Chapter 315: Mid-stage of the Principle Comprehension Realm
When Tang Yin saw this scene, he scoffed.
The only reason why he was able to slip past the Rou Sect’s Array Formations undetected was due to the Heaven Deceiving Art.
Similar to the Heaven Piercing Gaze and the Abyssal Sword, the Heaven Deceiving Art had also evolved.
Contrary to before, Tang Yin was now able to transform into something pseudo-ethereal.
To bypass the Sect Protection Formation of the Rou Sect, Tang Yin transformed into Qi. That’s right, Qi!
Before he reached the Principle Step, this was impossible. However, with the evolution of the Heaven Deceiving Art, transforming into something like Qi was possible.
Tang Yin had tried to transform into Qi back when he was in the Mortal Step. But he could not, it was impossible no matter how much he tried.
The Sect Protection Formation of the Rou Sect did not filter out Qi. After all, they needed Qi to flow into their sect for their disciples to cultivate on the mountain.
The creator of the Sect Protection Formation also must not have specifically considered protecting against normal Qi. This was where Tang Yin’s confidence lay. And his sure-success gamble had easily paid off.
Tang Yin had also tried to transform into Principles, but he couldn’t do so. It seemed that it was impossible for the current him.
Tang Yin then looked at Rou Ling. ’Time to break the Divine Oath.’ An evil grin was present on his face.
He swiftly deactivated the Sun-Moon Great Illusion Art. Rou Ling slowly opened her eyes, only to discover a vast expanse of grassland and a red-haired youth standing before her.
Tang Yin had already deactivated the Heaven Deceiving Art. He did not need it in the Abyss Firmament.
"Y-" Before Rou Ling could even speak, she felt a cosmic pressure press down on her. She could not move, and she could not resist. Rou Ling could only see and speak.
She felt as if the might of heaven itself was weighing down on her. This was the most terrified she had ever been in her life.
As mentioned previously, the Abyss Firmament belonged to Tang Yin. His will was the Abyss Firmament’s will. He was the Heaven and Earth of the Abyss Firmament.
The will of Abyss Firmament would function according to his will. If Tang Yin wanted to suppress something, it would be suppressed by the Abyss Firmament. Of course, this only worked inside the Abyss Firmament, not in the outside world.
"My fath-" Rou Ling tried to speak.
"Rou Wei? He’s already been dealt with. He can’t help you." Tang Yin plainly said. "You know, you would make an excellent cultivation furnace. Would you like to do it, or shall I do it myself?" Tang Yin offered.
Tang Yin was in the Early-stage of the Principle Comprehension Realm. If he had a Late-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator as a cultivation furnace, his cultivation base would definitely rise by a minor stage.
So, he would actually be killing 3 birds with 1 stone. He would obtain Demonic Lightning’s Lightning Essence, Divine Retribution Lightning and a cultivation furnace that could increase his cultivation base to the Mid-stage.
Rou Ling could see the unwavering light in Tang Yin’s eyes. She knew that no words would work on him.
Rou Ling nodded. She knew that she had no other choice. At most, she would lose her chastity and drop 2 minor stages. It was better than dying and losing everything she had worked so hard to achieve in her life.
Besides, she did not know where she was. If Tang Yin’s strength was low, her father would have easily dealt with him by now. However, she saw no trace of her father. Clearly, the red-haired youth before her was quite powerful.
Tang Yin released the pressure of the Abyss Firmament from Rou Ling’s body. With his powerful divine sense and strength, she couldn’t do anything to him. Even if she tried something, with the assistance of the Abyss Firmament, nothing could escape his notice.
As long as he willed it, the Abyss Firmament’s power could be lent to him. He could then use this power to do all sorts of things ranging from inspecting his body with a stronger spiritual sense or even battling cultivators.
Unfortunately, all of this could only be done inside the Abyss Firmament. None of these features worked in the outside world.
Everything also depended on the interior of the Abyss Firmament. In its current state, it could just barely provide enough power to Tang Yin to defeat someone of Rou Wei’s power.
