Chapter 1271: Chapter 116 Yajin Clan Leader

The chatter of the waitresses gave Xuan Yue a dizzying headache. She had never experienced such a scene before, and her pretty face flushed red, not knowing what to do.

Olivia leaned over to Ah Dai and whispered with a laugh, "It seems the beauties here have all taken a shine to Brother Xuan Re. Big brother, Brother Xuan Re is really blessed with feminine luck!"

Xuan Yue couldn’t stand the enthusiasm of the young girls, so she uttered a spell and cast a Protection Barrier around herself, pushing the waitresses who were squeezing next to her away by a foot, which made her feel somewhat relieved.

Ah Dai also laughed and transmitted his voice to Xuan Yue, "Brother, it seems these waitresses are quite interested in you! You were teasing me before, but it looks like you’re even more popular than I am."

Xuan Yue gave Ah Dai a glare with displeasure and said embarrassedly, "Big brother, you dare to mock me and not help me out?"

Ah Dai replied with a wry smile, "How can I help you out? I’ve always been clueless with girls. You handle it yourself. Being popular is not a bad thing, after all, they don’t mean any harm."

At that moment, footsteps were heard, and a deep and angry voice rang out, "I would like to see who is so bold as to defy the Clan Leader’s orders." A tall figure descended from the spiral staircase above. Ah Dai and his companions looked up to see a man with a face dark as a jujube, standing over two meters tall. His statue-like muscles were wrapped in a dark green samurai uniform, and his rugged bushy beard looked particularly intimidating. He carried a thick-back cleaver on his back, descending with two chefs.

Feeling the extraordinary aura emanating from this man, Olivia asked the two chefs, "I asked you to fetch the owner. Is he the owner?"

The samurai snorted angrily and sized up the trio of Ah Dai, "I am not the owner. I am the Close Guard to the Clan Leader. The owner of the Golden Jade Building is currently entertaining the Clan Leader and distinguished guests. So, it was the three of you who stopped them from catching those two seals? Scram before I lose my temper. Three low-level magicians dare to strut around here, hmph." His final snort stirred a wave of sound, causing the surrounding girls to pale and cover their ears, retreating to a distance.

Xuan Yue stepped forward to confront the samurai, indignant, "Hmph, what are you snorting at? Looking like a big gorilla, you’re nothing but a guard dog, and you dare bark at us? It should be you who scrams."

Enraged, the samurai reached out to grab Xuan Yue’s collar, his large hand carrying a faint green True Qi, as the Strong Wind hit them.

A red figure flashed in front, and suddenly there was someone between Xuan Yue and the samurai – it was Ah Dai who appeared.

The samurai was startled, not having seen how Ah Dai got in front of Xuan Yue, and became more cautious.

Ah Dai looked at the arrogant samurai, who was half a head taller than himself, his face expressionless, and said flatly, "Let go of your hand. Today, here, no one can eat those two seals." Anger had been thoroughly provoked by this brute before him. Ah Dai was stubborn by nature, and once defiant, he would not back down, even against a million soldiers.

The samurai thought, you’re just a magician, what can you do at such a close distance? His panic quickly subsided. He exerted force in his arms, attempting to lift Ah Dai from the ground, but despite his divine strength, the expected effect did not occur. Ah Dai’s feet seemed rooted to the spot, still unmoved.

"I’ll say it again, let go of your hand and call the owner here, or your Clan Leader. Otherwise, don’t blame me for being impolite." A chilling murderous intent flashed in Ah Dai’s eyes, the readiness to use force reminded him of the time in the Empire of Sunset City.

Seeing the glint of coldness in Ah Dai’s eyes, the samurai felt all the hair on his body stand on end, but as the guard of the Yajin Tribe Clan Leader, how could he back down in front of so many people? He let out an angry bellow, and his other fist, enveloped in green True Qi, slammed heavily towards Ah Dai’s chest.

Xuan Yue and Olivia naturally weren’t worried about Ah Dai, but all the waitresses exclaimed, many of them even covering their eyes, not daring to see the tragic sight of Ah Dai getting hit.

But there was no scream as expected, and the hall suddenly fell silent. The samurai’s imposing fist was stopped mid-air, surrounded by white light flickering around Ah Dai, which firmly blocked the samurai’s punch. To avoid damage to the surroundings, Ah Dai used a flexible force, his True Qi attracting the fist mid-air. The samurai was shocked to find that his body seemed to be bound by an invisible Energy, unable to move a finger. He spurred his True Qi in a desperate struggle but could not escape at all.

"This is the humiliation you brought upon yourself." Ah Dai raised his right hand, and five blue-green Light Blades shot out. With a slight tremble of his fingers, the samurai felt a coldness on his head, and cold sweat trickled down. Only then did he realize the disparity between himself and the young man before him.

Xuan Yue came up beside Ah Dai and looked at the samurai with a strange expression. She pointed at the samurai’s head and burst out laughing, "Haha, haha— so funny, a big gorilla with no hair." It turned out that although Ah Dai had murderous intent, he was kind-hearted and did not truly harm the samurai. Instead, he used the Energy Blade to shave the samurai’s hair, eyebrows, and beard clean off.
