The Soul Energy somewhat coated Tang Yin’s soul and helped it to resist the Space Principle’s pressure. However, most of it was being used to fuel the Starlight Veil.
Lastly, although Tang Yin had not tested it out, he knew that the Martial Skills obtained from the Heaven Devouring Abyssal Sanskrit had become more powerful. They always did so whenever his cultivation increased.

Its main purpose was to exert control and dominance over a target’s soul, effectively enslaving them.
