing Ah Dai’s detached demeanor, Xuan Yue knew that he was angry and couldn’t help but feel pleased. The woman warrior in front of them wasn’t Ah Dai’s Ice, hence he felt more at ease.
The Ice Skeleton, accustomed to being high and mighty, was infuriated by Ah Dai’s defiance. A pale blue light emanated from her silver armor, and the surrounding air grew colder.
Mulat jumped in fright and quickly intervened, "Everyone here is on the same side, let’s not fight, let’s each give way."
The Ice Skeleton glanced at Mulat, she knew that the Stan Empire Alliance was important to their Skeleton Mercenary Group. She snorted and challenged Ah Dai, "If you want to work on this mission alongside the Skeleton Mercenary Group, you have to defeat me first. Otherwise, you are not worthy."
Xuan Yue quickly retorted, "Defeating you is no big deal. If you can withstand three moves from my big brother, I’ll be impressed."
Ah Dai pulled Xuan Yue back, "Brother, don’t be impulsive." The martial energy the Ice Skeleton exhibited earlier showed her formidable ability. Instinctively, he knew he was bound to win, but claiming he could win in just three moves was a bit of a stretch.
The Ice Skeleton laughed, her sound echoing far and wide. The members of the Skeleton Mercenary Group’s light cavalry all turned to look at her, their bodies involuntarily shuddering.