However, this was an impossibility. Rou Wei would need to enter the Abyss Firmament, which he would never do. Tang Yin also wasn’t confident in his prowess to defeat Rou Wei and drag him into the Abyss Firmament.
Besides, if Tang Yin could defeat Rou Wei in the outside world, why would he need to bring him into the Abyss Firmament?
Nevertheless, the Abyss Firmament was practically an extension of Tang Yin’s body. He could use the Abyss Firmament to provide him with a huge power-up, only inside his world.
This would be an extremely handy backup plan to have. Theoretically, if Tang Yin somehow managed to lure someone of a stronger power to enter his Abyss Firmament willingly, he could suppress them with the Abyss Firmament once they were inside.
If that didn’t work, he could channel the Abyss Firmament’s entire world’s power into his body and receive a temporary, large increase in power to defeat the stronger cultivator.
The amount of power bestowed upon him by the Abyss Firmament depended on the world itself.
Currently, the Abyss Firmament was only 10 kilometres large with only a large patch of grassland everywhere. The power he could channel into his body from the Abyss Firmament was not enough to bypass a major realm. Most likely, it was only enough to cross a minor stage.
Of course, if Tang Yin expanded the Abyss Firmament with Space Principles, increased the flow of time with Time Principles and developed the environment inside the Abyss Firmament with various Principles, the power that the Abyss Firmament could offer to him would be immense.
Theoretically, if Tang Yin’s Abyss Firmament reached the state of a universe, it could grant him enough strength to destroy the world with a flip of his hand. Of course, that was only inside the Abyss Firmament. Without a target to use this power on, it would not make a difference whether this power existed or not.
Another noteworthy thing about the Abyss Firmament’s power channelling ability was its pseudo-limitation. If Tang Yin only expanded the Abyss Firmament with Space Principles, neglecting all other Principles, the Abyss Firmament would become a 10-kilometre large platform erected in the middle of a boundless void.
As such, although the amount of Space Principles and the size of the Abyss Firmament would be huge, the channelled power to Tang Yin wouldn’t be much. In order for the channelled power to be genuine and large, the Abyss Firmament had to be properly developed.
It had to have multiple environments, ecosystems, Principles, life, etc. In a sense, this aligned perfectly with Tang Yin’s grand plan for the Abyss Firmament. He had considered this part of the Abyss Firmament when he concocted this plan in the first place. After all, he had all the information about the Abyss Firmament in his mind.
He planned to create a world similar to the Bright Yang Continent inside his Abyss Firmament. To do this, he would need more than just Space Principles. In fact, he would even need all types of existing Principles.
And to obtain all of these Principles, he would need to capture and enslave Rank 8 Demonic Beats, who would then create ’Regions’ with their Passive Domains. Everything would naturally fall into place once Tang Yin expanded the Abyss Firmament with Space Principles and enslaved Rank 8 Demonic Beasts. Although there was much more to this, the little details would play their roles at a later date.
Tang Yin suddenly snapped out of his daze. ’Seems my thoughts trailed off.’ With a light chuckle, he turned his attention to Rou Ling. By now, she had already removed all her clothing, ready for Tang Yin’s pleasure.
With a malicious grin, Tang Yin started to undress.
...
A day passed by in the blink of an eye.
The rate of time in the Abyss Firmament was the exact same as in the outside world. A day in the outside world was also a day in the Abyss Firmament.
Rou Ling lay on the soft, velvety grass, naked. Her body was covered in an obscene, white liquid. Her face was expressionless, but her fatigue was difficult to hide. If one peered deeper into her eyes, one would even notice a deep-seated hatred within.
Tang Yin obviously saw all of Rou Ling’s emotions. Especially, her emotions of hatred and resentment. He knew that he had been too rough on her, but he did not care.
As a Late-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator, her body was quite tough. Even if he was rougher during their pleasurable session, it would not make a difference.
But Tang Yin did not really care, Rou Ling would perish in a little while. The emotions and feelings of a dead person were irrelevant.
"Get dressed. We’re going to meet your father." Tang Yin waved his hand. All of the explicit, white liquid covering her body vanished.
The aura of a Mid-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator burst forth from his body. However, it was forced back into his body before Rou Ling could notice anything.
