Chapter 1151: Chapter 89 Death Ambush_4

The White Tiger trembled in pain, but under Ah Dai’s overwhelming pressure of fighting spirit, it couldn’t move at all. Yellow pus continued to flow out, and its convulsions gradually weakened.

Finally, the pus disappeared under the continued extraction, and fresh blood seeped from the spot where the tiger’s tooth had been pulled. Ah Dai was overjoyed in his heart and chanted, "Open, my space." With a casual swipe, a crack appeared in the air under the influence of his spiritual power. Ah Dai took out a stalk of light purple herbs, controlled them with the energy transformed by his fighting spirit, and brought the purple herbs to hover above the wound. As the fighting spirit converged, the herbs oozed drops of purple liquid. Only with the skill of transformative energy could he control the fighting spirit with such precision.

The White Tiger’s trembling intensified, its whole body convulsing continuously as if enduring intense pain. Ah Dai consoled, "Brother Tiger, bear with it a little longer. This is Purple Soul Grass, it has anti-inflammatory effects, and you’ll feel better soon." As he spoke, he turned the juiced Purple Soul Grass into powder with transformative energy and sprinkled it on the White Tiger’s wound, finally satisfied to release the White Tiger from its bindings.

The White Tiger lay on the ground moaning softly, and after a while, its big eyes showed some sparkle, clearly indicating that the pain had subsided a lot. Ah Dai smiled and asked, "How is it, Brother Tiger, feeling much better?" Whenever he helped others, Ah Dai always felt a sense of rewarding accomplishment, even if the one being helped was a White Tiger.

Suddenly, the White Tiger leaped to its feet, its brown fur bristling completely, and its large eyes staring fiercely past Ah Dai, emitting a low roar. Startled, Ah Dai followed the White Tiger’s gaze and looked behind. Out of the silent forest suddenly came nine black, ghostly streaks of lightning, carrying immense killing intent and pressure, slashing through the sky and converging on his vital points with the speed of lightning.

Ah Dai was greatly shocked. As soon as he saw the nine streaks of light, he had clearly assessed that this was not an energy he could withstand. Moreover, the attack came so swiftly that there wasn’t enough time for him to dodge extensively. He wanted to use Teleportation, but doing so would leave the White Tiger behind him to be shredded by this death-filled energy, so he couldn’t dodge.

With a thought, a black light flared from his right wrist, and suddenly, an identical figure appeared in front of Ah Dai. Powerful, unrestrained fighting spirit burst out from the figure, meeting the nine deadly streaks of light head on.

Ah Dai had used the special Clone Technique from Goris’s Wish. As the clone appeared, Ah Dai himself wrapped his body in dense fighting spirit and retreated backward. If the clone could hold off the attack briefly, he was confident he could take the White Tiger out of the attacker’s range.

However, the nine Wraith Lights were too fast, and their attack intensity exceeded Ah Dai’s estimation. As his clone was summoned, the lights had already reached him. With a thunderous bang, Ah Dai felt heat in his right forearm, and his clone was destroyed under the forceful attack. The nine streaks of Wraith Light reverted to their true forms, nine deadly black Narrow Swords. The swords hesitated for a moment, then pursued Ah Dai with renewed vigor.

Ah Dai swatted behind with his hand, knocking back the White Tiger that wanted to rush to his aid. In that moment of hesitation, the nine black lights had already struck Ah Dai’s chest. Their speed, faster than lightning, brought Ah Dai a fear of death. With his left hand heating up, a white light instantly enveloped his body. The Ring of Guardian exerted its power in the crisis. Amidst a thunderous noise, Ah Dai was sent flying, blood spraying wildly. Although the Ring of Guardian shattered under the unprecedented force, and his Protective True Qi was breached, he barely survived, thanks to the last line of defense of the Giant Spirit Snake Armor. It took colliding with two large trees to stabilize himself, and the pressure from his opponent was even greater than that from Xuan Yuan at first; a robust killing intent enveloped the mysterious Illusive Forest in an aura of death. Facing such immense pressure, Ah Dai had no choice but to grasp the handle of the Sword of Hades on his chest. The cold aura of death surged instantly, the icy killing intent filled the space, halting the enemy’s pursuit.

The King of the Forest, the White Tiger, now became as docile as a little kitten, Xiao Mao. It glanced fearfully at Ah Dai, who was emitting a deathly aura, turned around, and bolted, vanishing into the depths of the Illusive Forest in an instant.

Ah Dai caught his breath constantly, using the True Qi inside his body to heal his serious injuries, all while keeping a close watch on the masters of the nine "poisonous snakes."

Nine people in black stood where Ah Dai had just been, their nine Narrow Swords angled toward Ah Dai, their killing intent tangible, locking down his body with immense pressure. Even with the evil energy of the Sword of Hades’ resistance, Ah Dai felt almost overwhelmed.

The nine individuals who had ambushed Ah Dai were the remaining members of the Assassin Guild’s Original Extermination Group. Through years of arduous cultivation, their already superb martial arts had undergone multiple breakthroughs, bringing them to the pinnacle of power. Even someone of Xuan Yuan’s martial prowess, if faced with these nine, would be forced to flee. But how could an heavily injured Ah Dai possibly escape now?

Surprise flickered continuously in Rise of the Extermination Group’s eyes. He never imagined that, under the joint attack of his nine brothers, the heir of Hades could still manage to escape with his life.
